Had a fantastic stay here! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always checked in to see if I needed anything. The location is great—only about a 10-minute walk to the lake. I also loved the in-room amenities; they are high quality and smell amazing!

The room was nice, and I really appreciated the well-lit makeup mirror. The balcony wasn't really used as there wasn't much of a view. **Cleanliness:** The bed linens were clean, neat, and comfortable. Some of the towels were a bit old; it would be better if they were replaced with new ones. **Environment:** The hotel is located on a quiet street on the edge of the old town, within walking distance to most attractions. **Service:** Excellent. The breakfast was just okay. There wasn't much variety, and the food seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, as not many people were eating it. However, the fish soup with rice noodles was quite good.

The hotel is pretty new, great great amenities and facilities. Just missed a cleaning on our room but the service was fantastic so it was okay. Peter was a great support. He has given high standards that other hotels should follow! Keep up the good work!

The staff are attentive and very helpful, and I especially appreciate that the hotel offers complimentary DIY laundry for in-house guests—it’s incredibly convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Highly recommend!!! Hotel's location is very easy for walking to the sightseeing spot Hotel is new, provides the bathroom kit, and has bathtub toilet bowl like Japan.

Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and considerate, taking good care of us. Environment: The surrounding area is excellent, located right next to the consulate district, with many five-star hotels and authentic Vietnamese restaurants nearby.

It's my first time staying at M hotel in Hanoi, as recommended by my friend. The property is quite new & everything feels clean & well maintained. The staff provide excellent service, they even helped me communicate with local counterparts to arrange transport & make service reservations, which was very much appreciated. Will definitely explore other M hotels during my next Vietnam trip
