A25 Hotel - 12 NGO Sy Lien

Dong Da District-Temple of Literature
Due to flight delay, we arrived at the hotel after 12 o'clock in the morning. Grab arrived at the hotel door, and the security guard immediately came to help open the door and take the luggage to the hotel counter. The service attitude of the hotel counter staff was also very good. The check-in speed was very fast. The room was of medium size and equipped with supplies. The preparation is thoughtful and considerate, and the rice noodles for breakfast are even better than those sold outside.

Dong Da District-Temple of Literature
There are several hotels under its umbrella, all named with Blue, and the Cp value is not bad. It's a bit far from the city center.

Dong Da District-Temple of Literature
Room was clean and spacious, we stayed for four nights. Location is in the vicinity of many of the highlights of beautiful Hanoi. We were able to visit all these sites by foot. Plenty of places for decent food closeby as well. Although the hotel is very close to the trainstation (10 minute walk, we carried heavy backpacks) we could not hear any of the regular trainstation-noise in our room. Staff is very kind and helpful. For our room to be cleaned/get fresh towels we had to ask.
LANHA Hotel - Homestay
4.3/59 Reviews
Dong Da District-Temple of Literature
The room is OK, it is not soundproof, it is very noisy at night. The sound of the store talking downstairs, the sound of moving the stool upstairs, was clearly heard. The location is difficult to find, the external environment of the hotel is not good, in a small door, the door is the vegetable market, it is particularly inconvenient to go out, people who sell vegetables and buy vegetables will block the door. In short, I will not choose to live here next time. The only advantage is that the nearby train lane cafe is close to the punch card.

This is my first time booking a hotel in Hanoi, the hotel's service quality exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, convenient to travel, enthusiastic and friendly staff, the price is very cheap. Rate 5☆ for the quality of this Hotel.

Introduction to Hanoi

Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, is a fascinating blend of East and West, combining traditional Sino-Vietnamese motifs with French flair. It is known for its centuries-old architecture and a rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences.

Tips for Travelling to Hanoi

Noi Bai International Airport serves Hanoi and is the largest airport in the country. It's about 45 minutes from the city center. Once in the city, you can navigate using taxis, motorbike taxis, public buses, or by hiring a bicycle or a scooter.

Vietnam’s official currency is the Vietnamese dong (VND), but credit cards are commonly accepted in hotels and restaurants. The Vietnamese language prevails, though English is widely spoken in tourist areas and hotels.

Visa policies vary depending on your nationality, and some travelers may be eligible for visa exemptions for stays less than 15 days. Always check these details before traveling.

Popular Attractions in Hanoi

The Old Quarter is Hanoi's historic heart and commercial hub, showcasing its rich history with well-preserved colonial buildings, ancient pagodas, and vibrant markets.

Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum to delve into Vietnam's past. Don't miss the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university with its stunning architecture.

Weather, Best Time to Visit, and What to Wear

Hanoi experiences a warm humid subtropical climate with plenty of rainfall. The best times to visit are spring (February-April) and autumn (October-December) when temperatures are milder.
