Location was superb, next to train station -Fumin exit B. However, exit B do not have escalator throughout, so do take note if arriving with luggage.Room was true to pic. Room have smoke smell and was provided air purifier. Eventually got free upgraded to a bigger room within the same day. Staffs are friendly n approachable. Room is clean and water pressure was good. Laundry service is available with free detergent as well. There also a number of entries nearby. Overall, good place to stay when in Shenzhen.

The room was clean and very spacious.
Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didn’t greet me or say a word—just took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantastic—she helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around.
The hotel’s location is excellent—everything you might need is right nearby.
I was expecting more from the “city view,” though. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for.

My family had a really great 2-night stay at Jingju Hote on the 26th floor. The view was good. My kids especially enjoyed the market bazaar held in the open quad when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and bright with motorized curtains. In-room amenities were good quality too. Location was pretty central in Futian district and only couple stops away to prime places for food, shopping and activities. An overall splendid hotel at an affordable price. No regrets. Thank you 😊

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

Four of us stayed overnight in 2 rooms on the same floor. When we checked in, the front desk staff were all excellent, helpful, and service with smiles, especially when we checked out they came to the rescue by ordering 2 taxis which took us to Shenzhen North Railway station in 10 to 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the variety of teas being served at the lobby, and the soothing music played on the old traditional Chinese harp by a talented lady so graceful. Also, the delicious breakfasts made our day, and last but not least the 1.5 hour complimentary laundry service topped my amazement. I strongly recommend this hotel. Once again pls convey my most appreciation to all the staff and am so grateful to the receptionist who went out personally to the street to give instructions to the cab drivers. Well done folks, way to go! 👍👍👍

Hotel is located right across a wet market, very busy and lots of construction all around. Room is spacious, with a kitchenette and sofa sitting area. Furniture especially the sunken sofa is rather dated. The wooden toilet door is rather awkward as it opens inwards taking up space to get to the WC.
Although old, the facilities and amenities work well. The spaciousness is worth the rate paid.

first of all, the location is excellent. it is near to guomao subway station. there is also a large mall called king glory near to the hotel with lots of food and shopping options.
the hotel room was very clean and spacious. there were no windows, but there was a fancy wall of (fake) green plants, which gave the room a very homely and cosy vibe. we also liked the heated towel rack and the smart room assistant Xiao Du. the corridor was also clean and had a very pleasant scent.
one thing that bothered us a bit was that the aircon was blasting cold air at our faces when we slept, even though we have turned it to the smallest wind setting.

One thing to improve, housekeeping service is a bit too slow... I was out and came back around 5pm but the room is still yet to be cleaned. And there seems to be no heater in the room too.

LLittle Ball HeadThe room was smaller than expected, but it would be fine for a one-night stay. The surrounding area mostly consists of residential buildings. There’s a small supermarket across the street where you can get basic necessities, and the nearby streets are lined with small local restaurants.
The train station is not close. It’s also convenient to get a taxi （called 滴滴/高德）although I noticed that the driver stopped on the opposite side of the road both times. Waiting time is ard 10mins to be arrived for peak hours around 8:00am.
I checked in late at 7 PM, and it seemed like the hotel was pretty fully booked. I was assigned a room near the elevator with higher floor, however no particular view. Fortunately, the soundproofing was good, and I wasn’t disturbed by the elevator or other guests coming and going. There is a table in the hallway offering free can soda.
The air conditioning in the room was very powerful and controlled via a smart voice assistant (小度）If you can’t speak in Mandarin, it wud be a little bit not convenient. The aircon automatically defaulted to 16°C when turned on. While cleaning the desk and bedside tables with disinfectant wipes, which is my habit, I noticed that both bedside tables were covered in dust, which was a bit disappointing.
The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in speed. There was even a shower footrest. However, the showerhead was leaking, which affected the water flow—a letdown given that this is a new hotel and such issues should be rare. On a positive note, the bathroom had a smart toilet with a heated seat. You could even flush it by tapping twice with your foot, which was a nice touch!
Also provided charging cables, that is definitely a plus.
The hairdryer provided at the hotel room is designed to resemble Dyson’s style. Since I have an actual Dyson at home, I’m quite familiar with it and can make a comparison. I was pleasantly surprised that this hairdryer performed so well—it’s almost as powerful as Dyson. While my Dyson usually takes 5 minutes to dry my hair, this hairdryer took another 5 minutes to achieve similar results, leaving my hair perfectly smooth. The only downside is that it’s slightly noisier than Dyson. For those who care about having smooth hair every day and are accustomed to using Dyson products, this hotel’s hairdryer can definitely meet your expectations.
There was a nightlight near the skirting board by the door, which I thought was considerate and well-designed. Above the sink, there was a mirror with a light—thankfully, as the room itself felt a bit dim without it.
All the hotel staff were extremely polite. When asked for extra bottled water at the front desk, the staff immediately provided two bottles per person, which was very thoughtful.
Breakfast was more Chinese-style but had a good variety. Considering the price, the inclusion of breakfast made it a great deal.
One major issue I encountered in the room was with the air conditioning. While the default 16°C was too cold, adjusting it to 23°C resulted in the mattress retaining a lot of heat. It felt like lying on a heated massage bed which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. I eventually had to set the air conditioning back to 16°C, but the mattress still felt warm, leaving me sleepless all night.
When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback, so I mentioned the issue with the mattress. The two staff members were friendly and suggested that next time we inform them immediately rather than enduring the discomfort all night. While they assured us they could arrange something, I honestly can’t imagine how they could resolve such an issue—could they replace the mattress? Regardless, we appreciated their kindness. Even the housekeeping staff we encountered in the hotel were very polite, greeting us warmly and expressing hope to serve us again in the future. Their friendliness was truly commendable.

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos

But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

EelauwThis was the first time we stayed with Intercontinental. A lot of visitors checked in but was quite smooth overall. Got a free upgrade to Club Intercontinental. Thank for frontdesk staff kind arrangement.
Unluckily, the air conditioning in my room was not in normal condition and had to change another room. Staff in the Club side were so attentive and helpful at all times. Clearly noted all my requests and they did a well follow job.
The view of infinity pool was amazing and the beach was so nice. They arranged staff to keep the shoreline clean everyday.
It was a very relax trip in here and I will recommend to all my friends to visit in this hotel.

JJohnodAlthough I am primarily a business traveller, I visited the Mecure for a family stay I booked the suite to accommodate way wife’s work and bedroom myself and child could utilise.
Excellent breakfast choice, ideal location for those familiar with SZ.
I stayed 3 nights and booked the same suite for my family to stay a further 4 nights.
So highly recommended and Stephen the manager was particularly accommodating.
Also to note the juice and goods are supplied with the room so another pleasant surprise.

- For those that is flying in to Shenzhen Bao’an International airport , you may take the Metro Line to Futian Station (closest station is Exit 3A) (Please use AMAP to navigate your way to the hotel) - AMAP is your best friend in China)
- Walking distance to Futian Subway Station and Railway Station respectively (Exits 3A and 7)
- walking distance to Coco Park (lots of eateries, fashion and huge supermarket)
- next to Shopping Park Bar Street (for those who is interested to know)

CCorrienderI am satisfied with the customer service, vibe, hardware and cleanliness during my stay. The front desk staff is professional, responsive and attentive. They make my stay easier. The self-serviced laundry room is a plus as they don't charge any penny for the usage. The breakfast is above average with many choices. There is a noodle bar where around eight choices are available, which surprised me. For the room, the cleanliness is above average and the hardware is well maintained.
Suggestion: For getting into the lift, I would suggest giving a few more seconds before closing the door after someone came out. As an adult, I have to rush into the lift before the door closes. Also, please highly restrict any people smoking in the hotel as it is a major issue especially the smell in the room.

GGuest UserMy stay at the JW Marriot Baoan Hotel was magical from the moment we arrived for our one-night by the Front Desk Grace Peng who greeted and welcomed us with warm smile which make the check in process pleasant. The Room was very clean and was exactly what was shown in the websites. The hotel is located next to a mall where there are a lot of restaurants and entertainments for family. The Executive lounge is Awesome. They have very nice selection of food and drinks. The Executive lounge staff Leah, Lynee and Talita were very attentive to our needs and provided an excellent service. I would like to thank JW Marriot Baoan Hotel and their staff Grace Peng, Leah, Lynee and Talita for an exceptional service that made us feel right at home.

GGuest UserFelicity Hotel locates right next to the border in Shenzhen Luo Wo District, about 8 minutes walk after crossing the border. However, the walking bridges and pavements to the hotel are kind of old and need repairs. The hotel itself has a 7-11 convenient store right next to the lobby. The 7-11 is quite well stock and made my first day stay much more pleasant with various drinks available. Hotel staff are smiley and very helpful too. Hotel room is dated and some renovation could be used
