Great hotel location with plenty of good food options nearby. Amy at the front desk provided excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

I booked an e-sports room, so the smoke smell was a bit strong, but the front desk was great. They showed us a few rooms so we could choose one with less smoke. 👍🏻 Aside from the smoke, the cleanliness and everything else was excellent. The hotel lobby opens right onto Dongmen Old Street, which is super convenient for shopping and dining.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to Lao Jie subway station, and just across the street is the 1234 Shopping Mall, which houses Hotmaxx, Heytea, and many famous restaurants. There are also plenty of local eateries across the street to choose from. The hotel itself is great too. Although there are only two elevators, they are very fast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amy at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all very warm and attentive. You can store your luggage, and if a room is available, you can even check in early. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I originally booked an e-sports room, but when I inserted the key card into the power slot, the lights either didn't turn on or flickered once and then the power completely shut off. The front desk said it was due to the key card not being thick enough, which prevented the power from activating. This should have been fixed a long time ago, instead of making guests deal with constant power outages. Also, considering e-sports rooms are typically for smokers, even though they tried to deodorize it, there was still a slight lingering smell. In the end, I paid an extra 100 RMB to upgrade to a business room, which is what the pictures are of. The bed in this room was very comfortable, and I had a great stay. I'm so glad I decided to switch rooms.
