As a newly opened hotel in 2025, the rooms are spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned with no detail overlooked, and the bed linens are pristine white, making you feel completely at ease. The facilities are brand new, featuring not only smart toilets but also plenty of charging outlets – thoughtful details abound. What impressed me most was the sleep experience: the mattress was comfortable and the soundproofing excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. The dining was equally impressive, with a rich and satisfying breakfast. The service was impeccable; front desk check-in was efficient, robot delivery was prompt, and the hotel was very family-friendly. Furthermore, they offer 24-hour complimentary laundry and drying services, as well as free afternoon tea and heartwarming late-night snacks, which is a blessing for business travelers. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional quality in a prime location with incredible value for money. It's definitely my top choice for business or leisure trips to Shenzhen, highly recommended!

Our stay at CityNote Hotel Huaqiangbei was a very pleasant experience overall! We had just flown back from abroad that morning, and it also happened to be our anniversary the day we landed in Shenzhen. So, we really had no time to prepare or decorate the room ourselves! Before checking in, I contacted the hotel butler in advance to ask if they could help us decorate the room with balloons, flowers, and other decorations. Although the actual setup ended up being a little different from what we initially discussed, you could tell the hotel put in a lot of effort and thought into it. The staff also thoughtfully upgraded our room type. The room was very quiet and had a simple yet elegant decor, which was a pleasant surprise for us, having just gotten off a flight and celebrating our anniversary. We're very grateful to the hotel for helping us with these preparations! The overall service attitude was excellent, and room service was very responsive. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Regarding food: The breakfast was good, especially the German ham, which was quite tasty. The hotel also offers afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which are relatively simple light meals, but very convenient for guests. It's great to be able to grab a bite even if you return late in the evening. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. From the front desk to the butler and room service, all the staff were very friendly. We're also thankful to the hotel for adding a touch of ceremony to our anniversary. We would definitely consider staying here again if we visit Huaqiangbei in the future.
