Very spacious and comfy suite room. Also, very close to dongmen main street. Friendly and helpful staff. Good place for shopping, foods and beauty ( manicure). 😆

hotel strategically located, near mrt station & malls.kudos to front desk staff, were quick to extend their help to hail cab at 3am to the airport. The breakfast place is small with limited seats, were seated outside the restaurant to eat at the waiting area. room gets stuffy 🥵at night when its aircond doesn't work, but rectified almost immediately. Bed's comfy but found long strand of hair(not mine)on the comforter 😖😓

A spacious room with a comfortable bed, in a convenient and well-located area.
However, all the rooms have a cigarette smell, and the sofa is unsuitable for sleeping as it tends to sink quite a bit.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen from July 8 to July 12, 2024, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is situated in an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of dining options and a mall just a short walk away, making it very convenient for both business and leisure activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; my room was spotless, and the entire property maintained high standards throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests, which made me feel welcomed. The facilities were top-notch, with my room equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a delightful variety of options to start the day right. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
