First timer to Dongmen Hilton Hampton Hotel. Met with the warm greeting of the front desk staff and the check in took no more time than necessary . The hotel was built in the centre of a local village, making its location unquestionably convenient with many local stores around I on purpose took a picture of the guest room from an angle showing the actual size of the room Breakfast was averagely good tho

Excellent location near the Hubei Metro Station
I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in and check-out were both very efficient. I was checked in by Wei Cheng and checked out by Lucy, and both were friendly and professional.
The lobby is huge and welcoming, and I was quite impressed by the smart lift system. The room is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I also liked that the bathroom has separate cubicles for the shower and toilet, which makes it more convenient.
The air-conditioning worked perfectly cool and quiet, and I slept very well throughout my stay.
The housekeeping staff were also friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the room every day.
It’s just a pity that the Hilton bear was sold out during my visit. I would have loved to bring one home!

My stay was wonderful! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious, though it was quite busy due to China's National Day holiday. A fun surprise was the hotel's lucky draw - I was fortunate to win a commemorative coin! A special thank you to Wesley at the front desk for his friendly service and great recommendations on local restaurants and sights. I truly appreciate his hospitality.

After searching many hotels, I finally made the decision of this Hampton by Hilton Hotel for the celebration of our 35th wedding anniversary!
Before our arrival , the hotel manager James sent WhatsApp me and told me to freely upgrade our room to suite for our celebration which made us surprised to the amazement !
He is very nicely helpful and thoughtful so that we enjoyed very much and had happy stay here !
We are grateful to him !
Going back to the Suite , unbelievably cozy !
The breakfast is good and yummy especially the deserts !
Due to that It’s located near the metro , it’s convenient to go everywhere!
To sum up , the five star is highly recommended ！
