The location is very convenient, close to the subway station. The hotel itself is quiet, and the stay was pleasant with good air conditioning. The service was attentive and they made an effort to meet our needs. The restaurant also had a rich variety of dishes.

The staff were very patient in answering our questions. The hotel has an elegant environment and complete facilities. The front desk staff, Ada, was super friendly to the kids and upgraded us to a deluxe business room for free, which was great. She also helped us check in smoothly. The room was very clean, and we had a pleasant trip. 5-star rating, excellent value for money, will definitely come again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location near Luohu Port with convenient transportation. The lobby is grand, and the rooms are very clean, tidy, and well-appointed. I booked a comfortable king room, and Ada kindly upgraded me to a deluxe business king room. It was on a high floor, very quiet, and included a buffet breakfast. The service was excellent, and it's easy to get around with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, plus it's very close to the subway station. The maps near the front desk were also helpful. All in all, I'll definitely choose to stay at the Hilton again for future business trips or leisure travel.

Mysterious disappearance and a 4-hour delay in returning my bracelet completely shattered my trust. 1. The bracelet was left on the nightstand in room 1602, but mysteriously vanished during our room change, only to be 'found inside the bedsheets.' How did it magically walk itself in there? 2. I was in room 1610, and the cleaning lady 'found and submitted' it. So why did it take a full four hours to be returned? It only reappeared in a hurry after I escalated the issue to Ctrip. 3. I stayed here for half a month in July, so to be treated this way as a regular guest is appalling. I can't imagine how new guests would fare. The item's return wasn't a pleasant surprise; it was an ordeal. This wasn't just a service oversight; it was a blatant disregard for guest trust.

I had originally booked another hotel, but when I arrived, I found that the subway station construction was too noisy to stay. I called many hotels near Luohu Port, but they were either undergoing road construction or renovations. I called this hotel last minute to confirm that there was no road construction or other hotel renovations nearby, and then switched to this one. The front desk lady upgraded my room. The environment was very quiet, and I slept comfortably until I woke up naturally. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast and left feeling very satisfied.
