Excellent service! They upgraded our room for free, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The room was clean, and the location is fantastic – right downstairs from Dongmen Old Street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

Booked through Trip.com, and I received a free room upgrade to a corner room, which was a nice perk. Everything else was fine, but I have to complain about the bathroom floor being very slippery, especially when wet. I noticed other rooms had the same issue.

The area is nice, but please consider that there might be some hygene aspects that are not pleasant. The shower was not cleaned properly or at all after the last guest, there were stains on the floor even on the areas that could be easily cleaned and overall it felt that the room was never properly cleaned after each guest. The sheets and the towels were clean. When I complained, someone came and started to spray some dezinfectant on the floor and rub the stains and dry the shower with a cloth (entered the shower with shoes on and did not clean after). After witnessing this I checked out. The staff did not speak English. The area is ok, well connected.

Awesome!! I had a lot of parcels from Taobao sent to the hotel and the front desk was really kind to help me keep track all of them 🥹 The front desk is really friendly and helpful as well, greeting customers whenever they leave and come 🥰 They offer free luggage storage as well and check in;check out process is really quick 😁

Good location to travel with easy walking from Metro, not so far about 3-5 minutes. We spend 3 days here happily. The hotel offers good amenities and staff are so nice to welcome us. Allow late check out until 2 PM.
