Unexpectedly good! This trip, I experienced two places: the newly opened MGM next door at Xiaomeisha and the Intercontinental. Both have their advantages. MGM is new, small, and exquisite. The Intercontinental is much larger. When I first arrived at the lobby, there were many people coming and going due to a conference that day. Since I was with my child, they upgraded me to the Club level, which was quieter and less crowded. The breakfast wasn't extensive, but everything was very refined. If I had to choose again, I'd definitely opt for the Club level again.

This is the best InterContinental hotel we've ever stayed at with kids! The location is super convenient, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other amenities nearby. There's a subway station close by, and it's not a long taxi ride from the city center. The scenery is absolutely stunning; the winter sea is emerald green! 😍 The hotel has its own private beach with fine, clean white sand and recreational activities. You can watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea right from your balcony, with a sky full of colorful clouds and sparkling stars. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The family suite featured a bunk bed and a 2-meter king-size bed. To my surprise, my 180cm (nearly 6-foot) tall, yet underage, child slept comfortably and was thrilled! The room also came with a coffee machine, and the capsule coffees were all my favorite flavors 😋. The buffet on the first floor was delicious, with fresh seafood and excellent Cantonese dishes. You can buy vouchers on the InterContinental WeChat mini-program for a better price. The staff were professional and skilled; they proactively communicated in advance and were always responsive to any requests, making our stay worry-free and comfortable.

My room was ocean-facing, so I could lie in bed and watch the sea, or enjoy the view from the balcony. There's a beach right downstairs, and it wasn't crowded. I booked a hotel photoshoot, and since I was traveling alone, the photographer helped me take some great pictures. I picked 10 to remember this trip by, and I'm really happy with them!

Environment: The hotel room balcony offers a stunning sea view. The hotel also boasts its own private beach with incredibly fine and clean sand. Facilities: The large bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a superb stay. Service: The staff were enthusiastic and highly professional.

This hotel boasts a private beach, and you can see the ocean right from your window. Step outside, and you're directly on the sand. The staff, especially Lila and Cassie, were incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday, and after speaking with the hotel, we were upgraded to a sea-view king suite upon check-in. The room was specially decorated, and they even brought a small cake, which made my daughter absolutely thrilled! This truly is a prime beachfront property. Watching the sunrise in the morning was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor infinity pool seamlessly blends with the sea, making for some fantastic photos. The room's decor is modern and luxurious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are of high quality. It's a perfect spot for a vacation!

The overall environment is a bit dated, but it's well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The combination of the sea, fine sand, and good weather really boosted my mood! Breakfast was excellent and quite varied, and it wasn't crowded, so everything was orderly. Service-wise, check-in felt pretty standard, lacking a bit in proactiveness. However, subsequent communication was good and quite detailed. A special shout-out to the breakfast reception staff – they were enthusiastic and thoughtful! 👍🏻
