This hotel is a new designed style boutique hotels in Shenzhen within this year. I like it with clean and modern style and comfort bed offers good night and working with the new designed light is quite good. The bathroom is good enough for me to take an hot bath after the whole day working or shopping. Besides, the location of hotel is the central location of Law Wu and near the shopping mall or LawWu Train station to Kong Kong . Moreover, the service of staff is nice even my 普通話 is worst. 我亦可以用簡單廣東話和不太正確的廣式普通話和前台溝通，她們很樂於協助，籍得一讚！另外附近有国貿站的金光華商場很方便去地鐵站搭車和吃飯！加上金光華對面有24小時營業的香港新發茶餐廳只是5分鐘路程，真的很方便！加上用Trip.com訂房可以在late check out 至下午2點真好！

Location: 9/10 The hotel is located in a central location within walking distance to dongmen, kk100 and mixc and many eateries nearby. For luohu, I think it is a good location. Room: 7/10 It is relatively new and clean. Love the swivel chair that is very comfortable when working in the hotel room. However, the room lacks a safe and a fridge which are essentials that I require. Aircon takes awhile to cool down. Bed is comfortable but windows are not cleaned from inside and outside. Amenities: 9/10 the free use of washer and dryer is an attractive point to stay here. However, the gym is old and does not have a workout bench for use of the dumbbells. Breakfast is relatively simple and decent. Similar to mumianhua (5* hotel). However, it could have more western items like sausages, baked beans and ham but I understand they do cater to more domestic travellers. Overall, a decent hotel to stay at.

Today's newly opened hotel, I was very lucky to choose this one. The location is very convenient. It is opposite to Luohu Vientiane City. There are many special snacks and attractions around. It is a few minutes away from Dongmen Old Street. The main reason is that the hotel is newly renovated, very clean and hygienic. The style is simple and generous. The room was clean and tidy. The giant screen projection in the room is simply too satisfying, and the mobile phone projection screen is so cool. When I checked in, the hotel staff was very attentive and would guide guests to the lounge area to drink free milk tea, coffee, fruit, and health tea. Let me have a different experience in Shenzhen as a foreign tourist. I personally feel that the price is quite high. I look forward to coming to Shenzhen next time.

Facilities: Located in the bustling area of Luohu, adjacent to Vientiane City, it is extremely convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Hygiene: neat, clean and pleasing to the eye. Environment: The facilities are very unique to the Kapok Hotel brand. They are humane, distinctive and tasteful, and are worth staying and experiencing. Service: thoughtful and meticulous, quick check-in and check-out procedures. Others: There are all kinds of candies at the front desk, and the taste is great; Xiaonanguo's Northeastern cuisine is one of the best in Shenzhen; the breakfast is rich in products, and I like their homemade side dishes with rice the most; there is a capsule coffee machine in the room, and the coffee tastes strong and delicious.

It only takes 10 minutes to walk from Exit C of Tianbei Subway Station to the apartment, but there are many motorcycles driving around on the pedestrian road. There is Beef Hotpot opposite the apartment, and there is Wal-Mart and McDonald's across the overpass. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Shuibei Station and there is Hema Supermarket, Naixue, etc. The room is the same as the photo, but it will be a little tight for four people to sit in the living room together. The toilet is very thin and the toilet door is in danger of coming loose. The shelf near the sofa is obviously dusty and needs to be wiped before placing items. Surprisingly, there are Cute eye mask included. The front desk clerk is polite and can take care of things.

I must praise this hotel: 1. Good environment: The hotel is very warm and feels like home. 2. Good service: The guy at the front desk struggled to help upgrade to a business class hotel for free. Because Beijing was suspended due to heavy snow, we stayed for one more night, and the handsome guy at the front desk also gave us a day's breakfast. 3. Good location: It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Grand Theater subway station to the hotel, which is very convenient for travel; there is Dongmen Town Food Street nearby, with seafood and delicious food! There is also an internet celebrity street in Dongmen. Shenzhen is such an open city. Next time I come to Shenzhen, I will choose this one!

The room is suitable for a family trip and the space is okay. This location is basically the center of Luohu. It is very close to landmarks such as Chengmai Center and Kingkey 100. Of course, it is not too far from Futian. There are many places to eat around and transportation is convenient. The room is quite new, very cost-effective, and the view from upstairs is very good.

The hotel has a history of 40 years, the facilities are relatively old, and the price/performance ratio is good.
