"Highly recommended! My room was very comfortable and had a stunning view – as did the outdoor onsen. At night, I could open the window and fall asleep to the sound of the river. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle service at all times of day and night, but it's also only a 10-minute walk to the train station."

"Stayed for two days in a row. The dinner was really good and well worth the money. I will go there again next time I go to Unazuki. The food is very attentive. I have my own separate room for eating. I like it very much. The environment is beautiful."

"Beautiful hotel (about 7 min walk to the station) and was a great Ryokan experience as the room was traditional and had a breath-taking view. Futons were sufficiently comfortable - but wished there was the whole Ryokan welcome and fanfare. Staff was welcoming but did not speak much English though they had papers of English instructions all ready. There was a free shuttle out of the hotel at fixed timings to the nearest Shinkansen (Unazukionsen Station) Onsen was relaxing and was supplied with good quality products for every aspect of grooming. Lots of vending machines were available, there was a souvenir shop on site though pricey. We just did not enjoy the corridors as it gave out a creepy vibe (due to it being an older establishment), hence, we did not enjoy moving around the hotel). Facilities were beautiful and well preserved. Food as part of the experience was a good and large helping. We opted for the full seafood experience but it had a lot of sashimi or cured seafood which was not to our own liking (we did not really know what we signed up for, really our fault!) Breakfast was a good spread and really hearty. A lot of traditional and local specialties to experience! Overall a great stay! (Shops in the vicinity closes at about 5pm and open at 10am)"

"We arrived before check-in time and asked if we could leave our luggage and car, which was readily accommodated. The room had been renovated and was even nicer than it appeared in the photos, so we were able to relax and unwind very much. As for the hot spring facilities, rather than being luxurious, they consisted of a simple indoor bath and open-air bath, but the open-air bath on the 7th floor offered a nice view, with the trolley train running below. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel to our acquaintances."

"일본의 고즈넉한 료칸을 즐기고자 예약하였으며, 뷰와 방 컨디션 + 넓이까지 완벽했습니다. 역에 직접 데리러 나와주시는 부분도 섬세하여 아주 맘에 들었으며 식사와 욕탕 모두 완벽했습니다. 특히, 금액을 따로 내는 개인탕도 구비되어 있지만 2-3인 정도 그룹으로만 즐길 수 있는 작은 욕탕이 있어서 사람이 붐비지 않을때 중간 중간 들어가기 아주 좋았습니다! 호텔 내부에서 제공되는 다양한 어메니티나 간식거리들도 만족하였으며, 직원 서비스도 매우 높은 수준이라고 생각합니다. 다른 가격대의 다양한 료칸도 다녀와봤지만, 해당 가격대에 구성되어 있는 료칸 중 서비스와 방 컨디션, 욕탕 수준은 매우 높은 편입니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다. 즐거웠습니다!"

"I can see that there are old restaurants. The accommodation had a window open that day, and a big bug flew in immediately. It is better not to open the window. There are pajamas, there are some, there is TV and wifi Close to the main road, but soundproofing is ok Recommended if you don't mind the facilities"
