The view from the window was lovely, with a red bridge visible. Breakfast was plentiful. However, the air conditioning was incredibly loud at night, and I didn't sleep well. Luggage storage was very convenient, and it's right next to the train line. Overall, pretty good."

"They picked me up at the station when I arrived, and then drove me back and forth when I went out for a meal. Furthermore, when I left, they even stopped at a convenience store before heading to the station – truly wonderful service. The room was spacious and clean, and I could see the trolley trains passing by from the window. The next morning, I was lucky enough to see a troop of monkeys crossing a tightrope from the opposite bank and eating leaves in the trees just below my window. The only minor issue was the step at the entrance to the room, which caused me to stumble several times. The hotel corridors were a bit dimly lit and quiet, but that might have been because it was a day with few guests. The open-air bath in the large public bath was fantastic. I would definitely like to stay here again if I visit Kurobe."

"First off, the hot springs were fantastic! 👍 Getting there was also quite convenient; if you contact the hotel beforehand, they'll arrange a pick-up and drop-off at the station. The service was great too – on the way to the station the next day, they even took us on a little tour of the surrounding scenery and gave excellent commentary. The food was delicious and fresh. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely feel the age of the furniture in the room. 😁 The autumn views must be even more beautiful!"
