Hampton by Hilton Haikou Qilou Old Street

The Hampton by Hilton Haikou Qilou Old Street is perfect for exploring the old town! ✨ The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Qilou Old Street, great for eating, shopping, and very kid-friendly. The room views are excellent, it's clean and new, the bedding is comfortable, and breakfast offers a good selection of local specialties. The service is attentive, and parking is convenient for those driving. This one-night stay in Haikou exceeded my expectations, very satisfied! 👍🏻

The hotel was a pleasant surprise! It was comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was unexpectedly delicious and had a wide variety of options. I regret not asking what brand the hotel's 'Hei Gu Yin' (black valley drink) was, it was so good I had two glasses! The front desk service was also top-notch; if I had any requests, I'd call them and they'd quickly come to my room to resolve the issue.

The hotel was very clean and odor-free. The service from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was attentive and thoughtful! The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can walk to Qilou Old Street in five to ten minutes. The only downside was the wait for breakfast, but otherwise, everything was great. The view from the window while eating breakfast was also nice. Highly recommended!

The location is good, very convenient for getting to Qilou Old Street, about a ten-minute walk. It's also easy to hail a taxi right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and bright. When I checked in, an intern assisted me, who wasn't very experienced. As a Trip.com member, I was supposed to get a free room upgrade, but the hotel didn't mention it proactively. The first room I was given had a major issue. I called the front desk the first time, but they didn't seem to take it seriously. I waited for a while in the room and had to call a second time before someone was sent to deal with it. Since my friend was waiting downstairs to go out for dinner, I didn't argue much with the hotel. Later, the hotel called and offered to change my room and upgrade the room type. When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, I saw that the so-called upgraded room type was actually the same as the initial room, just with a complimentary fruit platter… I'm including a picture of the scenery outside the hotel entrance, but won't post the bad ones. However, the hotel really needs to improve its management.

Conveniently located just a few minutes from Qilou Old Street, the hotel offers an excellent stay with warm and attentive service.

The biggest surprise of this Hainan trip was the hotel's fantastic location. It's super convenient for getting to places like Qilou Old Street and Haida Night Market. If you're feeling lazy, you can even order takeout right to the hotel. The service was very thoughtful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, the orange-scented shower gel smelled amazing.

Facilities: The hotel itself is quite new, but it's located in an older building with a rather abstract, flame-red exterior. Parking isn't very convenient, and the charging stations are slow chargers. The location is decent; you can explore the Qilou Old Street and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening. Service: It was okay, just a little slow with check-in. Breakfast was pretty good and quite substantial.
