The hotel rooms have very premium interior and comfortable bed. They come with unlimited top up of drinks and snack, and free breakfast and night supper. Most importantly their counter crews and cleaner staffs are very friendly and quick in request. Highly recommended!

Atour was beyond my expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were top notch - clean and basically spotless. He’s was soooo comfy too. Will definitely stay again.

Very convenient location to book and stay. Quite central and close to shopping, lao ba cha, a wen chang chicken restaurant and easy walkable distance to a park. Clean and friendly staff who helped us heaps with recommendations (in English). Highlights were definitely comfortable bed, large shower, midnight congee snack (free), and even got parting gifts from staff of coconut chips, biscuits and water for our onward journey!

We had the superior King room with view, it was amazing, we loved our room, the view was amazing.
Clean and comfortable, the lobby area is very impressive looking, staff was helpful, breakfast was very good.
Only downfall is the elevator system, sometimes we had to wait a few minutes before getting an elevator.
Anyways, totally recommended, great place in Haikou!

Hotel interior was done nicely though exterior is old or not well maintained. There is supper provided and a laundry room. Simple and well designed. Love the hotel shower and toilet seat is heated.
