Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street

Landed in Haikou late at night. Got an upgrade to an Executive King Room, but it felt pretty average. The hotel entrance is tucked away in a corner, and you have to take the elevator to the 8th floor to reach the lobby. The service was good, but the hotel itself had a bit of a 'Syrian war-torn' vibe to it. I booked for two days but ended up checking out after the first. The room was a bit small, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids.

The room was clean, soundproof, and I slept very well. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly.

I arrived at the hotel by taxi around 9:30 AM on August 31st. I wasn't feeling well that day, and since it was still early, I planned to just leave my luggage at the hotel first. The front desk lady checked the room availability and immediately upgraded our room type, allowing us to check in right away! I was so grateful. I went straight to the room, took a shower, and slept comfortably until 5:30 PM!!! Highly recommend this place; the hotel is close to many attractions, and it's very convenient to get around by taxi. Loved it!

The stay was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. There was enough space, which was great for staying with children. The service was attentive, check-in was efficient, and the facilities were comprehensive. It was quiet overall, not noisy, and perfect for a relaxing stopover. There are many dining options nearby, and it's easy to get to Qilou Old Street and Haida South Gate Night Market. The value for money is great, making it ideal for a short trip to Haikou. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The staff here are so kind and friendly, and the service is excellent. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and bright. The breakfast selection was huge, and they even offer congee at night. The location is also great; it's just a 5-minute taxi ride to the Qilou Old Street scenic area. Highly recommend! I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious with a separate shower and toilet. Although it's not far from Qilou Old Street, it was a bit inconvenient due to the occasional rain and traveling with a child. Haikou People's Park is right downstairs. After finishing 'laoba cha' (a local tea), we went into the park to stroll around and were surprised to see so many locals exercising and relaxing there; it was really lively.

The rooms are spacious, the hotel is new, and there are lots of activities, making it perfect for families with kids. My little one absolutely loved it. The staff were very thoughtful and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out. Their service attitude was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time. The location is also fantastic. I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel environment is great, and the staff are warm and responsible. There's a dedicated hotel elevator, so wait times are minimal. The room cleanliness is excellent, and both the bedding and breakfast were very good.

I don't need to go into every detail; I'll just tell everyone that every aspect of this hotel is excellent. It's a highly recommended place to stay. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, in my opinion, offers great value for money, cleanliness, service, and more.
