The front desk is great, I stayed for two days and it was very good. They even arranged a non-smoking floor for my room, and the air was fresh. The windows could also be opened, offering a nice view outside. The room was quiet and tidy, and the elevators were private, which gave a strong sense of security. I stayed with a friend, and the breakfast was also very rich, I'd recommend it to everyone. The front desk also offers luggage storage, which is very convenient.

This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and the service is exceptionally good. It's my first time seeing breakfast served until 1 PM, and they also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, with different options each day. There's even a free photography service, which I have to give a huge thumbs up to! 👍🏻 My child didn't want to take photos, and I figured since it was free, I shouldn't waste it. So I just put on some lipstick and threw on some clothes and went for it. I never expected the results to be so good! The key is that the photographer made the person being photographed feel really relaxed, so the pictures didn't look stiff. Because of that, the photos turned out great, and every single one was perfect without needing any editing. I absolutely love them! 🥰🤩🥹

The software is good, but the hardware is a bit outdated. For example, some areas have peeling or worn paint on the wall corners. However, the service is impeccable. Whether it's the front desk staff or the aunties and uncles taking breakfast orders, everyone was lovely. The WeChat concierge was also very attentive, and their responses were quick and timely – truly excellent! During the Mid-Autumn Festival, the lobby even offered snacks/mooncake tasting in the afternoon. While it's a small gesture, I personally found it a delightful touch. It felt like they genuinely cared about planning the guests' day as if it were their own. Finally, the complimentary luggage delivery service was fantastic and freed up our afternoon itinerary choices. Following the hotel staff's guidance, we directly ordered from 'Golden Assistant' and easily picked up our checked luggage at Changsha South by following the diagram. Very professional.

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The standard room I booked was the largest I've ever stayed in at a Ji Hotel. It had a separate dressing area, a work area large enough for three people to sit in, a large TV, and was quiet, clean, and new – a very comfortable stay. It's only a 10-minute walk to the East Gate of Yuelu Mountain, perfect for those taking the route of entering from the South Gate and exiting from the East Gate. Exiting from the East Gate allows you to easily return to the hotel.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

Staying at this hotel again on my return to Changsha, and I've recommended it to my friends too – they all loved it. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se (bubble tea shop) downstairs, so no need to trek far. Deliveries are brought up promptly by a robot. Even during the National Day holiday, the service was excellent, and they upgraded our room type. Highly recommended for families with kids. It's also convenient to get to Orange Isle by subway. There's a convenience store downstairs, and BBQ stalls at night. The hotel even offers free laundry service, and the lobby has complimentary wellness tea and hot water. Breakfast generally meets expectations.

The service throughout was meticulous and thoughtful; you could feel the dedication everywhere. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. I've saved it and will definitely stay here again next time!

The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!

I came to Changsha with my friends and had a very satisfying accommodation experience! The hotel is in an excellent location. In the evening, you can go to the nearby night market to taste various snacks. The first thing you must do when you come to Changsha is to have a portion of stinky tofu 😋, which is delicious. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the subway and train station, making travel very convenient. It only takes a dozen minutes' drive from the hotel to the train station, which is perfect for travelers like us who need to catch the early high-speed train. The room is very quiet, with plenty of light and a wide view. It is definitely the first choice for next time! The lady at the front desk is also very hospitable. She is very considerate to us guests from other places. She introduced Changsha's local snacks and travel guides, allowing us to taste a lot of food in a limited time and visit several popular check-in spots. Every time we enter and exit the lobby, we are very friendly and greeted, which makes people feel very cordial. This time I came in a hurry. Next time I bring my family to Changsha to play, I will choose this hotel again. It is cost-effective and the experience is super value👍
