Ugh, the service was absolutely terrible. And the room wasn't even cleaned. A staff member knocked on our door around 9 AM wanting to clean, but when we brought up issues later, they weren't resolved promptly. There was clearly no handover between the morning and evening shifts. This hotel is really, really bad.

After getting off, I contacted the hotel for a pick-up, which was convenient as it's quite close. The shopping area near the hotel is also very convenient. The next morning, after a simple breakfast, I could take the hotel's shuttle to the South Station for the high-speed train.
