During the May Day holiday, I stayed at The Wellesley. As soon as I entered the hotel, there was a faint, pleasant fragrance, and the room also had a lovely scent. It was very calming and helped me sleep soundly, which is rare as I usually have trouble sleeping in new places. The holiday experience was excellent—very comfortable and peaceful. The welcome fruit was delicious, fresh, and sweet. The hotel butler was also very responsive to any requests. The hot water was instant, no need to wait for cold water to clear, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all very attentive, reminding me of the excellent Japanese service I experienced while living in Japan. As a guest, my stay was very enjoyable. I hope The Wellesley maintains its original charm and that the staff get well-deserved raises!

The hotel is brand new, with a 'light luxury' post-modern decor style that I personally adore. The room is incredibly spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. The toilet and bathroom are separate (wet and dry areas), which is a thoughtful and practical layout. The hotel offers a complimentary laundry room, or you can have housekeeping wash and return your clothes, which is a very considerate service. There's also a gym and a terrace available. In terms of location, it's just a convenient five-minute walk to Wuyi Square metro station.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is great, right in the city center, and it's only a four or five-minute walk to the subway. They even offer taxi vouchers, which saved me half the fare. The service was warm and attentive, and the entire room was smart-controlled. Plus, there was complimentary afternoon tea. It's been a long time since I've stayed at such a wonderful hotel. After a long day out, they even provide a comforting 'goodnight porridge' – and the type of porridge changed every day during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. The decor is very tasteful; the adorable ornaments scattered throughout the lobby absolutely charmed me. The noodles prepared by the auntie were incredibly delicious, truly exceptional, and the breakfast spread was extensive, catering to all sorts of tastes.

I saw several guesthouse recommendations on Xiaohongshu and after a lot of comparison, I finally chose this one. I'm very satisfied! The location is convenient, the service is great, and the noodle shop they partner with for breakfast is also delicious!

Service: The service attitude is excellent, they're always responsive to requests. Messages to their WeChat customer service were answered instantly, especially by Wendy and Clara. All staff members were very polite. There were two thoughtful details: a handwritten welcome card from the housekeeping staff, and on the second day, they replenished more drinking water after noticing our high consumption. Also, staff and concierges would avoid sharing an elevator with guests. Ambiance: The lobbies on the first and sixth floors have a nightclub-esque style, with space and astronaut elements everywhere. The outdoor balcony on the sixth floor in the evening was very comfortable; enjoying the sunset with a gentle breeze and a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' drink was incredibly pleasant. Transportation: Although the location isn't ideal for popular attractions (takes a bit longer to get there), transportation is convenient. There's a metro Line 2 station downstairs on Changsha Avenue, and taxis are readily available. It's only two metro stops from Changsha South Station. Facilities: Compared to similarly-rated hotels in Guangdong, the room size is a bit smaller, but the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe acting as a buffer, so you don't see the bed directly. The corner by the entrance is perfect for luggage, and the toilet and shower are separated on opposite sides. The soft amenities are also great: Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of drinks in the fridge, including beer, carbonated drinks, and local Changsha specialties. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and there were no odors in the restroom. Breakfast Service Extended until 2 PM: This is a rare service for many hotels. No need to rush to eat breakfast early, definitely a thumbs-up! Plus, they switch to lunch at 12 PM, so even late risers don't have to worry about going to the restaurant at 11 or 12 and finding nothing to eat. Bar: There are different live singers every night, creating a nice atmosphere. Bartender Zhang Yang provided attentive service; I felt my 'Changsha County Chronicles' cocktail was too sweet, so he remixed a new one according to my taste.

This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

Five-star rating! This hotel excels in every aspect. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great city view, and the bedding ensures a good night's sleep. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the breakfast offers both local specialties and Western options. The facilities are comprehensive, transportation is convenient, and the overall quality is excellent. It's a great choice for a stay in Changsha.

I specifically chose Grand Hyatt for my birthday trip back home this time. The hotel is located right above Hisense Plaza, close to Wuyi Square, IFS, and Pozi Street. It's super convenient for visiting popular attractions and trying out Changsha's local delicacies. The river view room offered a great panorama, though it was a pity that Changsha's weather wasn't ideal recently, so I didn't get to see the best view. Facilities: I initially thought the hotel might be a bit dated and not as modern since it's been around for a while, but all the facilities are well-maintained and feel very new. The smart home system throughout the room was very comfortable to use. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Ambiance: The decor from the lobby to the café and the lounge is all very comfortable, understated yet high-quality. The fragrance is also a relaxing scent~ I hope to check out the gym and pool next time; I'm sure they won't disappoint either. Service: Excellent. Vera from the service center was very enthusiastic. From check-in, the hotel staff proactively helped carry luggage to the room. During turn-down service, they were meticulous in replenishing room amenities. The staff at the Club Lounge were professional and attentive. Even when I stored my luggage at the front desk later, they actively helped load it into the car when I came back to pick it up. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely choose Grand Hyatt again next time I visit Changsha~

It's only a few hundred meters from Huangxing Pedestrian Street and Wuyi Square. The hotel also offers a laundry service, which is very convenient.
