My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway, making it super convenient to get around. There are plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. The room design is modern and stylish. They offer a free laundry room and luggage storage, which is a huge plus. The lobby on the ground floor is also very well-designed, and you can even rent a DJI drone there. Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

This was my second stay at W Changsha, and my three-day visit was incredibly satisfying. It will definitely be my top choice for future business trips. The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right downstairs. Getting to the high-speed train station and airport is also super convenient. A special thank you to Manager Cherry, who thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite this time. It was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more delightful than expected. Throughout my entire stay, the hotel team consistently provided high-quality service. From check-in to every interaction during my visit, the staff were always warm, professional, and attentive. Whether it was proactively addressing my needs or handling various details, they made me feel completely at home. Room service was prompt and excellent. The service and care from Mila, Wendy, and Clara significantly enhanced my impression of W Changsha – helping with printing and delivering various items to my room, all handled wonderfully! I particularly want to thank Cherry again. A minor issue during my last stay showed me her professionalism, efficiency, and approachable demeanor as a hotel manager. She genuinely considers guests' perspectives and resolves misunderstandings, which makes me want to choose W first whenever I return to Changsha. W Changsha consistently maintains a very high standard, whether it's the hardware facilities, room quality, or service experience. It truly deserves its five-star rating. This hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

I extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable. They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

Taking advantage of the summer holidays, I brought my child here to play, and this accommodation covered our five-day trip. Personally, I think it's pretty good. The hotel's location is close to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around.

My recent stay in a twin executive room at the JW Marriott Changsha was, for the most part, very satisfying! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Tujia Chong metro station, making it super convenient for shopping and getting to Wuyi Square by subway. The quality of the beds in the room was excellent; the mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – allowing me to relax instantly and get a fantastic night's sleep. The breakfast selection was abundant, offering both Chinese and Western options, plus local Changsha specialties, all of which tasted great. The executive lounge on the 35th floor was an even bigger surprise, with plenty of hot dishes and desserts during afternoon tea and happy hour, and the food quality was very high. The executive benefits were definitely worth it. There was only one minor service detail that was a bit disappointing: On the first day, I had the 'do not disturb' sign on, and I completely understood why the welcome fruit wasn't delivered after seeing the note on the door. However, on the second day, I didn't have 'do not disturb' on, and still no fruit. This inconsistency was a bit of a letdown.

The hotel lobby has a great design, perfect for a younger crowd. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, clean, and had an private bathroom. Both the front desk and room service were excellent; you can just scan a QR code to order anything you need, and delivery is prompt. Streaming shows on the TV was a blast. The breakfast had a good variety, and the cocktails were tasty. It's just a few minutes' walk to Huangxing Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for getting around.

This hotel is super close to Changsha Railway Station, which was really convenient since I arrived in Changsha late at night and could get some rest right away. The subway entrance is right outside the hotel, making getting around incredibly easy. It was also pretty quiet at night, which was a plus.
