My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Housekeeping was prompt, and they checked in daily. The lady who delivered items was also very quick. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. It came equipped with a hairdryer and a smart toilet. Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of attractions and local eateries, and the nearest subway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserEnvironment: Very quiet, fresh air. Hygiene: Very clean. Facilities: Well-equipped. Service: The staff are very welcoming and greet every guest. The cleaning auntie cleans very promptly. A special shout-out to the security guard who helped me with my laundry. Before he left work, he even went to check if my clothes were dry. They weren't, so he helped me dry them for another half hour. Because I was leaving early the next morning, he even told the night shift staff to deliver them to my door once they were dry. Thumbs up!👍

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are quite new and smart. The front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful; they're always available on WeChat to assist with any needs. The hotel's mini-program is very convenient, and there's a robot that can deliver takeout directly to your room. The hotel's complimentary late-night porridge is a nice touch, but the afternoon tea selection was much smaller than advertised, and breakfast was also quite limited. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy at night. The hotel isn't very close to the subway station either; it's a bit of a walk. Overall, it's not bad.👍🏻

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's design is excellent, from the entrance and hallways to the rooms themselves, everything has a space and star theme. You can use your room card to access the hotel from the parking lot, which saves a lot of hassle with elevators. All the furnishings and amenities in the room are coordinated, even the trash cans match the theme and decor, showing great attention to detail. The bedding is very comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. The service is very responsive. The TOTO toilet is currently the best smart toilet on the market, and the Kohler bathroom fixtures provide a great experience.

GGuest UserWe just had a fantastic family vacation celebrating my wife’s birthday in Changsha, and staying at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou was a wonderful decision. We checked in on May 22, 2026, and checked out on May 25, 2026. I can easily provide 5+ star comments without hesitation. The hotel is very new and has a grand and clean overall impression. The river view from the hotel is magnificent. All the facilities are advanced. The room is spacious, and I love the modern Chinese style design. What really impressed me was the service? Both the front desk and the restaurant staff can provide proactive services. For example, I had a little cough during my breakfast, and the restaurant manager provided me with some food and drink that could comfort my coughing. All the restaurant staff were well-trained and offered excellent service during our breakfast time. The butler service was amazing too, which made my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. My wife and daughter were extremely impressed. Also, the gym and swimming pool were clean and comfortable. Finally, this is the first time I’ve enjoyed writing comments after my hotel stay. I was extremely happy to recognize the team at the Oryard Hotel Changsha Juzhou. I believe the leadership and management of the hotel have spent tremendous efforts in training, as this level of service is difficult to achieve. We are also thinking of visiting Zhangjiajie during the winter holidays. We will obviously stay at the Oryard Hotel Changsha and are looking forward to coming back.

Cleanliness: The cleaning is impeccable, both in general and in the details. Environment: The environment is great. The hotel has a fantastic design; I heard it's based on Huxiang culture, which is quite interesting. Service: I have to give a special shout-out to Maggie! She's exceptional with a wonderful attitude. She remembered me every time and greeted me. Definitely worth praising!

RRika37chanThis might just be the hotel with the best night views of the Xiang River in Changsha. My stay was during the plum rain season, so the weather was poor and misty. However, on the first night, I could still see Orange Isle and the Xiang River. Later, as night fell and the lights came on, the light show along both banks of the Xiang River was spectacular. Perhaps the Xiang River night view is the best way to experience Changsha. The next day, the weather cleared up, visibility improved, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Yuelu Mountain in the distance. The room decor felt a bit old-fashioned and traditional, but the light color palette was very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant offered a wide variety, including freshly baked waffles and made-to-order eggs Benedict. The freshly squeezed juice was very fresh and delicious. What impressed me most about the hotel was the service at the Grand Club. The front desk staff at the Executive Lounge frequently engaged me in conversation during my stay. They never neglected me, even when busy with work, always attentively answering my questions and comforting me when my flight was delayed due to a schedule change. This trip was for my graduation, and after explaining this to the lounge staff, they happily prepared a small cake to commemorate the end of my student days. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Manager Yan and all the staff at the Grand Club Executive Lounge, and wish them all the best in their careers. It's also worth mentioning that the Grand Club offers the best spot to capture photos of Du Fu's Pavilion at night, perfect for stunning shots. Despite being an older hotel, having been open for nearly 10 years, the Grand Hyatt Changsha is impeccably maintained, both in the rooms and public areas. If I were to recommend a place, the Grand Hyatt would always be the best choice when visiting Changsha.

Mia proactively explained the hotel facilities and local attractions, answering all our questions with great detail, which made us feel very well looked after. The room service was excellent too; housekeeping was thorough and kept the room spotless, replenishing amenities promptly, and responding quickly to any requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The entire service was thoughtful and attentive, making us feel right at home. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!
