My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Exit 5 of Wuyi Square Subway Station, and close to Huangxing Walking Street. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Although the hotel is on a main road, it's very quiet at night. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a heated towel rack. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing great directions and recommending local Changsha specialties. The restaurant at the hotel entrance has good food; the stir-fried pork with white chilies was delicious and not too spicy.

GGuest UserI extended my stay for three more days. On the first day, the room wasn't cleaned, so I went to the front desk. They immediately arranged for it to be cleaned, and the subsequent service was excellent. They even gave me complimentary breakfast and a departure gift. This was my first time staying at an Orange Crystal Hotel, and I found the room facilities to be quite smart. We stayed in a family room, and the extra bed was a sofa bed, which wasn't ideal, but thankfully the mattress was comfortable. They also provided welcome fruit and a departure gift. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at the front desk. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserGreat value for money! It's super close to Wuyi Square. The afternoon tea and cocktails are absolutely delicious, and the complimentary late-night congee is a lovely touch. I was especially happy that the front desk lady even helped me pick up my takeout. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Changsha. The hygiene is exceptional, everything is spotless, the bed is perfectly made, and the duvet cover is pristine. The environment is really nice, it looks like it's just been renovated, and the facilities are excellent. Plus, it's very close to the subway station. Highly recommend staying here!

Upon entering the cyberpunk-themed lobby on the 6th floor, amidst the starry ceiling and neon lights, Lin proactively approached to assist me. There was no perfunctory small talk; noticing I looked tired from traveling with luggage, she effortlessly took my heavy bags, carefully explained the locations of the 6th-floor pool and breakfast restaurant, and even thoughtfully recommended authentic local Changsha snacks nearby. Along the way, she noticed my curiosity about the hotel's space-themed decor and casually shared insights into the clever design, all with perfect discretion. The trendy environment, coupled with such warm and heartfelt service, instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Lin and Lily at the front desk elevated my entire stay with their meticulous service. W Changsha is now my top choice when visiting Changsha!

GGuest UserThe service was enthusiastic and proactive, with plenty of staff on hand. Everyone we encountered greeted us warmly and offered assistance (much better than in some other cities). The room was spacious enough, and the facilities were good. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor had delicious food at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that the pillows were extremely soft and didn't provide enough support; even stacking two didn't help, as they'd just flatten out while I slept.

AAnonymous UserGrand Hyatt Changsha is my top choice when traveling with kids! It's super convenient for getting around. I booked a Club River View King Room, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning and expansive. The hotel even thoughtfully provided an extra bed for my child, and there was plenty of room. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very well-maintained. The staff members were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which is a huge plus! Breakfast was also very well-organized. Plus, Hisense Plaza is right next door, and there's a Cha Yan Yue Se on the second floor, which is incredibly convenient! I'll definitely choose Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Changsha!

The breakfast was also very much to our taste. The travel photography session included in the package was truly fantastic. This hotel is simply the best in Changsha! From the hotel lobby on the 39th floor of the Skyview Heights Hotel, you can see our great leader's statue and the flowing river, making for a beautiful view. The hotel was also very clean, with complete facilities, and the environment and service were all excellent. The facilities are very comprehensive, and you can even get a great shot of the Changsha Station sign right from the window. The staff's attitude was excellent, and they provided everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here! It's also super easy to find – after a day tour with a group, you just get off the bus and walk about 50 meters, and you're there.
