The rooms here are really clean. Front desk staff member #1 provided excellent service. They helped me store my luggage after check-out, and even arranged for my drinks to be put in the fridge. The room cleaning was also very thorough. I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel amenities are incredibly complete. The smart AI speaker in the room was really handy; being able to control the lights and AC with voice commands was super convenient. Ordering takeout was a breeze too, especially since the hotel has robots that help deliver things – it saved time and was a fun touch. Sometimes when there were a lot of deliveries and the robots were busy, staff members #2 and #6 would even help bring things to the room. Such thoughtful service!

The hotel stay was great. Some of the front desk staff, particularly on the 11th, were very enthusiastic and helpful. They promptly assisted us with any issues that arose, and their attitude was excellent. The room cleanliness was quite good, and the location was convenient for getting around. The front desk service, especially from staff member #2, was excellent. The room was very clean, and the facilities and equipment were all in great condition. Being on the 16th floor, it was very quiet, with excellent soundproofing. Plus, the robot delivery service for takeaways right to the room was a nice touch. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here.

It's easy to get around, convenient for Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Very good. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se tea shop within 500 meters.

I stayed here three years ago and had a wonderful experience, so when my family and I revisited Changsha this time, we chose to stay here again. My family was also very satisfied with our stay this time. I felt the service was even more attentive this year, with some very thoughtful small touches that made my family very happy. Thanks to the hotel for its meticulous attention to detail. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha! 😆

The service was absolutely fantastic! They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief as it meant the elderly and children could rest right away. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room, which was much appreciated. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient; they even noticed we had laundry and brought us a drying rack – truly made us feel at home! A special shout-out to the front desk ladies, especially staff members #2 and #6. They were so kind and considerate, and handled everything with such speed and efficiency, making our stay even more perfect. We can't wait to visit again!

Five stars, highly recommend! The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and check-in was very efficient. They were also very patient and helpful with all our questions about local attractions and dining. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and odorless. The most convenient feature was the food delivery robot – no need to go downstairs to pick up meals, it delivered straight to our room door. It made our stay so hassle-free and comfortable. This is definitely our top choice for future trips to Changsha!

The room was great, the kids loved it, and the breakfast was plentiful. The service was excellent too. The underground parking lot is spacious, making it easy to park. The laundry service was also good; you just write your label and stick it on the washing machine. We got our clothes back folded and dried the next day, which was a nice surprise. The room's soundproofing was good, and the shower area was nice. The location is also convenient, with the subway station just a few hundred meters away.
