This hotel truly pays attention to every detail, and the service is exceptionally good. It's my first time seeing breakfast served until 1 PM, and they also offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, with different options each day. There's even a free photography service, which I have to give a huge thumbs up to! 👍🏻 My child didn't want to take photos, and I figured since it was free, I shouldn't waste it. So I just put on some lipstick and threw on some clothes and went for it. I never expected the results to be so good! The key is that the photographer made the person being photographed feel really relaxed, so the pictures didn't look stiff. Because of that, the photos turned out great, and every single one was perfect without needing any editing. I absolutely love them! 🥰🤩🥹

Absolutely fantastic and super satisfying! This hotel was my favorite part of my entire trip to Changsha 😭 I was so happy I didn't want to leave. They offer a delicious breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea, and even late-night snacks. Plus, they have a photography service! This is truly the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in. Even the toiletries are from Le Labo!!!

Stayed one night at this super stylish hotel. They provide Le Labo toiletries and Dyson hairdryers as standard, and all the travel photos taken are complimentary, including 9 retouched ones – a female photographer's dream! The breakfast and afternoon tea were also incredibly rich, with a wide selection of drinks, and the mooncakes were delicious! The reception staff were all fantastic! Plus, there was a 100 voucher for shopping and a canvas bag as a gift.

The breakfast is a delightful fusion of Chinese and Western styles, with both excellent taste and presentation. The decor is a minimalist and stylish design that I absolutely love. Highly recommended!

The service was absolutely amazing! So thoughtful! They prepared a warm patch for menstrual relief, mugwort packets, and many other essentials for women. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Before check-in, they sent detailed instructions and thoughtfully recommended local authentic eateries and sightseeing routes. They maintained a perfect balance – not intrusive but always available when needed. It felt like a relaxed home away from home. The food was delicious and exquisite. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha!

Dubbed Changsha's "Little St. Regis," this hotel boasts incredibly attentive and thoughtful staff, along with a fantastic design. It's definitely worth a stay, especially for families with kids. The late-night snacks, breakfast, and afternoon tea are all excellent. Plus, there's a HeyTea right next door, which is super convenient.

My good friend came to visit Changsha, and this hotel is truly amazing! From the incredibly rich breakfast to the puzzle-solving challenge for small rewards, the staff's ability to handle emergencies, and even the emotional expression of the little photographer girl – everyone was just wonderful!
