The service was absolutely fantastic! They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge relief as it meant the elderly and children could rest right away. We were also kindly upgraded to a better room, which was much appreciated. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient; they even noticed we had laundry and brought us a drying rack – truly made us feel at home! A special shout-out to the front desk ladies, especially staff members #2 and #6. They were so kind and considerate, and handled everything with such speed and efficiency, making our stay even more perfect. We can't wait to visit again!

The combination of natural wood and stone, along with soft lighting, gives the rooms a clean and comfortable feel. The bedding is incredibly soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour butler service is very responsive, and they even deliver breakfast and late-night snacks to your room. With a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' (popular bubble tea shop) right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring the local food scene. A truly therapeutic stay!

The soundproofing in the room is excellent. Even though it's located in a bustling area, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbance from outside noise. Xiao Jiang and Pei Zhen at the front desk provided meticulous and thoughtful service, always available when needed. I'd definitely come back to Xiangjiang Hotel if I visit Changsha again!

Great value for money, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, though you'll need to transfer metro lines if you want to go to Wuyi Square, but it's not too far. The room has a table which is perfect for eating takeout. The best part is that it's next to a mall, and there's a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right on the first floor, so you can get your bubble tea fix whenever you want! Mr. Big Bowl on the third floor is a chain restaurant with authentic Hunan cuisine; you absolutely must try their stir-fried pork with chili. (Oops, I got a bit off-topic there!)

Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet. Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The panoramic river view is breathtakingly expansive; I could enjoy the Xiang River sunset and the night views without even leaving the room. The room hygiene was impeccable, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a great rest after a day of exploring. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Changsha.

Found this amazing high-rise, river-view hotel in Changsha! 🏨 It's right next to Peiyuan Bridge subway station, super convenient as you exit the subway and you're there. The environment is incredibly photogenic, with stunning views from the 57th floor 🥹. The overall decor is very stylish, all in a modern, minimalist design. Service was excellent throughout; the rooms are fully automated. Takeaway food is delivered by robots, and laundry service is personalized, one-on-one. Plus, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning (from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM). The gym and mini-bar are also free to use. It's truly a place where you can completely relax and just chill out all day – so blissful!
