I traveled with my family and chose this hotel. After checking in, I found the room to be very comfortable, so I decided to extend our stay for another night. Front desk staff member #1 had excellent service. When we checked out, they helped us with a late checkout and even gave us bottled water for our journey since it was hot outside. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. The staff's attitude was fantastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The room was really bright and the bed was soft and thick, making it super relaxing to lie on. The hygiene was impeccable; there were no strange smells, and the soundproofing was great. The facilities were complete and the overall comfort was top-notch. It was a really pleasant and worry-free stay, highly recommended.

Getting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet. Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful. They thoroughly explained the room features and asked if I minded a corner room. Since I didn't, they arranged a room with a 270-degree view. The two windows offered excellent views, and the night view of Xiangjiang River was perfect for photos. The room also had a large bathtub, a Kung Fu tea set, and a separate shower and toilet. The facilities and equipment were complete and well-equipped. I highly recommend staying here.

Traveling with my family of four, the twin beds could be pushed together easily, which was perfect. The mattresses and duvets were quite comfortable. The mini-bar fridge was completely free, and so was the laundry and drying service! Compared to the facilities, this hotel truly shines in its service. Every single staff member provided service with a smile, speaking Mandarin with a lovely Changsha accent – so sweet and friendly, haha. Anything we needed, like extra blankets, was delivered promptly, and any issues we had were easily discussed and resolved. The free parking required some guidance, but having a dedicated elevator was a plus, especially since there are so many hotels in this skyscraper. I think it's an excellent choice for travelers looking for good value for money and convenient transportation.
