Traveling during the summer holidays, our train arrived extremely early, before 6 AM. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and arranged a resting area for us, even providing a fan. We heard the hotel was fully booked for the summer holidays. When a guest checked out early, they immediately arranged for staff to prioritize cleaning the room for us, addressing our needs. We were very satisfied with the room, and the arrangements made it convenient for our two families to stay together. The children absolutely loved the Xiao Du smart speaker, and the room was cleaned very thoroughly. When we left something in the lobby, they even collected it and contacted us. Laundry facilities are available on the 5th floor, with staff periodically attending to requests. We were very happy with our stay at this standalone hotel these past few days.

On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.

They pay attention to all the details, like providing disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners for a relaxing soak. They even offer slippers and toiletries for children. There's a complimentary late-night congee and afternoon tea every day, and the breakfast sets are incredibly varied and delicious!

The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

Extremely satisfied. Whenever I'm in Dongtang, I pretty much stay here. The hotel has been around for many years, but the rooms don't feel old at all. The cleanliness and decor are excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. We stayed in a family room, and my child loved it, especially the themed playmat and large cushions. The front desk staff and the floor attendants were all incredibly helpful; you can ask them anything you need. The room had one large bed and one small bed.

Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

The room was a bit small, and the river view room only offered a very tiny glimpse of the Xiang River, which honestly was quite disappointing. The environment didn't live up to my expectations. However, the location is truly excellent, making it worth the price.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The subway station is right across the street, and it's close to Orange Isle. There's a snack street behind the hotel and the IFS Tower is also nearby. The room views are also fantastic; you can see Orange Isle and the Xiang River right from your room, and at night, you can enjoy the beautiful Xiang River light show. The sunset in the evening is also perfect for photos. The room decor is simple and comfortable.

Found this amazing high-rise, river-view hotel in Changsha! 🏨 It's right next to Peiyuan Bridge subway station, super convenient as you exit the subway and you're there. The environment is incredibly photogenic, with stunning views from the 57th floor 🥹. The overall decor is very stylish, all in a modern, minimalist design. Service was excellent throughout; the rooms are fully automated. Takeaway food is delivered by robots, and laundry service is personalized, one-on-one. Plus, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning (from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM). The gym and mini-bar are also free to use. It's truly a place where you can completely relax and just chill out all day – so blissful!
