Our overall stay was fantastic! The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Front desk staff members 2 and 5 provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service, really excelling in the details. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and even a dedicated drying area, making it very convenient for changing clothes during your trip. Food deliveries are brought directly to your room by a robot, which is hassle-free and efficient. Plus, there's key card access to the guest room areas, providing a great sense of security. The location is a huge advantage, just a few hundred meters from the subway station, about a 5-minute walk. The subway goes directly to all major attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!

On a whim, I came to Changsha and chose the top-ranked hotel on Trip.com. The service was absolutely fantastic, I really don't understand how anyone could write a negative review. The staff were so warm and attentive. The breakfast and supper options were incredibly fresh, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. We stayed for two nights and got to enjoy different dishes each day, which was a real treat. With two kids, we spent almost all our time at the hotel. Changsha was just too hot, so we could only go out in the evenings. Coming back to the hotel for supper after exploring was great, and it was really good value for money – they even prepared three servings for both breakfast and supper for us! Suggestion: The owner should consider getting a shuttle bus. There's a bit of a distance between the metro station and the hotel, which would also make it easier for the concierge to help with luggage.

Staying at Xiangjiang Hotel 1968, located near Wuyi Square during my trip to Changsha, far exceeded my expectations and was the biggest surprise of my entire journey. The hotel staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; check-in was quick and smooth, and all my requests were promptly met with care and discretion. The room environment was outstanding, with decor blending vintage charm and modern comfort. The entire room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly even in the bustling city center. The amenities were carefully chosen, making for a truly delightful stay. The dining arrangements were a major highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, and the authentic Changsha freshly-cooked rice noodles were superb, instantly delivering a true local flavor. The complimentary afternoon tea was exquisite and delicious, with carefully selected pastries, making for a relaxing break. What was most heartwarming was the thoughtful late-night snack, a warm treat that was both comforting and healing after a night out. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Wuyi Square and the Xiangjiang River, making it extremely convenient for getting around. From service and rooms to the daily meals, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. Next time I visit Changsha, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

Every time I come to Changsha, I stay here because my child loves Changsha so much that we visit several times a year. We really like it here; the transportation is very convenient, the robot delivery service is quick, and the service is excellent. There are also many room types available, and the rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast is also great; my child always makes a puzzle out of their breakfast before eating it, which makes them very happy.

Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. Booked this hotel by chance, and it was pretty clean. The hot water came out fast and had good pressure, and the air conditioning was excellent. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, definitely worth trying – much better than the Zhou Ji noodles (my personal opinion), which were a complete mess. One minor issue: the toilet splashed water when you sat on it. On the bright side, the subway station is right on the -1 floor, making transportation very convenient.

Found this amazing high-rise, river-view hotel in Changsha! 🏨 It's right next to Peiyuan Bridge subway station, super convenient as you exit the subway and you're there. The environment is incredibly photogenic, with stunning views from the 57th floor 🥹. The overall decor is very stylish, all in a modern, minimalist design. Service was excellent throughout; the rooms are fully automated. Takeaway food is delivered by robots, and laundry service is personalized, one-on-one. Plus, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning (from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM). The gym and mini-bar are also free to use. It's truly a place where you can completely relax and just chill out all day – so blissful!
