GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete – The hotel elevators aren't slow, and you can use your card or face recognition to operate them and open your room door. There are also full-length mirrors inside the elevators. Rooms come equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, full-length mirror, and more. On the 5th floor, there's a buffet breakfast restaurant, laundry room, gym, and a sky garden.
Cleanliness: Clean, no stains found, and the room had no strange odors. The front desk staff thoughtfully assigned us a room on a non-smoking floor. The elevator lobby had a faint pleasant scent, but there seemed to be a subtle smoky smell inside the elevator itself. While not strong, I hope this can be improved!
Service: Superb – A big shout-out to the front desk staff, I didn't catch their names, but the two working on the afternoon of May 6th, 2026, were both very friendly. The front desk lady noted my request for a non-smoking room and even helped upgrade our room type (to a non-smoking floor). Furthermore, whenever we passed by, the front desk always greeted us warmly. It wasn't just the front desk; all the hotel staff were very enthusiastic.
Overall, it was a great experience.

The moment I stepped into Yijian 6500, I knew my trip to Changsha would be different because of this hotel. It doesn't feel like a cold, impersonal hotel; it's more like an old friend I've known for years, who has already prepared everything, just waiting for my return.
From the moment I was greeted at the entrance, 'feeling at home' was no longer just an adjective. The house manager's gentle smile and warm greeting instantly melted away the fatigue of my journey. During check-in, a cup of perfectly warm tea was handed to me; that comforting warmth spread from my tongue to my heart. What surprised me even more was that the hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room! This unexpected gesture made any initial feeling of unfamiliarity completely disappear.
The house manager accompanied me throughout, like a dedicated personal butler, meticulously explaining every detail of the room. From how to use the smart devices to the carefully prepared welcome snacks, everything revealed the host's attentiveness. What truly charmed me was the exquisite canvas bag, which not only contained an eye mask and earplugs to help me sleep soundly but was also a gift I could take home! This small gesture was full of human touch. There was even a Rubik's cube personally made by the hotel in the room; after I thoughtfully solved it, I received a coupon for Tea's Express! This clever integration of fun and surprise into the service made me both play and drink, lifting my spirits.
At Yijian 6500, my taste buds were also exquisitely cared for. Complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks could all be delivered directly to my room. Whether it was a meal to energize me in the morning, delicate refreshments during a lazy afternoon, or a comforting supper late at night, I could enjoy delicious food without leaving my room. This feeling of being so meticulously looked after was truly wonderful.
The house manager also thoughtfully provided us with 'Changsha Food Guide,' 'Changsha Attraction Recommendations,' and 'Trendy Street Play Guide' via WeChat. These guides weren't generic information found online; they were filled with local insider tips and practical advice, allowing us to experience the charm of Changsha more deeply. Coupled with free Wi-Fi and professional travel photography services, the entire stay experience was simply perfect.
Leaving Yijian 6500, my heart was filled with reluctance. Afterward, I checked into the W Hotel, intending to experience the standardized service of an international chain, but the stark contrast felt like night and day. While the W Hotel certainly boasts modernity and luxury, the genuine, warm service at Yijian 6500 is something no standardized process can replicate. In that moment, my only thought was: I really want to go back.
Yijian 6500, you are more than just a hotel; you allowed me to find another definition of 'home' in Changsha. Thank you for giving me such an unforgettable journey.

The butler service is thoughtful; they called ahead to understand our room preferences and prepared a complimentary goodnight congee for us every evening. GGuest UserMy best friend and I came to Changsha for a trip, and we chose this guesthouse based on its aesthetic appeal – it truly exceeded our expectations.
It's located inside an alley but very close to the entrance, so there's no need to worry about safety. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk directly to attractions like Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou. It's also walkable to popular restaurants like Cuiyan Xiaochao Huangrou (Stir-fried Beef), Ben Luobo, and the famous Black Classic Stinky Tofu – incredibly convenient.
Regarding the service, the customer service via WeChat was incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any questions or concerns. When we checked in, they even helped us with our luggage. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night snack, and the mung bean soup is absolutely delicious. The facilities are also excellent; the washer-dryer combo was very useful.
I highly recommend this guesthouse. It excels in safety, photo-friendliness, and convenience.

Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

BBaochaoxiedianbujialaStayed here during the May Day holiday. Aside from the price, it was a pretty good stay. I had a windowless room located between two hallways. The front desk staff was very welcoming and provided detailed information. The room was clean, and the bathroom had solid walls, not those glass ones, which I really liked. My only question was about the bathroom exhaust fan; there was no sound when I turned on the switch, so I'm not sure if it wasn't working or if it's just a silent model.

The natural light was great; when the sun shone in, I felt so warm and cozy. Plus, check-out was at 1 PM, and the hotel even extended it for us by an hour. They also gave us a small gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. Excellent service, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

The only downside was the soundproofing, which was a bit average, but everything else was great 👍🏻
