Changsha IFS • International Finance Center Exotic Impression Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch)

Not great value for money. First, the toilet in the bathroom wasn't smart – it's like they tried to learn from Japan but didn't quite get it right, as most Japanese-style decor usually includes smart toilets. Second, for a hotel pretending to be high-end, it's a bit odd that there's no iron and ironing board. Third, the navigation to the parking lot takes you through Taiping Old Street, requiring a winding, seven-turn route just to (potentially) reach your destination.

The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is super convenient! If you arrive early, you can drop off your bags and go explore, and after checking out, you can leave your luggage without having to haul it around. The service is incredibly thoughtful, and the staff are enthusiastic, attentive, and efficient, paying attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business trips, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! Plus, they even upgraded my room to a river view, which offered amazing panoramic views. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

My stay here was great! The hotel itself was clean and tidy, making for a really relaxing and comfortable experience. The best part is the self-service washer and dryer on the fifth floor, which is super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. You can wash and dry your clothes right there, so you don't have to carry damp items around, completely solving the hassle of laundry on a trip – incredibly practical! The hotel is also close to scenic spots like Pozi Street, which is great for getting around.

This is my fourth stay, and I highly recommend this hotel whenever I visit Changsha. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Most importantly, the front desk staff are all very kind and friendly; they can help solve any issue. The breakfast is also plentiful. The room was quite spacious, which I was very happy with. Plus, the location is truly excellent, right in the city center and about an 8-minute walk from IFC. It's also super convenient for exploring popular commercial areas, old alleys, and other attractions nearby. During my stay, the housekeeping service was very prompt. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel service was truly excellent and very thoughtful. They contacted me in advance to ask if I had any room preferences. They arranged a high-floor river view room with a Chinese rustic wood theme and even included a kung fu tea set. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the showerhead worked perfectly. The facilities and amenities were complete, including a washer-dryer combo and a gym. There's even a robot in the lobby to deliver takeout to your room.

The hotel's overall location is excellent, and it's incredibly convenient for subway travel. I booked an IFS view room, hoping for a river view, and the front desk arranged a partial river view for me. The room was a bit noisy facing the street, with seniors singing and dancing by the river opposite. The shower drain in the bathroom was a bit small, making it prone to clogging after washing my hair. The buffet breakfast was very mediocre with limited options. The hotel's robot room service was too slow; it took about twenty minutes for the noodles I ordered to arrive.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Xiang River, and directly across from a subway entrance. Just over the bridge is Orange Isle. It's very close to Wuyi Square, Taiping Old Street, Pozi Street, IFS, and Huangxing Pedestrian Street, all within walking distance. The staff were very friendly. The room facilities are quite new and uniquely designed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

Highly recommend this hotel! The panoramic views are unobstructed, offering stunning sights of the Xiangjiang River. You can watch the river and sunset during the day, and admire the dazzling lights along both banks at night – every photo you take will be a masterpiece. The location is superb, very close to Wuyi Square, making it easy to walk straight to the commercial district. It’s incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing, and getting around. The room is clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. Staying here when visiting Changsha is absolutely worth it; you really can't go wrong!
