"The hotel facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions. The service is also very attentive; the staff at the front desk are all super friendly and enthusiastic. Their breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, which is fantastic. In the evening, you can also enjoy cocktails at the 11th-floor front desk, and there's an open-air bar on the rooftop, making it perfect for young people. The hotel's hygiene is impeccable, and every staff member is incredibly polite. I will definitely choose them again next time I visit Changsha! Highly recommended."

"This was my first time in Changsha, and I blindly booked this hotel. I never expected to find such a pleasant surprise on the 8th floor of the WTC Global Financial Center! It's in an excellent downtown location, with restaurants, supermarkets, and the subway all around – truly a one-stop shop for everything you need for travel, food, and entertainment. The new Chinese-style decor is serene and elegant, creating a quiet little haven amidst the bustling city, perfect for shedding the fatigue of a long journey."

I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

I've discovered a hidden gem this time, a fabulous cultural hotel nestled amidst the city's vibrant charm – Pinmanxi. 📍The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in Chaozong Street, truly achieving that perfect balance of being quiet yet central. Just a short walk downstairs and you're at Cha Yan Yue Se, and Wuyi Square is only a few minutes' walk away. IFS, Taiping Old Street, and Pozi Street are all easily accessible for exploring. In the evening, after your stroll, you can leisurely walk back – super convenient! 🛋️The lobby instantly wowed me upon arrival. The wooden aesthetic combined with Oriental elegance creates an incredibly sophisticated vibe. There's also a faint sandalwood scent, instantly making you feel relaxed. It's truly a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks great! 📸 🏊♀️The rooftop pool on the 7th floor is a delightful surprise. Swim during the day and look up at the blue sky. In the evening, stand on the terrace and watch the city lights, enjoying a drink with the gentle breeze. The romantic atmosphere is simply incredible! 🌙 🌿The entire hotel feels like a garden oasis. Everywhere you look, there are floral arrangements, green plants, and thoughtful touches. Sunbathe on the top-floor terrace, or enjoy afternoon tea at the dome-shaped book bar. You feel completely rejuvenated. ☕ I stayed in a room with a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. In the morning, the sunlight streams in, and the view is superb! At night, you can lie in bed and watch the Changsha nightscape – full marks for ambiance! 💯 The entire room features smart voice control with ”Hello Xiao Xi,” a dream come true for anyone who loves convenience. The bathroom also has a starry sky showerhead and a makeup mirror! ✨ 🎎Pleasant little details: The hotel offers exquisite Hanfu for free, which is perfect for photos and adds a wonderful touch. They even gave a small farewell gift when checking out – so thoughtful! 💝 You really have to go! Once you stay, you'll understand. I'd come back to Changsha just for this hotel! ❤️"

"Facilities: I was initially quite torn when choosing a hotel. If you're not a fan of high-rise hotels, then this one is absolutely perfect. Service: The service was incredibly good! They upgraded our room and even included breakfast. The upgraded room was fantastic, and the food delivery robot was super fast – no long waits at all. Plus, the laundry service was also excellent. Late checkout until 3:00 PM (subject to availability): On our last day, we had some things to take care of, and they allowed us to check out at 3 PM, which was incredibly considerate!"

"Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!"

"I had a wonderful experience staying in the tatami room with a river view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. The bathroom had a good wet and dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Because I enjoyed my stay so much, I decided to extend it. The hotel is ideally located right by the Xiangjiang River, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a free gym and a self-service laundry room. There's even a smart robot in the lobby that can deliver items to guest rooms. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay."

"I'm vary happy with my stay here. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The facilities are great. The room is big, clean, comfort, new, and quiet even my room is at level 3. Nothing is perfect, I felt a bit disturbing with their room temperature control as being told by the staff the temperature is control by the building as they are using centralised system. They have an in-house laundry room for guest only and it is free. You can leave your dirty clothes here and their staff will help to arrange the laundry based on your request. After having all the hunan food, if you wish to do some exercise, you may try their gym room as well. Overall the staying experience here is good and for all the foreigners out there, you may come to try for yourself. I am from overseas and this is my first time staying at Atour. I will make sure my next trip will still choosing Atour."
