"The hotel is really cool. I loved it. Very clean, well organized, robots bring you food to your room, near metro station, near the pedestrian area, is in a perfect location. The girl in the lobby reception are super friendly and they will help you in anyway possible. Remember to ask for your free welcome cocktail 😉. Jing made me mine and it was delicious. She was wonderful. Help me out with all the questions I had about transportation, restaurants and guidance in general. She and all her colleagues are doing an amazing job. Even if their English is not the best, they do everything possible to understand you and help you out with all your questions. Highly recommend 100%. Thnx"

"Overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The pros are its convenient location, about 200 meters from the subway station. Although it's in an office building, there are four low-zone elevators, so waiting isn't usually an issue. The room card works for the downstairs access, or security can swipe you in. A 'Snack Kingdom' store is right across the street and always busy. The bed firmness was just right. The smart toilet didn't have a bidet function, but the shower pressure was good, and the water temperature was fine. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the quality was decent; enough to fill up, and the noodles were a must-try. The main drawback was in our twin/double room, there was a large pillar that took up about 4-5 square meters, blocking half of the curtain wall's natural light, making the room quite dim. This was mainly due to insufficient lighting from the light strips. More importantly, the air conditioning wasn't very effective. On the first day, we checked in at 2 PM with the panel set to 22℃, but by evening, the room panel showed 26℃. Even with the AC running continuously for three days, it wouldn't cool down. Changsha gets quite hot, so the hotel really needs to look into this AC issue; I suspect the main unit's temperature setting is too high to control energy consumption. Also, the bathroom and main room had a slatted partition you could see through, which isn't ideal if you're staying with older children."

I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money."

"The facilities are complete, the room is clean, and the hygiene is very good. The bedding is soft and comfortable, making for a great experience. The room is also on a higher floor, making it convenient for dining. The environment is good and the scenery is beautiful. The breakfast restaurant on the 28th floor offers a good experience. It's great value for money and the service is excellent. The location is also very convenient."

"The room was spacious with large, clear floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view. The cleanliness was impressive; even the shelves and the balcony's table and chairs were spotless. They've also put soundproofing strips under the room door, which worked well (though nothing can block out the sound of gongs and drums outside the window in the morning!). The hotel is located right by the Xiang River. To get to your room, it's easiest to take elevators 6 or 7 (the outside of the building doesn't have very clear signage, so I got a little lost finding it the first time). It's about a 10-minute walk to Peiyuan Bridge metro station and 13 minutes to Wenchanggge metro station. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding alleys, with many options for noodles in the morning, and lively barbecue and crayfish spots in the evening."

"The hotel booked for a friend was opened. The friend was very satisfied with the stay. The room facilities were quite new and the air conditioning effect was very good. "The front desk arranged a high-floor river-view room for me, which was luxuriously modern with a bathtub and a separate wet/dry bathroom. The decor was simple yet elegant. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Pozi Street and Wenheyou, both within walking distance. It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping right in the city center. The hotel also offers free parking, and there's a little robot in the lobby on the first floor that delivers meals to your room. The facilities are quite comprehensive."

"I chose this hotel because it seemed relatively new when I was booking, and it completely exceeded my expectations! First off, the front desk lady was exceptionally beautiful and very welcoming. When my friend and I were checking in, we were talking about bubble tea, and she enthusiastically gave us some recommendations. We were initially only given two days of breakfast, but she generously added an extra day. The room type was also great. The only minor drawback was that this particular room didn't have a large window, but it wasn't a big deal, and it was still very quiet and odor-free. I really loved the small sofa and table between the two beds; it was super convenient for my friend and me to eat takeout and watch TV. The breakfast was quite tasty too. While it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, it's not too far, and the path there is a snack street, so it wasn't a major issue. Whether it was for a late check-out or anything else, the front desk service attitude was consistently excellent. A very satisfying stay overall!"
