From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city with excellent transportation links all around. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

I stayed in a lake-view twin room, and the view of Meixi Lake from up high was absolutely stunning, with Yuelu Mountain right there in front of my eyes. The design has a great vibe; the terracotta bricks and lighting make for amazing photos no matter where you shoot. The butler was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with selling and shipping a small pillow from the room, saving me a lot of hassle. It's just a few steps from Yuelu Mountain, which made morning and evening strolls super convenient. Full marks for the experience, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Before checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

Throughout my entire stay, the hotel team consistently provided high-quality service. From check-in to every interaction during my visit, the staff were always warm, professional, and attentive. Whether it was proactively addressing my needs or handling various details, they made me feel completely at home. Room service was prompt and excellent. The service and care from Mila, Wendy, and Clara significantly enhanced my impression of W Changsha – helping with printing and delivering various items to my room, all handled wonderfully! I particularly want to thank Cherry again. A minor issue during my last stay showed me her professionalism, efficiency, and approachable demeanor as a hotel manager. She genuinely considers guests' perspectives and resolves misunderstandings, which makes me want to choose W first whenever I return to Changsha. W Changsha consistently maintains a very high standard, whether it's the hardware facilities, room quality, or service experience. It truly deserves its five-star rating. The Wanda Vista Changsha's river view room exceeded all expectations; it's genuinely five-star quality. The full-length windows offer direct, breathtaking views of the Xiang River and Orange Isle. During the day, the river's clear waters are stunning, and at night, the neon lights reflect beautifully, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular night view right from your bed. The room itself is spacious with elegant and tasteful decor. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep, and the bathroom features a convenient wet-dry separation with high-quality toiletries. Sunny provided gentle and attentive service, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. The Wanda Plaza below offers easy access to shops and restaurants, and the breakfast selection is diverse and authentic. Overall, it's a quiet and comfortable stay, with both the scenic views and living experience being top-notch. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Changsha who wants a river view.

Our family trip to Changsha Wyndham Garden Hotel Yuelu was a fantastic experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was so soft, ensuring a very restful sleep for both adults and children. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the housekeeping team were all very welcoming and delivered items promptly. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the restaurant staff were warm and meticulous. The hotel's location near Yuelu Mountain made getting around and sightseeing very convenient. It's truly ideal for family travel, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changsha.

Overall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience. We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

My friend and I came to Changsha for a vacation this time, and after comparing many hotels, we finally chose Wanjiali. The stay absolutely exceeded my expectations – it was incredibly good value for money! The location was the biggest highlight for me, super convenient! The hotel is directly connected to Metro Lines 2 and 5, so you can reach it right after exiting the station, no need to rush around in the sun or rain. If you want to visit popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Orange Isle, or IFS, it's just a ten-minute subway ride away, making getting around completely hassle-free. Downstairs is a huge shopping mall with everything you could want for food, drink, and entertainment. Bubble tea, Hunan restaurants, and snack shops are everywhere. When you're tired from shopping at night, you can just head downstairs for a meal. The whole living experience is just fantastic. The hotel's environment and service were also impeccable. The lobby is on the 26th floor, with elegant and refined decor – upscale but not ostentatious. The front desk staff, especially 257, were incredibly friendly. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all our questions. The service was truly thoughtful. I absolutely loved the room; it was incredibly spacious, not cramped at all. The cleanliness was top-notch – the floors, tables, and bathroom were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and cozy, making for a very comfortable sleep. Plus, the room's soundproofing was excellent. It was perfectly quiet at night, allowing us to get a truly restful sleep and completely relax after a long day of sightseeing. The biggest surprise was the abundance of hotel amenities! It has its own cultural grand garden, a wax museum, and an internet-famous helipad. You don't need to go out of your way to find photo spots; you can take amazing photos right at the hotel. The value for money completely beats other hotels in the same price range. The breakfast selection was also very rich, featuring authentic Changsha rice noodles, as well as a variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all tasting very authentic. Whether you're a couple, friends, or a family with children, this hotel is perfectly suited. It has a great environment, attentive service, convenient transportation, and an affordable price. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely choose Wanjiali again, and I sincerely recommend it to all my friends visiting Changsha!
