My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨ 🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room cleaning was meticulous, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were complete. The front desk service was attentive, and they patiently answered all my questions. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, check-in was efficient, and they responded quickly to any issues. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit; it's highly recommended.

A very pleasant stay! 😊 The hotel service was excellent. A week before our arrival, a concierge called to confirm our check-in time and asked if we needed any children's amenities since we were traveling with my son. We booked a two-bedroom suite, which was fully equipped and comfortable. The kitchen had a microwave, a capsule coffee machine, a large refrigerator (which was clean and odorless), and a washing machine. There were two bathrooms, not huge, but perfectly adequate. The master suite bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower, and the water pressure was great and very comfortable. The hotel is relatively close to bustling areas like Wuyi Square and IFS (International Finance Square), about a twenty-minute drive. Those with good stamina could even walk. However, due to the hot weather, we mostly took taxis, which were inexpensive, usually around ten to twenty RMB to popular attractions. For Orange Isle, taxis have restrictions, so we opted for the subway. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Furong Square Metro Station. From there, it's just 3 stops on Line 2 to Orange Isle Metro Station, and the attraction entrance is right outside, which was very convenient. During our four-day stay, the front desk staff and servers were all very welcoming, always greeting guests warmly whenever they saw them.

I came to Changsha for a concert, and as a Meixi Lake girl, I specifically chose to stay at Jinmao. Even though I checked in after midnight, the hotel still honored my request for a room with a full view of the Meixi Lake Grand Theatre. Both the hotel and the room were luxurious, the window view was incredible, and the service was excellent. The gym and swimming pool were free to use, and there were lounge areas with yoga and kids' play zones in the atrium every few floors. For just a few tens of yuan more, I enjoyed a minibar with snacks and drinks, welcome fruit, Häagen-Dazs, and three travel photoshohoots, which could be taken within the hotel and Grand Theatre area. This was incredibly meaningful for me, traveling alone! Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I'd love to stay here again.

This hotel experience was great. As soon as the car pulled up to the hotel entrance, the gentleman at the door quickly came over to greet us and help with our luggage. The ladies at the front desk were also very welcoming and spoke softly, which made us feel very comfortable. They patiently answered all our questions, and the complimentary afternoon tea was also excellent. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious, with no odd smells in the bathroom and a well-thought-out layout. The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the subway station, making it easy to get to all the attractions.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience continues to be excellent. They arranged my preferred room in advance after I communicated my request, making check-in very smooth. The room offers a 270-degree view, providing an expansive and fantastic sightseeing experience. Linda's service was meticulous and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. It's perfect for both relaxation and short trips, offering a fully satisfying experience. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is an absolute gem for family trips! The location is excellent, very close to Ocean Kingdom and Ice and Snow World, and the hotel even offers shuttle services, making getting around super convenient. The facilities are new, and the room is spacious, thoughtfully equipped with a kids' tent, toys, and bunk beds. My child went wild with excitement as soon as we entered! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are also very friendly for families with kids. The staff were enthusiastic and professional, always ready to help. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the outdoor pool was absolutely stunning. The only minor suggestion I have is for the bubble pool's opening hours to be a bit more flexible. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The room was spotless and very clean. Aside from the air conditioning, there was also a dehumidifier, which had been set up before I even checked in. When I opened the door, the room was already at a comfortable temperature and perfectly tidy. A special shoutout to the lady from Building 16; seeing me struggle with heavy luggage and stairs, she immediately came over to help me carry it to my room. The shuttle service was also incredibly convenient; they usually arrived within a few minutes of calling. As I was there for a concert, the shuttle was able to drop me off very close to the venue.

Ascott's quality remains consistently excellent, and choosing to stay here truly elevated our Changsha trip. We were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment, and the amenities, facilities, and hardware were all top-notch. The room came with a full set of kitchenware and a washing machine, which was a godsend after coming back from the rain and being able to wash our clothes immediately. While the room felt a bit dated, it was very well-maintained, and the service level certainly lived up to a five-star standard. Despite a few minor hiccups, which the hotel actively worked to resolve, we were very satisfied. Thumbs up for their service attitude! The hotel is conveniently located just 10 meters from a shopping mall, making it super accessible. It's also only about a 10-minute ride to Wuyi Square, offering a perfect blend of convenience and a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle – a much better experience than staying right in the city center. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Changsha, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I was dispatched to Changsha for a last-minute business trip. I compared three or four hotels before finally settling on this one, with my main goal being to peacefully get my work done without being bothered by trivial matters. To my surprise, my stay here far exceeded my expectations. The location perfectly met the needs of a business traveler. Shared bikes were parked right downstairs, so if I was in a hurry, I could grab one and be at my client's building in two minutes, without waiting for a ride-hailing car to take a long route. As soon as I arrived at the hotel entrance with two large suitcases, Concierge Lady 273 immediately came over, took my bags, and offered me a cup of tea to quench my thirst. This service really touched my heart. After checking in, the concierge lady drove me directly to my room in the hotel's exclusive concierge car, luggage and all, saving me from having to drag my suitcases down a long hallway. Usually, my biggest fear when ordering takeout is the delivery person calling and me having to go downstairs to pick it up. This hotel completely eliminated that worry. Once the takeout arrived, the front desk staff verified the information and quietly delivered it right to my room door, without disturbing my rest. My stay at Waniali completely surpassed my expectations for a typical business hotel. From the convenience of the concierge car taking me directly to my room, to the thoughtfulness of not having to go downstairs to get my takeout, every aspect showed genuine consideration for the guest's perspective. There were no flashy marketing gimmicks, yet the warm and practical spirit of the local Changsha people was hidden in every small detail. Whether you're here for a tourist visit or a short-term stay, this is hands down my top recommended hotel in the Waniali area to my friends.
