"This stay was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Stellar, whose service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout. They proactively checked our needs and were always available when we needed anything. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the concierge proactively helped us with our luggage. Our room was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including many local Changsha specialties. The location is excellent, close to the Xiang River, making it super convenient to get to Wuyi Square and Orange Isle. Overall, the ambiance is grand and elegant."

"No exaggeration... this is the most hassle-free hotel near Changsha South Station! I picked this hotel randomly for a business trip to Changsha, and it turned out to be super convenient. ✅ It's very close to both the high-speed rail station and the subway station, just a few minutes' walk, which makes catching the train a breeze. ✅ The projector quality is crystal clear. My friend and I snuggled in bed watching dramas at night – it created such a great atmosphere, just like a private cinema. The whole room is smart-controlled; you can open/close curtains and adjust lighting all by voice. ✅ Full of thoughtful details – they even provided lingerie detergent and disposable face towels! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. ✅ The lobby is a multi-functional space. You can have a light meal in the morning and enjoy a drink in the evening. The public areas have a strong artistic vibe, so if you don't feel like going out, you can take some great photos right in the hotel. ✅ The service is genuinely excellent. My clothes accidentally fell onto the balcony, and the front desk handled it incredibly promptly. They quietly retrieved them in the morning and left them at the front desk for us. 👍 Overall, it offers great value for money, with attentive yet non-intrusive service. It's suitable for both leisure and business travelers and definitely worth recommending."

From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the hotel was pretty good. The staff were all very warm and attentive. Housekeeping was prompt, and they checked in daily. The lady who delivered items was also very quick. The room itself was clean and tidy, with plenty of space. It came equipped with a hairdryer and a smart toilet. Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of attractions and local eateries, and the nearest subway station is just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserChangsha in winter has a unique charm! Yuelu Mountain is tranquil, Orange Isle is vast, and Du Fu's River Pavilion, lit up at night, adds an extra touch of poetry. A steaming bowl of street-side rice noodles is the warmest comfort on a winter day. A special thanks to Xiao Tang from the hotel; from his warm greetings to preparing hot drinks in advance, his thoughtful service was like a winter sun, making the trip warm and reassuring.

GGuest UserI stayed in a lake view twin room, and the panoramic views of Meixi Lake from above were stunning, with Yuelu Mountain practically at my doorstep. The interior design cleverly uses terracotta bricks and light, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The butler took excellent care of us from check-in to check-out, with meticulous attention to detail. Waking up and hiking in the mountains, then enjoying the lake view at night – it's wonderful to experience the joy of nature without even leaving the city. Very satisfied.

LLucasdexiaotoumamaBefore checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

GGuest User1. The location is very close to the station, within walking distance. 2. My room was very close to the neighboring residential area, so it was inconvenient to open the curtains. 3. The front desk staff's attitude was cold. It was pouring rain the day I arrived, and I was completely drenched. Anyone at the front desk should have been able to see how disheveled I was, but they still processed my check-in at a slow, unhurried pace. 4. This hotel also hosts banquets and events. I encountered an insurance company convention, and the elevators were packed and took a long time. There was a noisy group of elderly women. Other aspects were just average, nothing special. There are many other options at this price point, so I'll probably look elsewhere next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's design is excellent, from the entrance and hallways to the rooms themselves, everything has a space and star theme. You can use your room card to access the hotel from the parking lot, which saves a lot of hassle with elevators. All the furnishings and amenities in the room are coordinated, even the trash cans match the theme and decor, showing great attention to detail. The bedding is very comfortable, and housekeeping is prompt. The service is very responsive. The TOTO toilet is currently the best smart toilet on the market, and the Kohler bathroom fixtures provide a great experience.

CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience. We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

The room itself was clean and comfortable. The entire service was thoughtful and attentive, making us feel right at home. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip, highly recommended!

ZZuibangdexingchenThe hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a little dated. My first room smelled like smoke, and when I told the front desk, they even sent housekeeping to check. Housekeeping insisted they had already dealt with it and eliminated the smell, but I still got a new room. It was better than the first, and since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother to complain further. Note that the small bed in the room is a sofa bed, which is alright for sleeping. The complimentary fish head dish tasted pretty good. I didn't get the 50% Didi coupon, and no one mentioned it. The doorman at the entrance was exceptionally nice and provided great service. He really earned some extra points for the hotel!
