This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever been in, and if you ask the assistant to help you carry your luggage to the floor they will gladly help you also if you look outside the view is absolutely amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever come to Changsha

The staff was super nice and made good effort to communicate in English, there was always a good English speaker around. In general, very kind people. The rooms are comfortable, large and with a premium feel. If you can, get a room with a good window view as you can get unique scenes of the cityscape at night. I also got a room a upgrade, and staff was flexible for a one night extension. The restaurant is also very good (and the Jasmin Tea). Thank you very much!!

This is a cool hotel with a unique theme very artistically designed, looks like a groovy night club. A special thanks to the fantastic staff, 小雷、Eva、Emily, and the rest of the staff members who had made our stay comfortable and most enjoyable. We had great time in Changsha, and will definitely revisit.

If you’re going to a concert at 芒果馆， this is the hotel for you. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

Despite accidentally booking as a female (didn't do enough research, even though it's kind of in the name), I still had the best time here. My partner and me booked a private room which was so cosy! The bed was so comfortable, there were teddy bears and I took the best bath of my life, overlooking the skyline of the city. Great interior design as well, we felt right at home. Above all, this is a place where people are welcome as they are, with whatever they bring. I've rarely seen this in China. I wish there were more amazing places like this! Maybe don't book if you're a female, even though I was repeatedly reassured that I was welcome. But Cody: if you ever decide to open a Sishub, I'll be back! :)
