From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome. 🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely. 🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. What truly impressed me was the thoughtful hospitality – upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome fruit basket and aromatic freshly ground coffee. The room even has a capsule coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious cup anytime you like. This kind of meticulous attention to detail really makes you feel pampered. And the professional service from the hotel staff was equally impressive; every single team member was smiling, warm, and attentive.

LLucasdexiaotoumamaBefore checking in, I saw reviews saying the hotel was old and run-down, which made me nervous. I originally booked three nights but changed it to one. Even though it was a non-changeable reservation, the hotel quickly approved my request for a refund. However, after checking in, I found it wasn't as dilapidated or dirty as the reviews claimed. It was very tidy and clean, and not nearly as old as I expected. The river view from the 27th-floor bar is absolutely stunning! When I checked in, the front desk attendant was really enthusiastic and upgraded us to a river-view room. We could relax on the sofa in our room and take in the entire river scenery – super enjoyable! So, we extended our stay for another night, and they even gave us Zongzi (sticky rice dumplings). Five-star rating! I'll definitely be back to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few dozen meters straight ahead from Exit 5 of Wuyi Square Subway Station, and close to Huangxing Walking Street. There are plenty of food and drink options nearby, making it convenient for both sightseeing and dining. Although the hotel is on a main road, it's very quiet at night. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and a heated towel rack. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, providing great directions and recommending local Changsha specialties. The restaurant at the hotel entrance has good food; the stir-fried pork with white chilies was delicious and not too spicy.

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of Meixi Lake and Yuelu Mountain, with the lake shimmering beautifully at sunset. The hotel's proximity to Yuelu Mountain made visiting the mountain and enjoying the autumn foliage incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, allowing me to fully enjoy my afternoon. The room design was elegant, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Waking up to the lake view in the morning was simply perfect.

It's less than 100 meters from Metro Line 2, making transportation super convenient whether you're heading to the South Railway Station or Huanghua Airport. It's also really close to popular attractions like Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Wuyi Square, so getting back after sightseeing is a breeze. The surrounding area has bustling commercial districts and a Fisherman's Wharf, yet it manages to be peaceful despite being in a busy spot. As soon as I stepped out of the 'Starry Sky' elevator, Lin warmly greeted me. She immediately recognized my needs, proactively offered guidance, and maintained a bright, genuine smile throughout. She was incredibly familiar with the hotel's layout, meticulously explaining the design concepts of CHAOTANG and RUNWAY Bar on the sixth floor, even pointing out hidden photo spots. Her service was impeccable: enthusiastic without being intrusive, and professional without being cold. She perfectly balanced W's trendy coolness with meticulous attention to detail. I was impressed from the moment I met her, and I'll definitely be looking for Lin again on my next visit!

CChanchanshuoOverall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience. We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

GGuest UserOverall, I was very satisfied. The location is excellent; being right opposite the military district provided a great sense of security. Downstairs, there are buses that go to places like Binhe Road, and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away. The rice noodles at breakfast were delicious – I ate them every day during my stay. The hotel also provides a dining voucher, and I only found out after checking that the restaurant on the second floor is actually a popular spot. Their chopped chili fish head was the best I had during my four days in Changsha... The only downside is the poor soundproofing; there were noisy kids upstairs jumping around late at night.
