🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

XXiaobenmiemieThe service was truly excellent, from the welcoming staff at the main entrance to the friendly ladies at the front desk, everyone was so enthusiastic.
The location is also great, away from the hustle and bustle of Wuyi Square, right at the intersection of Chaozong Street, with the Xiang River and Orange Isle directly opposite.
Breakfast was very plentiful, though for soups, besides fish noodle soup, there weren't any small wontons or similar items. The soy milk and fried dough sticks were unique and delicious.
As for the facilities, they were standard, but I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome fruit, and having to pay a deposit also felt a bit old-fashioned.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; when they learned I had a late flight, they proactively helped me arrange a late check-out, which was a lifesaver. From check-in to departure, the staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly. Their service was meticulous and considerate, making me feel truly welcome. The overall environment was clean and comfortable, and with such outstanding service, it offers incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!

The kids' heated swimming pool and playground are a paradise for children; they didn't want to leave!
The hotel lobby connects directly to the Lanxiu City mall next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Within about a kilometer around Meixi Lake, there's a cluster of local specialty restaurants. Our Didi driver said they've all stood the test of time in the market, so the flavors are definitely good.

MMeitubabaI booked this hotel for the Changsha Marathon as it's very close to both the start and finish lines. I realized it used to be the Changsha Wuhua Hotel (a five-star hotel I'd stayed in before). The location is excellent – it's less than 50 meters from Exit 7 of Houjiatang subway station. Check-in was quick. If you need self-service laundry, you can choose a room on the 22nd floor. You don't need a key card to activate electricity; one room card is enough. The room size is quite generous, and the amenities are decent. There's no TV, but there's a full-wall projection screen, a smart toilet, and a separate shower and toilet area. They pay attention to little details, providing a phone stand, a magnifying mirror, facial cleanser, and even perfume. While not high-end brands, it shows thoughtfulness. The bedding is okay, but I'd suggest replacing the comforter. The floor mat is good quality, but I'd recommend upgrading the shampoo, shower gel, and bath towel brands. Breakfast is extensive and delicious, and it's served until 11 AM. I had an upsetting incident where a drunk person tried to swipe into my room in the early hours. After complaining to the front desk, they responded very quickly and handled it appropriately. In particular, the female manager on duty at the front desk was genuinely warm, thoughtful, and meticulous in her service. I highly recommend commending her.

A special shoutout to Lin, the greeter on the 6th floor, whose service was incredibly gentle and thoughtful. Upon arrival, she patiently guided us while we waited and proactively introduced the hotel's special May Day features: a cool astronaut patrol, fun 'play' craft activities, and a heartwarming tea break while we waited for our room. The tea break snacks were exquisite and delicious, the craft activities were therapeutic and engaging, and the astronaut interaction created a fantastic atmosphere. Lin was enthusiastic and attentive throughout, paying close attention to every detail, making our trip exceptionally comfortable. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The breakfast is plentiful, and they have a large restaurant for lunch and dinner that's not expensive either! The hotel environment is really good, and the lobby is particularly grand. Looking out the window at night is truly amazing! You can even check out the filming location for 'Sisters Who Make Waves,' and it's not too far from Changsha South! Plus, it offers great value for money! Due to time constraints, I only stayed one day, and I really didn't want to leave. I love this hotel so much, and I love Changsha. I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Changsha in the future! High value for money! The hotel's service is the best I've ever encountered! Full five stars! This is my honest review!

GGuest UserI finally stayed at Rainbow B&B, which I'd been wanting to visit for ages! Located on the 17th floor of Dadi Jinshu, the elevator is convenient and never crowded. The scenery and views are absolutely fantastic—opening the window reveals a view of the river and the bridge. The river shrouded in mist in the morning is so soothing, and sitting by the window in the evening watching the traffic and the sunset perfectly captures the travel atmosphere. Staying on a high floor is truly an amazing experience, and it's also great for taking photos and posting on social media!
As soon as I arrived at ”BRO HUB,” I was struck by its relaxed atmosphere: a green corner converted from a bathtub, a lounge area with rattan chairs and a camping table, and even a small barbecue grill (the owner mentioned they occasionally organize barbecues). Even those with social anxiety can feel comfortable here, and those with more social skills can easily gather and chat. I made some great friends here, and we immediately made plans to visit Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain together the next day!
The indoor kitchen area was fully equipped with a microwave, air fryer, and rice cooker, and even had plenty of disposable cups and a kettle. I bought some local snacks to heat up and eat later. It felt as comfortable as staying at a friend's house—the attention to detail was truly touching!
The owner is a very easygoing person. He proactively shares local hidden gems and even chats with guests in the common area in the evenings, creating a completely relaxed atmosphere without any sense of distance between ”owner and guest.” I stayed for two days and was so comfortable I almost didn't want to leave. The value for money was outstanding, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
