The hotel is located in the Clear Water Bay Diamond Coast community, close to the Singing Sands of Clear Water Bay, the Lighthouse of Freedom, and Chiling Village, known for its seafood foraging. Transportation is relatively convenient, but since it's Lingshui and not Sanya, taxis might take a bit longer to arrive. It's a shame there's no breakfast or an on-site restaurant. However, it boasts its own coastline with clear water and white sand, which is quite nice, and the sea views are excellent. The rooms also have a large balcony with an expansive view."

"I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!"

"On my last day in Lingshui, I sat at the tatami tea table, gazing at the view outside the window that gradually shifted from blue to orange-pink, and suddenly felt reluctant to leave. The hotel's tatami suites perfectly embody the minimalist aesthetic of the Song Dynasty, incorporating the principles of simplicity and negative space into every inch. From the natural wood latticework and elegant cotton and linen curtains to the warm-feeling teaware, even the window frames resemble picture frames, making it feel like stepping right onto the beach. In the morning, I could walk barefoot on the soft white sand, and in the evening, the sound of the waves seemed like background music. The most delightful surprise was the private tatami tea table—perfect for boiling water, brewing local white tea, watching the sea, daydreaming, and waiting for the sunset. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the popular Shuikou Bridge road. The macaron-colored railings and pavement, paired with the blue sky and sea, make for stunning photos; it's also close to Xiangshui Bay, offering a tranquil escape from the crowds. The resort boasts a private outdoor swimming pool, badminton court, basketball court, billiards room, children's playground, gym, and library—enough to easily while away an entire afternoon. Nearby water activities include surfing, jet skiing, banana boating, and yacht fishing—don't miss out! Fun! Exciting! Guests also enjoy exclusive discounts; the benefits we secured were truly substantial, even the instructors praised the price as "incredibly worthwhile." But what truly makes it memorable is the people here. Upon check-out, the receptionist chased after us with a bottle of ice water, reminding us, "Remember to reapply sunscreen this afternoon," her tone as warm as family. Every question was gently answered, every need carefully noted—such service is more heartwarming than the scenery. This hotel, imbued with Song Dynasty charm and genuine sincerity, is where I'll stay again next time I'm in Hainan, to drink tea, gaze at the sea, and reconnect with time."

I checked in quite late and contacted the housekeeper to request a floor-standing drying rack. The housekeeper brought it over very quickly, which I appreciate. Even though I said not to clean the room, the staff thoughtfully replaced the towels for me. The room had both plastic slippers and terry cloth slippers, and all the towels were new. The bed and pillows were very comfortable to sleep on. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which might be due to us being on a high floor. The three-door refrigerator was sufficient, but I'd suggest adding a few dinner plates."

The air was dry and fresh, creating a wonderful living atmosphere. The room's overall hygiene was comprehensive and thorough, with no blind spots: the floor was sparkling clean, free of dust, hair, debris, or stains. Commonly overlooked areas like the headboard, nightstands, desk, windowsill, TV cabinet, and wall corners were all impeccably clean, with no visible dust or grime. The bedding quality was very satisfying. All sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases were crisp white, flat, clean, and fluffy. They felt soft and gentle against the skin, without any yellowing, stains, odors, or residual hairs, clearly indicating they were changed and rigorously sanitized after each guest.
