This is not an advertisement, I genuinely mean it! 1. **Exquisite Design:** The public areas are stunning, with picturesque views at every turn – a paradise for detail-oriented guests. Every corner is Instagram-worthy, feeling more like an art museum than a hotel. The rooms are top-notch, with excellent amenities. The most delightful surprise was the hand-painted glass art created especially for our anniversary, a truly thoughtful touch. 2. **Exceptional Service:** * We used a secret phrase at the front desk and received a cute blind box and a commemorative pendant. * The in-room ”treasure chest” was incredibly practical: it included a full sun protection set (sunglasses, sunscreen, aloe vera gel), nail clippers, eye masks, and more, anticipating all sorts of forgotten essentials. * The Guest Relations Specialist, Vicky, deserves special praise! She contacted us by phone in advance and managed to upgrade us to a sea-view room despite the high occupancy during the summer. She also proactively arranged for the anniversary hand-painting and even sent us a Westie doll that we'd requested. Her warm and responsive service was truly touching. * Sales Manager KK was efficient in recording our needs and coordinating arrangements, proving both professional and reliable. 3. **Fantastic Public Areas:** The hotel's public areas are a veritable ”resort playground,” guaranteeing no boredom: in addition to various swimming pools, there's a lazy river, waterfall curtain, non-motorized water sports facilities, and more, complemented by numerous relaxation zones. Towels, mineral water, kickboards, and swimming rings are all readily available. There's even an e-sports area, which was astonishing. The overall greenery design is also aesthetically pleasing, and the outdoor public areas offer endless photo opportunities. My only regret is not booking an extra day. 4. **Abundant Dining Options:** There are many restaurants, and we didn't have a chance to try them all. Our room included social hour, drink vouchers, and the in-room mini-bar, providing more than enough to eat and drink. To be honest, the breakfast was visually more appealing than it was flavorful, but overall, it was definitely above average.

Firstly, the exceptional service. Before my arrival, a travel and culture officer added me on WeChat. Luna thoughtfully arranged the airport pickup, and after check-in, she meticulously reminded us of the daily activities. On the day of check-in, besides Luna, another young man was also excellent. He enthusiastically introduced the room facilities, the unique features of each restaurant, and nearby attractions. When I mentioned that my husband enjoys tea, they immediately sent over a variety of black teas and a complete set of gongfu tea utensils. Capella pays great attention to detail; even the tableware at Tufu Bay is from an Italian brand with an impressive design. What truly delighted me were the bedding and pillows. The duvet was breathable, and I chose to replace the pillows with latex ones, ensuring a very comfortable sleep every night. The aunties who cleaned daily and provided turndown service were quick, gentle, and always accommodating. Whenever we walked around the hotel, the club car drivers would ask if we needed a ride, showing that the hotel's training for the entire team is very thorough! Next, let's talk about the food. My husband and I both loved Sabai Thai Restaurant and ate there for three consecutive days. Besides that, the breakfast at Silk Road Restaurant offered a wide variety of choices, with a corner featuring cuisine from a different country each day. Even the bread in the children's section was adorable. The hotel offers complimentary food all day. In the afternoon, there's an afternoon tea time with designated desserts and a self-service beverage model. The desserts included a cold drink, which I loved! In the evening, the lobby bar offers cocktails, followed by happy hour after dark with a live band, creating a wonderful ambiance. Finally, the abundant daily activities. For adults, there's fitness, sailing, spa, sachet making, and herbal pestle massages, while there are even more options for children, including childcare for younger kids and hands-on classes for older ones. Of course, travel photography is also essential. The photography studio is located within the hotel and offers makeup services, which is very helpful for someone like me who's not good at it. The photo results were also extremely satisfying. In summary, Capella Tufu Bay's welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home and allowed us to enjoy a wonderfully pleasant time.

Facilities: It is quite good that the hotel has been maintained for so many years. Hygiene: quite good. Environment: next to the Qingshui Bay Golf Course, it is more convenient to play golf than this. Service: The only drawback is that I arrived at the hotel around 21:00 in the evening, there was no one at the door, and the parking space was full. I didn’t know where to park. However, this shortcoming was compensated by the excellent service of a staff member named Xiaogang. I hope you will continue to work hard to make Wulan better.

The resort grounds are full of coconut trees, the pool is clean, and the greenery looks incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

The hotel staff were generally very welcoming and enthusiastic, though the concierge service could be improved. The hotel garden is beautiful, and you can walk straight through it to the beach. The internal facilities are a bit old, but they are relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's enough to fill you up, and the dining environment is great, with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the views.

Comfortable, relaxing, and no crowds. It is a Marriott, after all, and while it's an older property, there are no major issues. Our room opened right onto the pool, and then beyond that, the beach. It was uncrowded, so no need to fight for sun loungers! For the kids, it was beach then pool, pool then beach... as long as they were in the ocean. For the adults, as long as there weren't too many people blocking my view, haha. Breakfast and dinner were good too, and the staff were friendly – high marks all around. A special shout-out to He Cui, who helped us with everything before and after our meals, with such a great attitude!

The hotel is located in Greentown Bluetown, Clear Water Bay, a clean town with excellent landscaping. The hotel building itself is well-built, and the guest rooms are quite spacious, as are the balconies. The air conditioning in the room works great. However, the room amenities are pretty basic, not much better than a budget hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, and the toothbrush was really poor quality. Although the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, the overall grounds aren't very large, so there's no real garden to explore. They don't even have a gym, which is unique among all the five-star hotels I've stayed at.

This is a great hotel. Our sea-view room offered stunning ocean views right from the window. The breakfast was decent. The large bed room is perfect for a family with two adults and one child. It's incredibly convenient to take the kids to the beach for swimming and digging in the sand, as it's practically right there. The hotel's off-season prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking to travel during non-peak times.

I specifically chose to stay at the Ocean View Pavilion, and its biggest draw is the incredible convenience for snorkeling. The balcony opens right onto the sea, allowing you to hop in and swim with the fish whenever you like. This immersive near-shore snorkeling experience is truly unique. The only minor downside is that the room can be a bit humid; after all, facing the ocean means high humidity is an unavoidable issue for seaside rooms. Thankfully, the hotel thoughtfully provides a dehumidifier, which effectively alleviates any discomfort caused by the dampness. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. If you're looking for an immersive, close-to-the-ocean experience, this place is absolutely perfect. The unique near-shore access is something a standard sea-view room simply can't compare to.
