GGuest UserThe room facilities were generally new, and the hardware conditions were decent, but the accompanying service experience was subpar. On the first day of my stay, when taking the park shuttle, the staff made us get off quite a distance from our destination. It was scorching hot, and I had my child with me, so we had to walk the rest of the way. Only on the second day, when taking the shuttle again, did I learn that we could have gotten off much closer on the first day, meaning we walked a lot extra for no reason. Furthermore, the staff kept rushing us when boarding. At the same time, another shuttle arrived, and I wanted to switch to that one, but the staff urged us to get on their shuttle immediately, stating the other one was for picking up other guests. Both the service attitude and the arrangements were quite unpleasant.

GGuest UserI have to give a huge shout-out to Summer at Indigo Hotel Qingshui Bay! We'd just arrived, tired from our journey, and his cheerful greeting immediately lifted our spirits. He handled our check-in efficiently and thoughtfully, even proactively sharing some hidden gems for ocean views and authentic local snacks nearby. When I casually mentioned being worried about getting sunburnt at the beach, he quickly returned with sunscreen tips. He was super responsive to all our needs, spoke softly and appropriately, and made us feel completely at ease. It wasn't forced politeness; it was genuine, heartfelt care that added a warm, human touch to our island trip. While the hotel's sea view is undoubtedly stunning, Summer's sincere and detailed service was truly the biggest surprise of our stay. Next time I'm in Qingshui Bay, I'd love to find this kind and thoughtful young man again!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!
**Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality**
The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.
**Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting**
Truly designed for young children!
* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.
* There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout.
* A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. Cribs and baby gates are provided free of charge.

You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

MmingI chose this hotel because of the wide array of beach and sea activities it offers. The room was incredibly spacious, and the butler service was exceptional. I have no idea how our butler, Linda, managed to be available 24/7; even when I requested a car to the beach early in the morning, someone was always there to respond. The hotel has a high occupancy rate, so I recommend avoiding peak hours for breakfast.
The Thai restaurant felt like neither the chef nor the staff had ever been to Thailand. It served a 'modified' version of Thai food that wasn't very authentic, with very mild spice flavors. However, the grilled fish and grilled chicken were excellent, and the coconut jelly dessert was delicious. The curry chicken and spicy stir-fried morning glory could use some improvement.
The Chinese restaurant, on the other hand, was very good, with tender and flavorful chicken and fish. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a 'beef noodle freedom' concept allowing you to add as much beef as you like, and the oatmeal was also great. The staff consistently refilled dishes, ensuring that nothing was empty regardless of how many people were dining. The hotel grounds are vast, with many activities on offer, so much so that I didn't even have time to try them all. It was a shame that we couldn't go sailing due to the strong winds and rough waves near the shore.
I feel that Park Hyatt might offer better beach management and privacy. Overall, the best aspects of the hotel experience were definitely the butler service and the abundant beach activities.

Environment: next to the Qingshui Bay Golf Course, it is more convenient to play golf than this.
Service: The only drawback is that I arrived at the hotel around 21:00 in the evening, there was no one at the door, and the parking space was full. I didn’t know where to park. However, this shortcoming was compensated by the excellent service of a staff member named Xiaogang. I hope you will continue to work hard to make Wulan better.

MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

GGuest UserStayed for a month with my child in a one-bedroom ocean-view suite, and I highly recommend it! 👍 The room was cleaned every two days, and there were so many hotel activities that we didn't even need to leave. There's a soft play area, a swimming pool 🏊, a water park, and a craft workshop. This was my first time staying at a family-friendly hotel with my child, and it completely changed my perception of them. From now on, family hotels will be my top choice when traveling with kids. You can collect stamps by participating in hotel activities, and then redeem them for small toys and prizes, which my child absolutely loved.

They have an outdoor splash park suitable for kids aged two and up, and even better, a fantastic indoor kids' castle play area. It's great to have both indoor and outdoor options, and hotel guests get free access! It's truly the best choice for families with kids – no hassle for adults, no hassle for children! For a low-season price of 500+ RMB, what more could you ask for? Compared to some newer hotels, this one really shines for family travel.
