We stayed at Kimpton Clear Water Bay for our family trip. The hotel is very new, and the facilities are modern and aesthetically pleasing. There's a wide array of recreational activities available.
We booked a basic room, which was a bit small. It only had one small round table, which felt cramped for a family with a lot of luggage and personal belongings.
The public entertainment areas are a major highlight of the hotel. There's a popular lazy river, and the Chess View social space offers chess, billiards, and indoor golf. The e-sports center is accessible to guests 18 and older. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy, so you won't get bored staying in the hotel.
A special shout-out to Vicky for her proactive and enthusiastic service; she made our stay very pleasant.
As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are excellent, but the service details still need refinement. Compared to more established resorts, there's room for improvement in service completeness and responsiveness. Overall, it's a great choice for families looking for diverse recreational facilities. We look forward to seeing the hotel continue to improve.

ShengfeilisaisiluxunLoved my two-day stay here, and got to witness some absolutely stunning sunsets! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the car service was pretty much available on demand. Kids can easily spend a whole day in the pool, and there are even options to play Chinese chess, billiards, and table tennis. If you have a partner, you can also book a tennis experience – unfortunately, I didn't have anyone to play with, so I missed out. I did manage to capture some beautiful sunset photos. Our butler, Luna, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our requests. We even received a cute little monkey souvenir when checking out! Overall, very satisfied.

Guest UserThis hotel is fantastic! It's a very new property with breathtaking views and elegant decor. The breakfast spread was generous, and they even offered a complimentary photoshoot. Ah Xiang, the photographer, was very professional and attentive, guiding us with poses and expertly capturing the best light and angles. We were really happy with the final photos; even the unedited shots looked great. The whole process was enjoyable and relaxed – I highly recommend everyone staying here to get a photoshoot done! We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it by two more days. We'll definitely be back here on our next visit.

CassiedelvxingrijiThe resort grounds are full of coconut trees, the pool is clean, and the greenery looks incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

Guest UserFinally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui.

Facilities: It is quite good that the hotel has been maintained for so many years.
Hygiene: quite good.
Environment: next to the Qingshui Bay Golf Course, it is more convenient to play golf than this.
Service: The only drawback is that I arrived at the hotel around 21:00 in the evening, there was no one at the door, and the parking space was full. I didn’t know where to park. However, this shortcoming was compensated by the excellent service of a staff member named Xiaogang. I hope you will continue to work hard to make Wulan better.

Guest UserThe hotel staff were generally very welcoming and enthusiastic, though the concierge service could be improved. The hotel garden is beautiful, and you can walk straight through it to the beach. The internal facilities are a bit old, but they are relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but there's enough to fill you up, and the dining environment is great, with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the views.

We chose to stay for one night as we were passing through with family. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted by Nicole, who provided excellent service. She was very patient and detailed in explaining the room types and hotel entertainment options. She also helped coordinate amusement park tickets for the kids, which was great. We were very satisfied with the room arrangement; it was clean and the bedding was comfortable. All the facilities and equipment were well-provided. The environment was quiet, and the hotel was conveniently located just a few minutes from the beach.

This is a great hotel. Our sea-view room offered stunning ocean views right from the window. The breakfast was decent. The large bed room is perfect for a family with two adults and one child. It's incredibly convenient to take the kids to the beach for swimming and digging in the sand, as it's practically right there. The hotel's off-season prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking to travel during non-peak times.

TiantongcuiI specifically chose to stay at the Ocean View Pavilion, and its biggest draw is the incredible convenience for snorkeling. The balcony opens right onto the sea, allowing you to hop in and swim with the fish whenever you like. This immersive near-shore snorkeling experience is truly unique. The only minor downside is that the room can be a bit humid; after all, facing the ocean means high humidity is an unavoidable issue for seaside rooms. Thankfully, the hotel thoughtfully provides a dehumidifier, which effectively alleviates any discomfort caused by the dampness. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. If you're looking for an immersive, close-to-the-ocean experience, this place is absolutely perfect. The unique near-shore access is something a standard sea-view room simply can't compare to.
