TTravertine_Cloud-05Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island.
The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality.
The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care.
The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance
The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard
The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

HhillguideIndigo Clearwater Bay is truly remarkable. The entire hotel feels like an ocean jewelry box hidden by the sea, with pearl arches and wave-like designs everywhere, all exquisitely crafted. It leads directly to a singing white sand beach, creating an incredibly immersive and atmospheric experience. I highly recommend the Lighthouse Seaview rooms; they offer immense emotional value. Compared to the Kimpton, both have their unique charms, but the Indigo is definitely more suited for couples and younger travelers. I also want to give a special shout-out to Summer, a staff member. She was incredibly prompt in addressing any room-related issues and immediately handled my last-minute requests with great care. Her service was attentive throughout, always ready to help. Thanks to her gentle and meticulous care, this vacation was doubly relaxing. With Indigo's wonderful environment and such a warm-hearted staff member, I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Clearwater Bay. And I wish the lovely Summer a happy day every day!

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

The resort is expansive, but the shuttle service is available on call, making getting around incredibly convenient – no need to tire yourself out walking.
The hotel's private beach is uncrowded and clean, with fine sand and clear water. The sunset over the sea in the evening is absolutely stunning. The hotel's signature evening ritual creates an incredible ambiance, and the bartender is not only beautiful but also crafts unique and delicious cocktails.
Dining at the hotel was excellent, with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. The Thai cuisine was rich and flavorful; I particularly want to commend the slow-roasted pork and the white pomfret.
Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to our dedicated 'Personal Assistants,' Monica and Yi Lei! Their service was truly gentle, attentive, and perfectly discreet, elevating our entire experience significantly.
From pre-arrival communication regarding our needs and itinerary inquiries to attentive follow-ups during our stay, project bookings, and resort explanations, Monica was patient and meticulous throughout. Her response speed was incredibly fast, and she helped resolve any issues immediately. This time, I brought my child to Hainan, and our third stop was specifically Lingshui. Compared to the bustling crowds of Sanya, this place is so wonderfully tranquil and comfortable! The hotel's public areas have beautiful greenery with large, well-maintained lawns, and fine sandy beaches right outside. Since it was the off-season, there were few people and the scenery was stunning – who can understand the joy of having an entire ocean to yourself!
**Room Experience:**
To enjoy the sea view, we upgraded to a suite with a private pool on the second night. The balcony featured a pool, and the 155-square-meter space was incredibly spacious. The moment we opened the door, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of the South China Sea, and the 180° sea view absolutely amazed our whole family! The balcony was enormous, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset right from the room. The room facilities were well-maintained, the Minibar drinks were complimentary, and the air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi all worked great. They even thoughtfully provided a safe.
**Dining & Local Cuisine:**
The Westin's breakfast offered a rich variety and good taste. I especially want to commend the takeaway options; you can order vanilla duck and various specialty Hainanese dishes (though I highly recommend dining in for an even better taste!). Don't forget to try the Hainan-style salted kumquat drink – it's absolutely delicious and a must-try!
**Family Facilities & Services:**
It was perfectly suitable for our 4-year-old! While not enormous, the Kids' Club (10:00-19:00) had plenty of facilities and many fun family activities like coconut picking, cookie making, and crab catching. My little one had a blast.
**A Special Shout-out to the Service (A pleasant surprise!):**
Before arriving, I had read reviews complaining about the service and felt quite anxious. However, our actual experience was absolutely fantastic! From before check-in, we received a mini hotel guide and food recommendations from our butler, Kelly. She responded to messages instantly with 100% efficiency. The most touching moment was when I accidentally entered the wrong address for a late-night takeaway order, sending it to the wrong hotel next door. Without a second thought, Kelly arranged for a bellhop to drive me to pick it up! Check-in at the front desk was also quick, and staff members always greeted us proactively. Having stayed in several hotels since Sanya, Kelly is, without a doubt, the best butler we've encountered!
🚗 **Transportation & Parking:**
There was ample parking right in front of the hotel, with an additional free parking lot nearby, making self-driving completely stress-free.
🌟 **Summary:**
This stay was a perfect experience. This hotel will definitely be on my must-stay list for my next visit to Lingshui, and I've already enthusiastically recommended it to my friends! I highly recommend it to families who love quiet sea views and appreciate attention to service details!

GGuest UserThe B&B is a pleasant surprise. The environment is very good. The rooms are large and the equipment is new. The seafood porridge for breakfast is also delicious. The most praiseworthy thing is that the boss is really nice. He recommended us to feed the monkeys about 150 meters away from the hotel and catch the sea about 200 meters away. We were going to the pier to take a boat. The boss also picked us up and dropped us off. Go to the entrance of Daidai Island to watch the sunset. The boss doesn’t come to do anything, he just works silently👍🏻The children don’t want to leave👍🏻

MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

GGuest UserI stayed in Lingshui, Hainan for five days and have been at this hotel the whole time. Parking is super convenient – no need to scan a QR code every time I leave. On the last day, I spontaneously added another night, and the front desk lady upgraded our room, which had an amazing view. The staff were all great; hotel personnel even delivered our takeout. We brought our baby, and it was very quiet. The hotel cleaning staff tidied our room beautifully every day. Our room was very close to the sea and had no strange smells. When we checked out, a gentleman in the lobby noticed I hadn't eaten yet. He specifically called the restaurant to confirm they were still serving and asked if we wanted to eat before leaving, which was incredibly thoughtful ☺️. The room views are fantastic, the beach is spotless, and the pool is very well maintained with no debris.

IIngeliThis is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
