From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights.
The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise!
The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning.
The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants.
The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service.
Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed.
In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

EEE089800San Yue Hotel is amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful. The sea view room was incredibly spacious and elegantly designed. The vanity area was quite luxurious, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing so many bottles of mineral water – truly considerate! There's a delicious Chinese restaurant on the 20th floor, and on the 21st, there's a sky pool with a spot where you can sit, enjoy the breeze, and watch the sunset – absolutely perfect! The hotel's beachfront garden is also stunning, and the Mulan photography service was excellent; the photos turned out beautifully! I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance. It's a fantastic hotel!

The room's view was absolutely breathtaking (Boutique Sea View King Room). Opening the window, you're greeted by coconut groves and the sea. Just letting the sea breeze wash over you and gazing out, all your fatigue simply melts away.
The hotel masterfully integrates 'Dan' (Tanka) culture into every detail. From the architecture and environment to the rooms, everything is full of design flair, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise.
Breakfast, as always with Indigo, was a highlight. The spread was generous, and every dish was exquisite and delicious, a perfect way to start a beautiful day full of energy.
The hotel boasts extensive facilities, including a wide array of water games, a sweat lodge, and even an e-sports room.
The beach for seaside strolls also has wonderfully soft sand. Taking a leisurely walk along it truly maximizes that relaxed vacation vibe.
The hotel service was also fantastic! We checked in on my husband's birthday, and I had communicated with the account manager, Anna, in advance. She helped arrange a cake, red wine, and a card – all very thoughtful and heartwarming. The staff were always prompt in providing any help we needed. I absolutely loved this perfectly balanced experience!
The hotel's travel photography service is of high quality, offering makeup and styling. The photos taken within this design-forward hotel are absolutely stunning. A big thank you to the staff for their seamless coordination.

Facilities: Opened in 2023, all facilities are brand new and more than sufficient. The reading area deserves a special mention; it's very quiet, and the design and furniture combination make it incredibly pleasant. You could easily spend an afternoon there with a book.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Environment: The hotel itself is very quiet, and it wasn't crowded, which I loved. It's right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby, all within a 10-minute drive.
Service: Everyone greeted us with a smile and proactively, making us feel right at home.
Breakfast: While the variety wasn't huge, every item was high quality. The noodle soup was delicious; my child and I had two bowls each, two days in a row.

GGuest UserI'm asking for help. We met this kind young man at the beautiful swimming pool around 10 AM on August 1st. He enthusiastically took our baby to the children's swimming area. After we came back, our baby kept asking where the young man had gone. I regret not asking for his contact information. I'm asking for his contact information. I hope his parents see this! I warmly invite you to visit Suzhou!
PS: The hotel is very close to the sea, with beautiful tropical gardens and ocean views. It's quiet and uncrowded. The hotel has a dedicated walkway leading directly to the beach, which is also known as Xiaochiling, a fishing spot where you can collect shells and catch sand crabs.

2200131****Everything was great except for the bed being too soft and a slight odor in the bathroom. We were given room 1050, a premium sea view room on the 10th floor. Although it didn't directly face the pool, we still had a side view of the New Year's Eve fireworks that were set off in front of the pool.
The noodles at the noodle shop on the second floor were delicious, even better than the Lanzhou lamian I've had in Guangzhou and Zhuhai! The lobster buffet on New Year's Eve wasn't refilled quickly enough; items like salmon, which were more popular, were gone in seconds. Places with a lot of Chinese people, especially families with elderly folks, tend to be chaotic, which is a characteristic of domestic tourism that I'm not a fan of.
The pool fireworks were fantastic, I'm glad we didn't go to R&F Bay to watch them! That would have been a waste of time, effort, and money!
Anyway, a vacation in Hainan is all about enjoying the hotel and the beach, relaxing and unwinding! I'd bring my parents to Lingshui next time and stay at the Westin again!

WWalunshitateruanjiI've chosen to stay at the Capella Tufu Bay Resort multiple times now, and it's perfect whether I'm staying alone or hosting friends. The hotel's design is unique and innovative, crafted by two world-class designers. The 'Star-Gazing Pond' at the entrance, with its heaven-and-earth design, makes for stunning photos effortlessly. Every morning at 8:30 AM, a dedicated master performs Tai Chi in the middle of the water, setting the tone for a pleasant and beautiful day. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is especially fantastic – once you're in bed, you won't want to get out. The hotel's garden scenery is also breathtaking; every step offers a new view, and you can easily snap photos worthy of a screensaver.
I truly love Capella hotels. The breakfast is rich and varied, and with an extended opening time from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I often don't even feel like having lunch afterward. The hotel also features 'Lan Ting,' a Cantonese Chinese restaurant with great food, and some Hainanese dishes like Wenchang Chicken are definitely worth trying. The Thai restaurant by the pool offers excellent value for money, and there are a few dishes I order every time.
The hotel service is wonderful. A 'Travel & Culture Officer' contacts you in advance to discuss your check-in needs and makes sure everything is arranged beforehand. They prepared children's amenities for my baby in advance, sent timely WeChat reminders about hotel activities, and provided different fruits and desserts in the room daily. The front desk staff are warm and professional during check-in. The buggy service is also very prompt. I will definitely keep choosing Capella.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel.
When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around.
As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs).
The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes.
There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk.
Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night.
I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
