It was already 10:30 when we checked in. The housekeeper was going to get off work when we arrived, but we waited for us and were very enthusiastic. We introduced the room and recommended!

GGuest UserThe room was huge, bigger than any Sanya hotel I've stayed in before, and the balcony was incredibly spacious! The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a strong Southeast Asian vibe. There's even a waterslide by the pool, which the kids loved 🛝. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, they even call it the 'singing beach' 🏝️. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with both à la carte options and a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. My favorite was the freshly made and cooked lobster wontons 👍. There was also a great selection of fruits. The hotel's Southeast Asian restaurant was also good 👍, with authentic Thai flavors. The Baiwei Chinese restaurant was decent too 👍, meeting our expectations! As a Trip.com guest, we received special treatment and were upgraded to a sea-view room for free! This stay was an excellent value for money, especially since I used my Trip.com member points 👍.

EElias94Where do I start from, WOW, the hotel was super nice clean pleasant workers and the views were amazing.
The infinity pool was wonderful I was swimming alone the majority of the time and I had bar orders next to the pool.
The room is super spacious clean smells nice, huge bathroom, robes in few sizes, face mask, free minibar, tea sets, coffee, slippers alot of towels everything was supplied. I had a room with a private pool and jacuzzi and it convenient to swim whenever I wanted and they cleaned it every day.
The breakfast was tasty and diverse, western and Chinese ones.
The hotel location is a bit far from every attraction, thats was Plus for me, but with DiDi you can reach everywhere.
The beach was nice and clean 👌
Really loved the stay and I will sue come back to it😍

MmingI chose this hotel because of the wide array of beach and sea activities it offers. The room was incredibly spacious, and the butler service was exceptional. I have no idea how our butler, Linda, managed to be available 24/7; even when I requested a car to the beach early in the morning, someone was always there to respond. The hotel has a high occupancy rate, so I recommend avoiding peak hours for breakfast.
The Thai restaurant felt like neither the chef nor the staff had ever been to Thailand. It served a 'modified' version of Thai food that wasn't very authentic, with very mild spice flavors. However, the grilled fish and grilled chicken were excellent, and the coconut jelly dessert was delicious. The curry chicken and spicy stir-fried morning glory could use some improvement.
The Chinese restaurant, on the other hand, was very good, with tender and flavorful chicken and fish. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a 'beef noodle freedom' concept allowing you to add as much beef as you like, and the oatmeal was also great. The staff consistently refilled dishes, ensuring that nothing was empty regardless of how many people were dining. The hotel grounds are vast, with many activities on offer, so much so that I didn't even have time to try them all. It was a shame that we couldn't go sailing due to the strong winds and rough waves near the shore.
I feel that Park Hyatt might offer better beach management and privacy. Overall, the best aspects of the hotel experience were definitely the butler service and the abundant beach activities.

GGuest UserDisadvantages: 1. The geographical location is extremely remote. Apart from being close to Bianjiezhou Island, which is about 8km away, it is far away from anywhere. You can’t take a taxi or order takeout, and none of the restaurants that can pick you up are willing to pick you up. It’s basically impossible to travel without a self-driving car. To eat seafood, we have to go to Xincun Pier. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive there and back. We have dinner and go out at 6 o’clock, and come back at 10 o’clock.
2. It says that breakfast is delivered to the room, but there are very few types. If you stay in other hotels, you can eat breakfast as lunch. If you can eat well, you can't expect it if you stay here. If you don't have enough, you can't eat well. You have to go out for lunch. The transportation is not convenient, which adds a lot of time and money. hidden expenses.
3. The TV remote control is very insensitive and the air conditioner is very noisy.

LLinglewushuangThe room was pretty good. Although not huge, it easily accommodated both adults and kids without feeling cramped. The balcony sea view was absolutely amazing – sitting there, enjoying the sea breeze and watching the waves was incredibly relaxing. Getting to the beach was super quick, the sand was lovely, and even though the waves were a bit big, my two kids had a blast playing in them. Breakfast was also decent and filling. I'd definitely recommend it; it felt like great value for money. There's a local street not far away with plenty of food options; I'd suggest trying the Northeast BBQ and iron pot stew.

BBanjiebenyuConsidering the price includes tickets for two people, a boat ride for two, and an overnight stay on the island, it's pretty good value for money. Given that, I won't even bother reviewing the service or the product itself. Pros: If you're coming to Boundary Island, this is a great deal. You can catch both sunrise and sunset, and it only takes about two hours to walk around the entire island without getting tired. It's quiet at night, and the scenery is genuinely beautiful. Cons: The room facilities definitely have issues. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the shower leaked, and the sheets and bedding felt a bit damp.
P.S. I wouldn't recommend any of the recommended activities on the island.
