The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

Guest UserThis stay was great! The hotel room is large and clean, elegantly furnished, and it is particularly comfortable to stay. The surrounding environment is quiet and can make people completely relax. The pool is also very clean, the water quality is clear, and swimming in it is particularly pleasant. And the hotel is close to the sea, blowing the sea breeze and watching the sea view, so enjoyable. The most important thing to praise is the butler service, which is particularly intimate and thoughtful. This guesthouse deserves the highest praise of my entire Hainan trip, surpassing all other ultra-luxury hotels I've stayed at! During our stay, we encountered Super Typhoon Kujira! Their emergency response capabilities were truly remarkable! Special mention must be given to butlers Xiao He and Wang Yang! Their service, attitude, and thoughtful consideration for our needs made our whole family feel truly at home! It also dispelled any fear we might have had during our stay due to Typhoon Kujira! They were incredibly responsive to our needs, and even when we didn't ask, they proactively considered various issues for us. To express their apologies for the power outage caused during our stay, they offered to waive one night's room rate, but we understood that this wasn't caused by the hotel and politely declined. They even upgraded our room during our stay! Absolutely fantastic!!

I was immediately struck by its beauty upon entering; the villa is nestled by the sea, surrounded by lush greenery, fragrant with flowers, and the air is fresh and clean – a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle, allowing my mind to truly relax. The villa's green theme exudes sophistication and a strong tropical vibe. The pool is right outside the door, perfect for taking stunning photos. The butler service was meticulous and attentive. The macarons at afternoon tea were exquisite and delicious, and the coconut chicken at dinner was a delightful surprise. The location is convenient; a ten-minute taxi ride to Riyue Bay allows you to enjoy a drink and quietly admire the sea view – romantic and relaxing. This truly is a tranquil haven by the sea, surrounded by greenery, fragrant with flowers, and with fresh air, allowing my weary soul to completely unwind. I will definitely come back!

Guest UserI never leave reviews, but this stay was so good, I really have to praise Sky from the culture and tourism department! We stayed with our whole family, including seniors and children. I added him on WeChat beforehand, and he helped us book the kids' club and various activities, and even prepared toys and drawing tools for the little ones. The kids had a blast catching sand crabs at night, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan, you're really missing out by not promoting your kids' club!!! The sailing trip was particularly fun. On the day we signed up, there were only 3 kids, two of whom were ours, and they provided 5 staff members. We ran into the coaches by the pool in the afternoon, and they were all so dedicated. I've never encountered this level of staffing at other luxury hotels. It was so much more fun than the pure crafting or coconut picking activities at other hotels! At the end, the kids even promised the coaches they'd come back to sail again during the winter break. Also, the King Cake at breakfast was absolutely delicious! If you see it at breakfast, definitely grab one. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we'll be back for a longer visit during the winter break!

Guest UserWe originally booked a three-night stay. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM, but weren't able to check in until almost 4 PM. We were exhausted and frustrated, especially since there was no room for the child to rest. After getting to our room, I immediately complained and canceled the remaining two nights. After dinner, Xiao Gang from the front desk called to apologize, and they sent complimentary welcome fruit to all three rooms. The next day, Manager A Zhan also apologized and sent milk. I want to especially commend Xiao Gang from the front desk and Manager A Zhan for their prompt and sincere handling of the issue. The children also enjoyed the swimming pool. We ended up extending our stay, and overall it was quite good. Despite a few minor hiccups, their follow-up service was commendable. Thumbs up to the hotel – if I come to Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

The room was spacious and bright, and the air conditioning was already on when we arrived, which was great service.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited, perhaps due to it being off-peak season and cost-saving measures.
The hotel facilities are quite complete, and it's very close to the beach – just a short stroll downstairs. There's a small bar on the beach where I enjoyed a drink every night while watching the moon.
However, some of the room facilities are a bit outdated. The card slot for electricity was faulty. At 5 AM in the middle of the night, the TV turned on by itself, and the room lights kept flickering on and off, which was a bit spooky. I also heard a crackling electrical sound. Because of this, I barely slept the latter half of the night, worried that my child would be woken up. The TV kept turning on again, so I constantly had to turn it off. After turning it off five or six times, it was finally morning. I hope they regularly inspect the room facilities, otherwise, it really affects the sleep experience.

Guest UserThe room was very basic, comparable to a budget hotel in a third or fourth-tier city.
On the day we arrived on the island, we checked in quite late. The hotel hadn't informed us beforehand that we needed to book boat tickets through their system. We only found out at the pier and had to wait for the front desk to input the boat tickets into their system, which took about half an hour. We were two adults and two children, and surprisingly, we had to buy a separate boat ticket for the older child, which wasn't included in the room rate.
The bottled water in the room was tiny, only 350ml, and there were only two bottles. When we asked the front desk for more, they said we could only have two and any more would need to be purchased from the shop. Absolutely speechless…
Regarding the shower, when we first checked in, the front desk told us that after one person showered, we'd have to wait 15 minutes for the next person because it was an electric water heater and needed time to reheat.
As for snorkeling, the sea looked very clear in the morning from the hotel. However, when we went into the water closer to noon, we found it to be very murky, possibly due to too many tourists. Even the fish weren't eating and were just floating in the water; we couldn't see them very clearly.
The path to Rainbow Road was under construction, and after it rained, the road was very dirty. As a scenic spot, the experience wasn't great. However, there are some positives...

1️⃣ The hotel upgraded us to a room with a view for free. 2️⃣ The newly renovated environment and facilities are very good. The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
