MM454374****Before check-in, a butler was already waiting to greet us. The room was spacious and the hygiene was impeccable, not to mention they proactively offered us two complimentary breakfasts. The main reason I'm writing this positive review is that at 2 AM, when I wanted to light mosquito coils but didn't have a lighter, the butler brought one to my room within ten minutes. This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋

特別喜歡它家100㎡的露天泳池，水清得見底，午後泡在裏面看遠山，愜意得不想離開。房間寬敞得像自己家，床品特別舒服，細節滿分。
帶娃的寶媽或者閨蜜團來這裏絕對不會無聊，民宿裏有小童樂園、棋牌室和茶室，大家各得其樂。它家還很歡迎寵物入住，對帶毛孩子的家庭太友好了。
位置也很棒，開車20多分鐘就能到清水灣的沙灘，5公裡外有可以擼陸龜的歸心居，15公里就能沖到富力海洋歡樂世界玩一整天。
💡是家安靜治癒、性價比高、拍照也出片的好地方！

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

✅ Absolutely fantastic location: Within walking distance of the beach, the waters of Xiangshui Bay are crystal clear and azure blue, even more beautiful than I imagined. The beach is clean and less crowded, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset – incredibly romantic.
✅ Spaciousness: The villa rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable living rooms, bedrooms, and courtyards. A large family could comfortably stay, and the kids could run and play freely.
✅ Excellent service: The dedicated butler was incredibly attentive, helping with deliveries and takeout, and providing on-call luggage pick-up and drop-off services. We didn't have to worry about anything, truly achieving a ”relaxed vacation.”
✅ Healing environment: The park is lush with greenery and exquisitely landscaped, perfect for strolling or simply relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect place to unwind and de-stress.
In short, the value for money and the overall experience were both excellent. The whole family was very satisfied and will definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality family vacation! ❤️

AAnonymous UserI came to Lingshui to live in several hotels. At first I saw the Guest House and thought it was the kind of state-owned old hotel, so I didn’t choose it. Later, I saw that his room was very large, 50 square meters, and I could see the Lingshui River view, so I decided to try it for one night. Unexpectedly, the overall facilities and services were unexpectedly surprising. When I checked in, the front desk took the initiative to help me upgrade. The river view room on the eighth floor has a wide view, the room is spacious and bright, the facilities are very new, the sanitation is also very good, the bathroom is large, dry and wet separation, the toilet is smart, automatic flushing, The shower head has a lot of water, and the bath is particularly pleasant. The room has a large balcony with tables and chairs. You can sit on the balcony for breakfast, drink tea, watch the scenery, and relax. There are drying racks on the balcony. The clothes can be dried quickly in the case of sunlight and ventilation. There are also a variety of convenient items at the front desk, such as head rope, compressed towels, glasses cleaning wipes, hair cards, cotton swabs, steam eye masks, very comprehensive, and can be added if you lack anything.
The hotel's breakfast is a more conventional variety, the taste is general, but there is no problem with eating. There is a Chinese restaurant on the second floor. There is a dad tea to order. The weight is large, the taste is good, and the price is cheap. The hotel is located in the center of the county, very close to Haiyun Square, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. All in all, all aspects are good, which can be said to be the best choice in the county.

GGuest UserFacilities: While the facilities are quite old, they were very clean. The hotel also upgraded me to a room with a mahjong table, which I'm very grateful for. 😊
Environment: Located in a villa complex, the beach is very close, just a two-minute shuttle bus ride away. Since we drove, there were a lot of mosquitoes near the hotel's charging stations, so we were careful not to stay too long. In the room, just use a mosquito coil and there are no mosquitoes.
Cleanliness: Although the facilities are a bit old, they were very clean, including the pool.
Service: The service is truly commendable. They have a group chat with many butlers. If you need anything, just let them know. It's very convenient. Every pick-up and drop-off person was very responsible. I especially want to thank butler Xiaoxing, who took us to a fast charger and brought us back and forth. He stayed until after 11 AM and even stayed late.
Finally, the room was really spacious. The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was conveniently served at the door. Highly recommended for large groups. 🥳

QQingqingcao132Before booking, I hesitated for a while after seeing the polarizing reviews. Then I thought that if I travel alone and visit attractions during the day, I just need to find a place to stay, and it won’t be any worse. After arriving, I felt quite satisfied.
The hotel is quite good in terms of hardware. It is located in Hanhaiyintan Community. You can take the bus from Lingshui Railway Station. The bus stop is right at the entrance of the community. From the hotel to Haitang Bay, there is an intercity bus directly from the bus station opposite the entrance of the community, which takes the expressway. This is really convenient for traveling alone.
The community is very close to the beach, less than 10 minutes' walk, and there is a washing place on the beach. Just outside the gate of the community is the commercial street, where you can choose from many restaurants and celebrity restaurants. There is a night market not far across the street, although the things in the night market are relatively average.
The room was spacious, clean and tidy. I called to inquire before booking, and the lady at the front desk reminded me very honestly that the double bed room looked at the sea from the side. But in fact, because the floor is relatively high, the view from the balcony is actually quite broad~ The travel photos provided are really friendly for a person traveling alone. At least there is someone to help take a photo~ The lady who took the photo is also more attentive~
The lighting in the short distance from the elevator to the room needs to be repaired; the soft furnishings in the room also show that the building has a certain age. If measured by the standards of star-rated hotels, there will definitely be differences, but as an ordinary tourist hotel, sea-view rooms are close to the sea and are affordable. I think Ocean Star is pretty good~
