I initially thought it would be just average, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful, so I decided to stay. And I'm glad I did because it exceeded my expectations! The private beach and courtyard were so relaxing and comfortable, and the environment was absolutely beautiful. My only small suggestion is that the breakfast was a bit too simple; I hope there's room for improvement there.

Before check-in, a butler was already waiting to greet us. The room was spacious and the hygiene was impeccable, not to mention they proactively offered us two complimentary breakfasts. The main reason I'm writing this positive review is that at 2 AM, when I wanted to light mosquito coils but didn't have a lighter, the butler brought one to my room within ten minutes. This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋

This flower building·Fengmian place homestay in Lingshui is simply a treasure dug! I especially like the open-air swimming pool of its 100㎡. The water is clear and bottomed. I soak in it to see the distant mountains in the afternoon and I don't want to leave. The room is spacious like my own home, the bedding is particularly comfortable, and the details are full. The baby mother or girlfriend group will never be bored here. There is a children's playground, chess and card room and tea room in the homestay, everyone has their own fun. It also welcomes pets and is too friendly to families with hairy children. The location is also great. It takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the beach of Clear Water Bay. 5 kilometers away, there is a home for tortoises. 15 kilometers away, you can rush to R&F Ocean Happy World for a whole day. 💡 is a good place for quiet healing, cost-effective, and taking pictures!

The beach is clean and less crowded, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset – incredibly romantic. ✅ Spaciousness: The villa rooms are spacious and bright, with comfortable living rooms, bedrooms, and courtyards. A large family could comfortably stay, and the kids could run and play freely. ✅ Excellent service: The dedicated butler was incredibly attentive, helping with deliveries and takeout, and providing on-call luggage pick-up and drop-off services. We didn't have to worry about anything, truly achieving a ”relaxed vacation.” ✅ Healing environment: The park is lush with greenery and exquisitely landscaped, perfect for strolling or simply relaxing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect place to unwind and de-stress. In short, the value for money and the overall experience were both excellent. The whole family was very satisfied and will definitely come back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality family vacation! ❤️

The overall experience of staying at Lingshui Guest House far exceeded my expectations, and I must praise it. The location of the hotel is quiet and not noisy, the rooms are spacious and transparent, the view outside the window is pleasant, and the bathroom is cleaned and cleaned. The front desk staff was warm and caring throughout the whole process, and they would patiently help solve any needs, and also intimately upgraded my room type for free. I traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

Since we drove, there were a lot of mosquitoes near the hotel's charging stations, so we were careful not to stay too long. In the room, just use a mosquito coil and there are no mosquitoes. Cleanliness: Although the facilities are a bit old, they were very clean, including the pool. Service: The service is truly commendable. They have a group chat with many butlers. If you need anything, just let them know. It's very convenient. Every pick-up and drop-off person was very responsible. I especially want to thank butler Xiaoxing, who took us to a fast charger and brought us back and forth. He stayed until after 11 AM and even stayed late. Finally, the room was really spacious. The stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was conveniently served at the door. Highly recommended for large groups. 🥳

There was a little bump in the road when we checked in. The water heater in the room was broken. The service guy was very enthusiastic and helped us change the room and ensured that our room could see the sea to the maximum extent. Thank you very much.
