I came to Lingshui for a babymoon and instantly fell in love with Raffles! The entire experience was perfect. The environment was comfortable, and the service was gentle and attentive. It's a true hidden gem for pregnant mothers looking to relax and unwind. The hotel's public areas exude an amazing ambiance, with lush Southeast Asian tropical garden scenery. The coconut groves are vibrant and flourishing, the grounds are clean and tranquil, and the greenery is artfully arranged. The pathways are flat and easy to walk, with no steep inclines, making them perfect for pregnant women to stroll, get some fresh air, and relax. Every photo taken here turns out beautifully. The room stay experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with soft, non-glaring natural light and a comfortable, uncrowded layout. The entire room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet and not noisy, making it especially suitable for pregnant mothers to rest and recuperate peacefully and comfortably. The hotel's private beach was meticulously maintained, with fine, soft sand. It was uncrowded and wonderfully peaceful, with a gentle and comfortable sea breeze. A slow walk there is incredibly therapeutic for both mind and body. What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful and personalized service, especially how attentive and friendly they were to pregnant guests! The staff were gentle and meticulous throughout, proactively checking on my physical condition, offering soothing services, and avoiding noisy or strenuous arrangements. The attention to detail was exceptional. Our dedicated butler had already arranged non-slip mats and pregnancy-friendly pillows in the room. They were always on call, patiently responding to all our needs, making everything so convenient and worry-free. The complimentary travel photography service was also fantastic. The photographer was incredibly gentle and considerate, slowing down the pace and guiding us throughout, avoiding harsh sunlight and uncomfortable poses. The candid shots were natural and beautiful, and the original photos had incredibly high quality, making it easy to capture stunning and gentle babymoon photos. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. The warm and thoughtful details made the stay truly healing. It's a high-quality hotel perfectly suited for a peaceful getaway.

This is a beautiful hotel, though it feels a bit like a maze and I often got lost, especially since the public areas are shared with other hotels. The first night it rained heavily, which was a shame because our beach trip was canceled. But it's okay, we're at the beach every day anyway. Cathy was great, very responsive to our requests. It rained again on the second morning, but thankfully it cleared up quickly and the kids' pool opened, which finally made my child happy. I'd suggest the hotel be a bit less strict about breakfast for children. Most family-friendly hotels I've stayed at usually include breakfast for two adults and one child, even places like Atlantis do. Our child mostly eats staple foods, and paying extra really feels a bit unreasonable. Overall, we're satisfied. Thank you!

The hotel's overall environment is excellent, with a superb location making it convenient for getting around. The resort facilities are incredibly complete. The room cleaning was very meticulous, with every corner spotless, and the cleaning staff were always on call and responsive. The fire dance performance at night created an amazing atmosphere and had excellent visual effects. The on-site staff paid attention to guest safety throughout, providing detailed and attentive service. Overall, the experience was great, and I genuinely highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in a full sea-view king room, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They arranged a high-floor room based on my special request, which offered a truly expansive view. It's super close to the sea; just a 3-minute walk downstairs to the beach. The beach was almost deserted, feeling like a private paradise. So, in terms of sea views and convenience, it completely holds its own against established hotels in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. What's more, the hotel's room facilities are very new, which really sets it apart from many hotels that opened in the early 2000s or 2010s. As for service, the hotel team is young but very patient. A staff member (an older sister) brought water to our 9th-floor room several times, and her attitude was consistently excellent – a big thank you for her hard work! The service was also incredibly thoughtful; sometimes they anticipated our needs even better than we did. While waiting for our ride to leave, a staff member proactively came over to offer two bottles of water, reminding us about the heat and the risk of heatstroke. The biggest advantage is definitely the price. For the same room type, sea view, and service, you'd easily pay 1500+ RMB per night at other hotels, but here it's only 500-600 RMB per night. It's an absolute steal for students, definitely a 'go for it' kind of deal! 👌🏻 The only slight downside is that the beach hasn't really been developed, so it's quite rough. For this, you could consider taking a taxi to nearby Qingshuiwan during the day, which is only about a 20-minute ride.

The Westin Blue Bay Resort in Lingshui truly delivers a full resort experience. The rooms boast a stunning 180° ocean view, and the Westin Heavenly Bed offers an exceptional sleep. The Instagrammable grotto-style infinity pool is right next to a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for photos – definitely remember to book a paddleboarding session! Breakfast includes authentic Lingshui sour noodles. The resort grounds are lush with greenery, and the service is attentive and discreet, making it an ideal choice for a vacation in Clear Water Bay. The sand quality at Clear Water Bay is genuinely fantastic! We didn't want to leave after multiple nights, and I also want to praise the warm and responsive service from the butler and front desk staff. Thumbs up!👍

Given that the duty manager upgraded me to a fantastic room and had a great attitude, I really should have given a perfect score! And I initially thought I would. However, starting with breakfast on the second day, it was all downhill in terms of service! 1. No one guided me to a seat at breakfast, and the various food stations were chaotic and disorganized. If you wanted Eggs Benedict, you had to actively ask the chef; there was no one to tell you it was an option. 2. The 'smoked salmon' looked bright red with tight grain and tasted woody, making me suspect it was smoked rainbow trout disguised as salmon. 3. The beverage area had a coffee bar, but items like Americano were not labeled, leaving customers to guess. 4. The seafood congee had no seafood in it. I had to put the bathtub liner on myself, and the promised three packets of bath salts were missing. After finishing my meal and signing the bill at the Thai restaurant, no one said goodbye. Rarely did staff members greet me or smile and say hello when passing me in the hotel. The front desk staff were unenthusiastic when I checked out, not even a simple goodbye. The most important thing was that I had told the duty manager the day before that I was going to Shanghai the next day and my checkout time was 3 PM. Yet, at 12:30 PM, the front desk called my room asking if I needed to extend my stay and what time I would be checking out. I was sleeping at the time, and the call completely ruined my nap. Undeniably, Capella's hardware, bedding, and garden views are top-tier in Sanya, and the facilities are well-maintained. If we're talking purely about comfort, Capella is undoubtedly an excellent choice. However, the overall service doesn't match the quality of the hardware and has significant room for improvement.

The resort grounds are full of coconut trees, the pool is clean, and the greenery looks incredibly pleasant. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super soft – I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was substantial, and the egg tarts were delicious. They also had sweet potato and corn balls, and the buffet was fully stocked. Both the lobby and outdoor areas were spotless, giving off a strong island holiday vibe. It's been raining in Lingshui these past few days, so the weather has been cool and refreshing, and the air quality is genuinely good.

The room is quiet and comfortable with a washing machine. Good service attitude. The bathroom is very good for dry and wet separation, and the ventilation effect is good! If you eat, you can eat in the cafeteria in the school living area, which is very convenient. Very close. There are also restaurants and supermarkets.

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!
