The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island.
The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality.
The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care.
The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance
The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard
The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

DDuduerdongPros: It's like staying at an Aloha hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Cons: The Aloha room type is poorly designed: the bedroom is so small that the bed is almost against the wall on three sides, there's only a single nightstand, and the sink only fits one toiletry bag. I was about to praise the hotel for the thoughtful inclusion of a disposable toilet seat cover, but when I saw the toilet seat, I suddenly didn't think it was a thoughtful gesture; it turned out to be a necessity.
Food and drinks are far from nearby, making it unsuitable for those who are lazy. Since the trip was long, I had planned to wander around the area before heading to Sanya to stay in a hotel. I planned to stay in Lingshui for four or five days. As an autonomous county, Lingshui lacks tourist facilities beyond the sandy beaches of Qingshui Bay, and the night market is quite chaotic. It's peak season now, and better hotels are comparable in price to five-star hotels in Yalong Bay. After one night, I decided to move to Sanya. I don't recommend staying here for vacations other than self-driving tours. After a day of traveling, you won't feel like you're on vacation in such an environment.

GGuest UserAmong the many hotels in Lingshui, we chose Raffles. We made a last-minute booking on the same day, and our butler, Garrix, provided prompt and excellent service. Since our flight was at night, he also helped us secure a late check-out, allowing us to rest a little longer – a big plus! 👍 The hotel's public areas are picturesque at every turn, with an overall Southeast Asian style. This year, they've also installed turnstiles at the beach-to-public-area entrance that require a room card for access, significantly enhancing guest privacy. It's very quiet. The beach at Clear Water Bay is incredibly soft! It feels much finer than Yalong Bay's. The hotel breakfast is quite rich, leaning towards Western tastes, and there's also an à la carte menu – the food is delicious!

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and not damp at all, and it was incredibly quiet at night! I woke up thinking it was the middle of the night, but it was already 9 AM. The hotel just opened last year, and its wooden design style is evident everywhere, giving it a very chic feel. The outdoor public areas have many pools, perfect for photos, and the beach is open with relatively blue water. Even during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it wasn't too crowded. There's a beautiful coconut grove before you reach the beach. Since I only had one day, I didn't get to check out any of the indoor activity rooms. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable!
For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

The resort is expansive, but the shuttle service is available on call, making getting around incredibly convenient – no need to tire yourself out walking.
The hotel's private beach is uncrowded and clean, with fine sand and clear water. The sunset over the sea in the evening is absolutely stunning. The hotel's signature evening ritual creates an incredible ambiance, and the bartender is not only beautiful but also crafts unique and delicious cocktails.
Dining at the hotel was excellent, with fresh ingredients and exquisite presentation. The Thai cuisine was rich and flavorful; I particularly want to commend the slow-roasted pork and the white pomfret.
Finally, I want to give a special shout-out to our dedicated 'Personal Assistants,' Monica and Yi Lei! Their service was truly gentle, attentive, and perfectly discreet, elevating our entire experience significantly.
From pre-arrival communication regarding our needs and itinerary inquiries to attentive follow-ups during our stay, project bookings, and resort explanations, Monica was patient and meticulous throughout. Her response speed was incredibly fast, and she helped resolve any issues immediately. Her service attitude was gentle and sincere, warm but not intrusive, highly professional, and attentive to every detail, truly making us feel the exclusive luxury treatment of a high-end Capella resort. It's precisely because of Monica and Yi Lei's thoughtful service that our entire trip became so comfortable, worry-free, and rejuvenating, doubling our overall experience! Could increase a bit the size of the menu for the local restaurant but there is quite a few nice options close-by (10 to 15 mins walks but pick up can be arranged as well). Overall very peaceful and I would highly recommend for those who value space and serenity.

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

It is clean and tidy and looks very comfortable. The hotel's service is very considerate and attentive. The smiling service throughout the stay gives people a feeling of returning home. The most important thing is that it is only a two-minute walk from the beach! ! ! There is a food court a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. It's truly a hidden gem for budget travelers, offering outstanding value for money – a top choice for anyone traveling on a shoestring. Among hotels in its class, it's hard to find a competitor that offers such good value.
The hotel has a very distinctive vibe; all staff greet you with their special 'Aloha' welcome, which is warm and exotic. The moment you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a cozy, healing atmosphere.
The rooms are meticulously clean; the floors, bathrooms, and bedding are all tidy and dry. While some facilities in the room show their age and are a bit old-fashioned, they are well-maintained, and there are no inconveniences during your stay. The lobby and room cleaning staff are genuinely kind and friendly, providing thoughtful and warm service. This time, I stayed with my child, and the room cleaner, noticing I had a kid, thoughtfully provided an extra children's toiletries set.
After checking out and returning home, I realized I had left my electric toothbrush in the room. I didn't expect to get it back, but to my surprise, the hotel called to confirm my shipping information and helped mail it back to me. Their attentive service moves me every time. When I return to this area in the future, I will definitely prioritize booking the Aloha Hotel again.
