This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

The boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

Our check-in experience at Raffles Clearwater Bay was incredibly smooth. Manager Darryl had everything coordinated beforehand, making the entire process efficient and stress-free. The room he arranged for us had a fantastic view; opening the window revealed a tropical garden and a glimpse of the ocean, which brightened our mornings every day. The room was quiet, comfortable, and all the facilities were well-maintained. Our whole family was very happy. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, this vacation was especially pleasant. Next time we're in Sanya, we'll definitely choose Raffles again and be sure to seek him out.

The lush, tranquil gardens face the Clearwater Bay ocean, creating an immersive resort vibe. I have to commend Vicky, our butler, for her meticulous and thoughtful service throughout our stay. She proactively confirmed our needs before check-in and was incredibly responsive to any requests regarding transportation, supplies, or room changes. Many thoughtful details made us feel truly cared for. The breakfast was the biggest surprise of our trip! It's served until noon, which is perfect for late risers like us. They offer a comprehensive selection of Chinese and Western dishes, local Hainan snacks, freshly made noodles, desserts, and drinks. The variety is extensive, fresh, and there are so many choices. Just a side note about a dining incident: one evening, we dined at the hotel's Western restaurant, and the kitchen was a bit slow that day. The staff proactively apologized throughout our meal and then specifically offered two exquisite desserts plus a large fresh fruit platter as compensation after our dinner. Their attitude was sincere, and their handling of the situation was very thoughtful. This minor hiccup didn't diminish our overall positive impression at all. Overall, the experience was flawless, with both excellent soft and hard amenities. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Lingshui!

The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids! **Brand New Hotel, Top-Notch Quality** The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. **Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting** Truly designed for young children! * All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps. * There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout. * A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. You get to enjoy Capella-level sea views and beaches at an affordable price – the value for money is incredible. Watching the sunset and collecting seashells by the sea in the evening was so relaxing and enjoyable! For a family vacation in Hainan, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The facilities, service, child-friendly details, and location are all top-tier. Our entire family was extremely satisfied, and it's already on our list for a second visit!

I traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

Our stay at Capella Sanya unfortunately coincided with Typhoon Maysak, but it didn't dampen our spirits at all. We thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful and secluded getaway. The hotel is nestled in Tufu Bay, and its iconic stargazing dome creates a wonderfully atmospheric setting with stunning light and shadow play. The Lè Shuǐ Residence is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. The daily mini-bar selection is generous; a small suggestion would be for the hotel to perhaps replace some of the carbonated drinks with more child-friendly options. The afternoon snacks and evening cocktail ritual added a touch of ceremony, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. During our stay, we tried both the Thai restaurant and the Lan Ting Chinese restaurant, and both offered excellent food, ambiance, and service. The travel photography experience was also a nice touch. All in all, staying at Capella is a great way to escape the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxing and unwinding – a truly healing vacation experience. I especially want to thank Luna, our cultural tourism butler, for her attentive and thoughtful 24-hour service. Her overall service was meticulous and gentle, always accommodating our requests, and she even prepared a thoughtful farewell gift!

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

Finally made it to the legendary Aloha Hotel, touted as Lingshui's ultimate family-friendly accommodation, and it certainly lives up to its reputation. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking, pristine sea views with the sun glistening on the water – photos truly don't do it justice. The room itself was well-equipped, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I slept so well I felt completely refreshed. My little one didn't want to leave the bathtub, so I joined in for a bit too, enjoying the sea breeze – it was truly relaxing. We initially planned to stay just one night before moving on, but we spontaneously decided to extend our stay for two more days. We'll definitely be back to this hotel on our next visit to Lingshui.
