From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

MM504780****The boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights.
The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise!
The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning.
The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants.
The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service.
Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed.
In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

Facilities: Opened in 2023, all facilities are brand new and more than sufficient. The reading area deserves a special mention; it's very quiet, and the design and furniture combination make it incredibly pleasant. You could easily spend an afternoon there with a book.
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bed was super comfortable.
Environment: The hotel itself is very quiet, and it wasn't crowded, which I loved. It's right on the beach, and there are many dining options nearby, all within a 10-minute drive.
Service: Everyone greeted us with a smile and proactively, making us feel right at home.
Breakfast: While the variety wasn't huge, every item was high quality. The noodle soup was delicious; my child and I had two bowls each, two days in a row.

It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. WWalunshitateruanjiI've chosen to stay at the Capella Tufu Bay Resort multiple times now, and it's perfect whether I'm staying alone or hosting friends. The hotel's design is unique and innovative, crafted by two world-class designers. The 'Star-Gazing Pond' at the entrance, with its heaven-and-earth design, makes for stunning photos effortlessly. Every morning at 8:30 AM, a dedicated master performs Tai Chi in the middle of the water, setting the tone for a pleasant and beautiful day. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is especially fantastic – once you're in bed, you won't want to get out. The hotel's garden scenery is also breathtaking; every step offers a new view, and you can easily snap photos worthy of a screensaver.
I truly love Capella hotels. The breakfast is rich and varied, and with an extended opening time from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, I often don't even feel like having lunch afterward. The hotel also features 'Lan Ting,' a Cantonese Chinese restaurant with great food, and some Hainanese dishes like Wenchang Chicken are definitely worth trying. The Thai restaurant by the pool offers excellent value for money, and there are a few dishes I order every time.
The hotel service is wonderful. A 'Travel & Culture Officer' contacts you in advance to discuss your check-in needs and makes sure everything is arranged beforehand. They prepared children's amenities for my baby in advance, sent timely WeChat reminders about hotel activities, and provided different fruits and desserts in the room daily. The front desk staff are warm and professional during check-in. The buggy service is also very prompt. I will definitely keep choosing Capella.

The hotel is beautiful, with creative decorations everywhere. Since the hotel is very new, all the facilities are complete and work perfectly! The beach is directly accessible, with soft white sand, beautiful ocean, and relatively calm waves – truly deserving of its 'Music Beach' name. The restaurant is also very accommodating; you can scan a QR code for semi-buffet delivery. The butler service was outstanding! A big thanks to Parker! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Environment: The environment of the entire villa area is good. It is very close to the sea. The beach is good and there are not many tourists. Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed on the beach and it is not a bathing place. But the children were already very happy playing in the private pool of the villa.
Health: average.
Service: Breakfast is very rich and great! Other services were not good. There were a lot of floating objects in the swimming pool. I asked the waiter to deal with it, but it was never done.

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. __WeChat15358****1. Haiqu Pavilion was quite enjoyable and not as restrictive as some online reviews claimed (we weren't diving anyway, haha). For families with kids, I think it's pretty fun. There were lots of small fish in the water, and we even spotted stingrays.
2. Service was just average. The only positive was that you could always find someone if you needed assistance, which I guess is acceptable for a small island.
3. The scenery is beautiful and perfect for leisurely exploration.
4. There's no shortage of food options on the island. There seem to be two proper restaurants, while the rest are mostly snack stalls. I even had Dicos (haha), which was satisfying enough to fill me up.
5. The widely-acclaimed cliffside breakfast online – the restaurant was quite small, and we struggled to find a seat. For those accustomed to larger hotels, this can be a bit frustrating, but the view truly is spectacular. The food itself was pretty standard; kids were served fries and milk. If you're staying on the island, a leisurely walk around it is very relaxing. Enjoying an ice cream while you explore (a bit pricey, but acceptable, and quite tasty) is a nice experience.
