GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

DDuduerdongPros: It's like staying at an Aloha hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Cons: The Aloha room type is poorly designed: the bedroom is so small that the bed is almost against the wall on three sides, there's only a single nightstand, and the sink only fits one toiletry bag. I was about to praise the hotel for the thoughtful inclusion of a disposable toilet seat cover, but when I saw the toilet seat, I suddenly didn't think it was a thoughtful gesture; it turned out to be a necessity.
Food and drinks are far from nearby, making it unsuitable for those who are lazy. Since the trip was long, I had planned to wander around the area before heading to Sanya to stay in a hotel. I planned to stay in Lingshui for four or five days. As an autonomous county, Lingshui lacks tourist facilities beyond the sandy beaches of Qingshui Bay, and the night market is quite chaotic. It's peak season now, and better hotels are comparable in price to five-star hotels in Yalong Bay. After one night, I decided to move to Sanya. I don't recommend staying here for vacations other than self-driving tours. After a day of traveling, you won't feel like you're on vacation in such an environment.

1110285****The hotel's public areas and architecture are stunning, perfectly embodying a luxurious yet tranquil retreat. The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a classic, understated elegance that feels substantial rather than ostentatious. The style and facilities don't feel outdated at all; instead, they exude a timeless, sophisticated charm. It’s ideal for couples or a romantic getaway, though kids might find it a bit dull.
Breakfast doesn't boast a huge variety, but what they offer is exquisitely prepared. The lobster wontons, pandan cake, and egg tarts were all delicious. Our butler was very attentive, bringing a small gift for our child and proactively asking if we needed a late check-out. Room service was prompt, and by the pool and beach, they thoughtfully provided drinks, mosquito repellent, and sunscreen. Kids can borrow sand-digging tools, so there’s no need to bring your own. The evening ritual is highly recommended – it has that wonderfully old-school sense of ceremony. The spa, with Thai therapists, was also very relaxing.
The only drawback isn't the hotel itself, but the pollution at Qingshuiwan Beach and in the ocean. The waves brought in grey foam and trash, which was quite disheartening. This might be related to the overdevelopment of real estate in the area, with numerous residential complexes nearby and a large, mixed population. It's truly a shame!

MM-nangeTraveling with my parents on a self-driving trip, I chose this Sheraton for its brand reputation, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Located right by the sea, the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff, especially one gentleman and one lady, provided excellent service. We arrived a bit late and my parents were tired from the drive, but they quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool and gym were also nice. I even forgot an item when we left, and they kindly mailed it back to me, which I really appreciate. If I get the chance to visit Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay here.

__M1884149****Our family trip to the Sanyue Hotel in Hainan was absolutely incredible! The hotel's 'Chasing the Moon' design is stunning. Opening the window reveals breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views, and the high-altitude infinity pool feels like it's floating in the sky – every photo taken there is picture-perfect. The family-friendly facilities are fantastic; the 'Bunny' themed kids' club and water park kept our little one happily entertained for hours. The customized children's amenities were a thoughtful and refined touch.
Manager Tiffany was online and available throughout our stay, incredibly responsive and warm. The 270° sea-view restaurant offered delicious food that was both beautiful and tasty. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the 350-meter private beach, taking in the sea air. Our room was spacious and clean, and the L'Occitane toiletries and well-stocked mini-bar truly highlighted the hotel's quality. This hotel is perfect for both family vacations and romantic getaways. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hainan!

JJACKA perfect 5-star review! The hotel environment is absolutely stunning. The lobby with its water curtain exudes a Zen-like tranquility, and the coconut-lined pool blending with the azure sea is incredibly picturesque, perfect for photos. The 88sqm room is spacious and comfortable, with Diptyque toiletries and a separate bathtub adding a touch of luxury. Both the morning and evening rituals have an amazing ambiance.
Special shout-out to our butler, Linda! From check-in coordination and itinerary planning to arranging transportation to the duty-free shop, she was attentive and efficient throughout. She responded to our requests instantly and even secretly prepared a welcome amenity. The attention to detail was truly touching. Both the service and the facilities are top-notch, truly living up to its reputation as Sanya's premier luxury landmark!

MM14525****If you want a sea view, you really should choose the Ocean View Building. I stayed one night each at the Ocean View Building and the Ocean Listening Building. The Ocean Listening Building is more affordable, but the Ocean View Building has better views. I have to say, the hotel is very comprehensive – well-equipped and great for kids, with all sorts of activities and play facilities. The hotel's beach is also close to the rooms. This is definitely a hotel I'd visit again!

KKinaCongAfter checking out from Poly Rosewood, we moved to the Kimpton, which my best friend highly recommended, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The motorcycle at the entrance and the chic, dark lobby decor immediately caught my eye. The scent in the public areas was sophisticated and pleasant.
We booked a pool-access room for two nights, and it was beautiful. Our butler, Ivy, surprised us with a cute Kimpton puppy plushie and a luggage tag, which made us very happy. I loved the sofa across the pool when I opened the window. I immediately put on sunscreen, ready to jump in, but the water was too cold! After looking around, I realized I could only swim across, so thankfully I brought my duck float to act as a ferry. Soaking up the sun and sipping on a cold drink was just heavenly!
In the afternoon, with nothing else planned, we wandered around the hotel. The lazy river looked great, but unfortunately, it was under construction during our two-day stay 🚧, so we couldn't use it. Still, the other scenery was absolutely stunning and very photogenic. Plus, it was super close to the beach, which even had a little train you could ride! 🚂
In the evening, we headed to 'Chess View' for the complimentary cocktail social hour. My husband and I played an hour of billiards; I lost badly, and he was thrilled! 🥹
The breakfast really impressed me. Compared to Poly Rosewood, which also serves breakfast until 12 PM, the Kimpton's breakfast not only had a better ambiance but also offered a wider and more delicious variety of food. The puff pastry desserts were especially amazing! Ordering was super convenient via QR code. And importantly, the à la carte menu changes daily! It was such a joy to have a surprise every morning for breakfast! ♥️
Throughout our two-day stay, our butler Ivy was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and requests. She was super attentive, making our stay absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Environment: The environment of the entire villa area is good. It is very close to the sea. The beach is good and there are not many tourists. Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed on the beach and it is not a bathing place. But the children were already very happy playing in the private pool of the villa.
Health: average.
Service: Breakfast is very rich and great! Other services were not good. There were a lot of floating objects in the swimming pool. I asked the waiter to deal with it, but it was never done.

MM420663****1️⃣ The hotel upgraded us to a room with a view for free. 2️⃣ The newly renovated environment and facilities are very good. The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
