🌊 Staying at the Kimpton for a Qingshui Bay getaway was such a healing seaside trip! The hotel’s design is artistic and aesthetic, making the public areas, beach, and pool incredibly photogenic. The sand is super fine, and the sunsets in the evening are simply breathtaking 🌇. A special shoutout to Rose from Guest Relations!! Her service was gentle, warm, and highly professional. She handled everything seamlessly, from pre-arrival inquiries to travel recommendations, and proactively introduced hotel perks like Social Hour and the minibar. The guest rooms are well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The service hits the sweet spot—attentive without feeling overly formal. It really nailed that relaxed, laid-back vacation vibe. This will definitely be my top choice for any future trip to Qingshui Bay, Lingshui!

Facilities: The B&B has an elevator! It’s so worry-free. The boss and staff are very enthusiastic and will ask about the taste of breakfast. The room has good floor height and is transparent. The decoration is very tasteful, and the tiles in the bathroom are all green plant themed. The air conditioner does not blow directly. We live on the 3rd floor. Environment: Direct shot without filter, it was cloudy, but it did not affect the beautiful scenery. It’s unimaginable how beautiful it is on a clear day. At night, when you open the curtains, it feels like the bright moon is rising over the sea. The beach is fine. It is convenient to eat and drink at the door. The parking lot is a little far away, it's the village parking lot, but it's only a 2-minute walk away and there are plenty of parking spaces.

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

Walking downstairs, through the pool and lawn, you reach the beach. The beach is very uncrowded. In the evening, you can catch some sunset views. The rooms are spacious, all facing the sea, with balconies and drying racks provided. The outdoor pool is shaded by the adjacent buildings in the mornings and afternoons, so it's not sunny (only for a short while at noon), which is fantastic; the water is warm and you don't get sunburnt. The kids' pool has bubble activities. The staff, including the cleaning ladies, are all very friendly. The chef at the restaurant is excellent; even simple stir-fried greens taste delicious. The breakfast is a bit simple, but sufficient. There are few restaurants and delivery options nearby. The hotel restaurant menu only offers a limited selection of dishes. Overall, it offers great value for money and is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet by the sea.

This stay was absolutely perfect! I was immediately struck by its beauty upon entering; the villa is nestled by the sea, surrounded by lush greenery, fragrant with flowers, and the air is fresh and clean – a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle, allowing my mind to truly relax. The villa's green theme exudes sophistication and a strong tropical vibe. The pool is right outside the door, perfect for taking stunning photos. The butler service was meticulous and attentive. The macarons at afternoon tea were exquisite and delicious, and the coconut chicken at dinner was a delightful surprise. The location is convenient; a ten-minute taxi ride to Riyue Bay allows you to enjoy a drink and quietly admire the sea view – romantic and relaxing. This truly is a tranquil haven by the sea, surrounded by greenery, fragrant with flowers, and with fresh air, allowing my weary soul to completely unwind. I will definitely come back!

The last stop of Hainan Island Tour (East Line) - Lingshui. At that time, I also placed an order based on the high ratings. When checking in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and smiling, which made people feel very warm. I didn't expect that the subsequent housekeepers and service staff were also very enthusiastic and warm, and any problems were solved in time. Go downstairs and walk across the road to the beach, which is very convenient for taking children to play or strolling on the beach. The room is equipped with advanced facilities and electric curtains. It is clean and hygienic, and the hot water for bathing is also comfortable. If you drive by yourself, you can park your car in the underground garage, which is very convenient. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is delicious. I recommend the noodle soup, which is delicious! The best thing is that you can lie on the balcony and watch the sea, absolutely!

We had a wonderfully comfortable two-day getaway, and this was my first stay at Capella, which left a fantastic impression. I'm already looking forward to checking out the soon-to-open Capella Nanjing next. First, the service: Blacky, our Cultural & Travel Ambassador, made our stay incredibly warm. From daily chats to handling our requests, messages were always answered instantly, morning or night. Blacky patiently introduced and deeply recommended various explorations and special activities, making our itinerary rich and fun. They were always eager to help without being intrusive, and this genuine warmth created unforgettable holiday memories. At Silk Road for breakfast, the restaurant manager enthusiastically introduced us to a tamarind latte, a local specialty. Even if it might not be a standard menu item, their eagerness to share local cuisine and hotel specialties, and to create surprises for guests, deeply touched me. The special blend was perfectly balanced with sweet and sour notes and excellently presented. These unexpected delights made for precious holiday experiences. Regarding the most important aspect of a holiday – the accommodation experience – the bedding quality was superb. After staying at numerous major brands for business travel, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan's bedding comfort is one of the best, absolutely worth experiencing. As a resort hotel, it was pitch dark when the curtains were closed, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing us to easily sleep until we woke up naturally and still make it to breakfast before 11 am. The hotel grounds are extensive. While I'm no architecture expert, I adore plants. The landscaping choices and arrangements are exceptionally well-thought-out. Compared to most hotels with limited, often dense plant varieties, Capella Tufu Bay, Hainan features everything from high-reaching traveler's palms and regular palms, to mid-level broadleaf shrubs, and various ferns at ground level, all arranged in a naturally staggered way. We could call for a buggy anytime, anywhere on the grounds, but I preferred to stroll through this private, secluded garden, enjoying both shade from direct sunlight and the fragrant aroma of plants. The main pool is open until 10 PM, allowing for plenty of water play even after the hottest part of the day. Paddleboards and magic carpets were freely available and a hit with the kids. The heated pool is a 25-meter standard lap pool, and the gym is fully equipped with cardio and strength training machines, plus a ping-pong table and tennis courts – more than enough options for a holiday. My favorite part was the complimentary access to the dry sauna, steam room, massage pool, and snow room at the spa. It was a wonderful experience; my skin felt much smoother after alternating between hot and cold. For dining, the fruit Danish at Silk Road's breakfast is a must-try. Their custard cream is silky smooth and not overly sweet – I want the recipe! I also recommend ordering a bowl of Yi Mein noodles with wontons and adding a generous scoop of 'zaopocu' (a local sour vinegar) to create your own 'zaopocu' wonton noodles – everyone should give it a try! Sabai Sabai, the Thai restaurant, has excellent online reviews and was generally good. Their peanut sauce is delicious, but a word of caution: the curry beef ribs curry contains a significant amount of peanuts and has a very strong peanut base, which is quite unusual. If you're not a fan, I suggest choosing other curry options like chicken curry or crab curry. We opted for the basic room type this time, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The spacious nearly 90-square-meter interior, convenient buggy service around the resort, extensive activity schedule, and consistently meticulous hospitality meant that, apart from potential differences in room views and amenities based on booking, there was essentially no sense of a 'basic room' compromise. The baseline quality is exceptionally high. I'm really looking forward to experiencing their villa suites when I visit next year.

This hotel boasts a great location, close to the high-speed train station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable sofas and beds. The lobby is tidy and attractive, and they even offer some complimentary tea. What really stands out is the excellent service; all the staff are incredibly warm and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

We were extremely satisfied with the room; our family stayed for a week straight! The sea view was fantastic, the room was clean and hygienic, and they were quick to help with anything we needed. We were very satisfied and would recommend it to friends; we'll definitely stay here again next time!

If 100 is a perfect score, I'd give this accommodation 200! Let me get straight to the point: 1. It's incredibly close to Leicester Island, less than a ten-minute drive. There are restaurants and supermarkets right outside the villa area. 2. Whether it's the 200+ RMB special offer suite or the 400+ RMB pool view suite (Pictures 1 and 2 show the 288 RMB special offer suite), there's a dedicated butler group. Any needs or questions will be patiently answered by staff in the group. The villa area is very quiet and offers excellent privacy. If you want to go to the beach or the infinity pool (next to the beach, Pictures 3 and 4), just let them know in the group, and the butler will send someone to pick you up. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, with a strong service-oriented mindset. My family was extremely satisfied. They said they'd definitely stay here again when they come back in winter!!!
