"The room was surprisingly good, and my whole family loved it. The front desk staff was warm and attentive. The young man who helped us was also excellent—quiet but very handsome! He patiently guided us through check-in, helped with our luggage, and even told us which floor the parking was on and where the 'L' level was, which was super convenient for food deliveries. The beach was just a few minutes' walk away, and the complex itself was lovely with great privacy. They even covered our parking fees. I'd feel bad not giving them a five-star rating! Huge thanks for the care and daily housekeeping during our stay. All in all, fantastic value for money and a great experience. Seriously, for this price on a vacation, what more could you ask for?"

"I was absolutely mesmerized by the panoramic views outside the window – the blue sky and sea were breathtaking. You could just lie in bed and watch the tide ebb and flow. The hotel's own cafe was also a pleasant surprise; the coffee beans were fragrant, and the atmosphere was really cozy. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were incredibly welcoming. They even gave us a complimentary fresh fruit plate when we checked in, which was a lovely touch. The beach is right downstairs, and low tide was so much fun for scavenging! We collected a small bucket full of sea urchins, starfish, and sand crabs – it felt so rewarding. We then took our haul to the seafood processing shop next door to have it cooked on the spot; the taste was incredibly fresh! This place doesn't have that cold, impersonal hotel feel; instead, it's full of warmth, humanity, and a real sense of local life. I honestly wish I could stay here forever."

"It's so beautiful, really so beautiful! It's like being on a small island in the south of France😍 A new scene at every step, the camera can't record the beauty here. The room with its own swimming pool is so comfortable, with strong privacy. It's so comfortable to swim and watch the sea. You can't find this scenery anywhere else. Just take a picture and it's worth it! The breakfast is good, but it's a bit monotonous. Children still like buffets, but adults think it's good. The drinks and snacks in the room are free to eat and drink, and the children like it very much. The only two shortcomings are that the location is close to takeaways and you have to drive when you go out (there are also paid special cars here), and the second is that the service response is a little slow, maybe there are fewer people, but it feels that the guests are not full... "This was my first time in Lingshui and I stayed at this hotel. The hotel environment is truly excellent. The room is very spacious, and the balcony is also quite large; it's so comfortable to sit there at night and enjoy the sea breeze. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The mini-bar included with the room is free for the first use. When booking, it came with a paddleboard which the kids really enjoyed playing with, and the coconuts were delicious too. Breakfast is a varied and rich buffet. The island-style dishes at the Chinese restaurant were exceptionally tasty. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were quick, with no need to wait for bellhops to deliver luggage. Our butler, Kelly, had a great service attitude and responded instantly to messages; any time we needed to contact her, she replied very quickly. There are both free and paid children's activities, and we participated in a few which were very enjoyable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come to Lingshui."

"I came specifically because of Xiang Tianqi (a person's name, or possibly a brand/theme). It started raining before we even reached the hotel. 1. There's quite a distance from the parking lot to the lobby. The bellhop and front desk staff didn't coordinate bringing umbrellas to pick up guests from the parking lot. I had to remind them to go look for guests with umbrellas (the problem was they didn't even find them, and my husband ended up getting soaked walking to the front desk). 2. After check-in, we had to wait in the lobby for over half an hour because of the rain before they took us to our room. Only then did the hotel arrange for a shuttle cart and put up a temporary shelter. The front desk said the butler would add me on WeChat shortly, but I waited in the room for a long time and no one did. I had to actively call the front desk to get the butler to add me on WeChat. It's clear the management is disorganized, and the staff are lazy. 3. The welcome fruit was only delivered to the room after we settled in, and the excuse was again that they were too busy due to the rain. 4. They didn't offer any compensation or solution for the series of service delays and neglect. 5. The condition for a room upgrade was a five-star review. From yesterday when I checked out until today, the butler has been relentlessly asking me for a good review. It's gotten really annoying; they sent so many messages asking for a review within a single day. (When I needed a car to go out or when I was checking out, I didn't see the butler being anywhere near this proactive.)"

"I arrived at the Summer Surf Hotel during the typhoon and booked a suite, which was quite cost-effective, including a one-hour 1v1 surfing session. The hotel service was good. Xiaoqin at the front desk was responsive and helpful, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were also very welcoming. The beach next door has very fine sand, just 200 meters away. The partner surf shop is on the Marriott's beach, and their 1v3 stay promotion is only $99!"
