Facilities: This is a brand new hotel, and all the facilities are top-notch and incredibly comfortable to use. The infinity pool on the rooftop is absolutely stunning, and having a small pool in the room was perfect for our baby. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere – it felt like a brand new home. Environment: Right outside is the beach and ocean, which is amazing! We could go down and dig in the sand whenever we wanted. The sand is incredibly fine, much better than what you find in Sanya. There are even foot-rinsing faucets right by the entrance, making it so stress-free to bring kids compared to typical tourist beaches. Service: The service was excellent and very welcoming. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

If you're going to Lingshui, you absolutely HAVE to check out this guesthouse, seriously! 🏖️ I stayed at the Qiyu Shikai Hotel in Lingshui Li'an Town, and these are raw, unedited photos straight from my phone. The room offers an incredible direct ocean view – it's like bringing the entire sea right into your room! You can watch the sunset from the comfort of your bed [kiss emoji]. The room itself was super clean, and the amenities were excellent. We had a king-sized bed (1.8m) and a massive TV, perfect for a cozy movie night 🎬. There's also a private hot tub in the room, so you can soak while enjoying the sea view – ocean view plus hot tub, a match made in heaven! Just downstairs from the room is the pool, where you could easily spend the whole day. Walk less than 10 meters further, and you're on the beach. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was pure bliss 🌊. A pleasant surprise was the huge kitchen, fully equipped with seasonings and utensils – a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook! [rose emoji]

The service was very attentive. We received a fruit plate upon check-in and a souvenir upon departure. The hotel also provided tools for catching starfish, which we used to go to the nearby Monkey Island. We had a blast catching starfish! The view from the ocean-view room was absolutely stunning. The beach was literally within reach. You could see the ocean from your bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We drove in and parked directly on the beach, which was very relaxing even in the car. However, there are fishermen drying seafood nearby, so those with odor sensitivity should be careful (it didn't bother us in the room). From the hotel, walk down the road and you'll find the Xincun Night Market diagonally across the street. There's a lot of delicious food, and you'll also see many shared electric bikes along the road, making it very convenient for both food and accommodation. A reminder for those driving: there are two roads in the hotel navigation. One of them is currently being dug up, making it inaccessible. I've drawn a route (P9). Follow the arrows. The beach parking lot is at the end. Finally, I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: the hotel door is a bit soundproof. You can hear people talking outside and even the children playing in the hallway above. I hope they can install some soundproofing measures, such as tape.

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

This apartment truly exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to an unbeatable sea view, which was absolutely stunning. I initially booked two nights but ended up extending for an additional night, even sacrificing a night from my Sanya trip. The Diamond Coast development, where the apartment is located, has direct access to the beach. The sand is fine, there's no commercial development, so it's very clean and uncrowded. At low tide, a natural beach pool appears nearby, perfect for collecting seashells. The apartment itself is in great condition, and the butler service was excellent. I've already recommended it to several friends. Staying here during the summer was such great value for money; I honestly didn't want to leave. If I get the chance to visit Lingshui again, I will definitely come back here.

The hotel doesn't have the fanciest facade, but the room was really good with surprisingly good sound proof windows and walls - though, nothing will save you from the loud neighbors in the hall. The neighbourhood similarly, doesn't look much at day time, but shines after the sunset - there is a night market nearby and a good freshly brewed beer shop behind the food stalls. What we didn't like is the stained carpet in the hall and the stained floor in the room - it needs some extra cleaning.

Although the location is a bit hard to find, it has the advantage of being less crowded and not noisy. The whole atmosphere is very nice and nice. The waiters will take the initiative to greet you and are very considerate. The service is highly praised. The price is affordable and the quality is not bad. It is really a treasure platform. The waiters are very professional, their movements are neat and crisp, and the customer experience is particularly great.

The 270° floor-to-ceiling windows meant we could watch both sunrise and sunset right from our bed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, they even provided a dehumidifier, so it never felt damp. Step out of your room and you can go beachcombing, or join activities like pulling up ground cages, glass-bottom boat rides, and sea fishing. Breakfast featured freshly cooked seafood congee and Hainanese noodles. The fishing raft walkways connect to form an intricate network of 'streets' over the water. At night, with all the twinkling lights, it felt like stepping into the aquatic world of 'Spirited Away.' It's super family-friendly; our kids didn't want to leave. The minor downsides were occasional unstable Wi-Fi and inconvenient food delivery, but honestly, that's all part of the authentic overwater living experience. Next time, I'll bring the whole family back to fully immerse ourselves in the Tanka culture!

This hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.

I read a lot of reviews before coming here and thought it would be very bad. But after coming here, I found that it is actually okay, quite clean, only 20 meters away from the beach, and the sea is outside the window. The children are very comfortable doing their homework on the balcony. The breakfast is simple but filling. For meals, you can go to the pier and take the bus boat to the new village opposite. There is a free shuttle to the pier. The most important thing is that you can avoid the entrance fee to Monkey Island by staying here. You can stop anytime and anywhere to feed the monkeys along the way. The children like it very much. Daidai Island is right next to it. It is very beautiful and suitable for self-driving!
