This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review!
The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island.
The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality.
The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care.
The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance
The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard
The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

Guest UserAlthough the road is being built at the door, there is a little brother at the front desk waiting in advance to pick up, which does not affect the mood of staying in the hotel. The room is pure and quiet, natural texture, simple and elegant color, and every place has a sense of high-end. The room is dry and clean, and it is quiet and comfortable to fall asleep at night. The main entrance of the hotel is facing the jelly sea, the sun is direct, it is the kind of crystal clear Tiffany blue, and it is more beautiful than the photo. The infinity pool on the top floor has a wider view. It overlooks the entire bay at sunset. It is romantic to aphasia. There are few people in the pool and the package is full. The lobby on the first floor has its own coffee bar. The barista is refreshing, knowledgeable, and coffee professional. Even the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk serve meticulously and respond quickly. The environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, the service is good, such a holiday, it is worth a special trip for it!

Guest UserA must-stay for families with kids! This family-friendly guesthouse in Lingshui Li'an Town is absolutely fantastic.
This hidden gem in Li'an Town is perfect for traveling with children! It's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything, surrounded by the charming, authentic atmosphere of a fishing village. It’s far from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located.
The rooms are spotless, with fresh, odor-free bedding. There's not a speck of dust in the corners, and the bathroom is pristine, making it incredibly reassuring when staying with kids. What's most thoughtful is the guesthouse's shared kitchen, fully equipped with utensils. You can whip up egg noodles in the morning, and if you want to cook lunch or dinner, the front desk staff are happy to lend you an electric scooter. You can ride it to the local market to buy fresh ingredients and then cook up a delicious homemade meal for your kids – no worries about food at all.
Excellent service, thoughtful facilities, and incredible value for money. For families visiting Li'an Town, this guesthouse is a no-brainer – just book it!

The service was very attentive. We received a fruit plate upon check-in and a souvenir upon departure. The hotel also provided tools for catching starfish, which we used to go to the nearby Monkey Island. We had a blast catching starfish!
The view from the ocean-view room was absolutely stunning. The beach was literally within reach. You could see the ocean from your bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. We drove in and parked directly on the beach, which was very relaxing even in the car. However, there are fishermen drying seafood nearby, so those with odor sensitivity should be careful (it didn't bother us in the room).
From the hotel, walk down the road and you'll find the Xincun Night Market diagonally across the street. There's a lot of delicious food, and you'll also see many shared electric bikes along the road, making it very convenient for both food and accommodation.
A reminder for those driving: there are two roads in the hotel navigation. One of them is currently being dug up, making it inaccessible. I've drawn a route (P9). Follow the arrows. The beach parking lot is at the end.
Finally, I'd like to offer a suggestion to the hotel: the hotel door is a bit soundproof. You can hear people talking outside and even the children playing in the hallway above. I hope they can install some soundproofing measures, such as tape.

Guest UserIt's my first time staying in this hotel. It's pretty good. The hygiene services are all very good. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room for free. The room has smart control. There is also a free washing machine and dryer downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is easy to get in and out of the city.

Guest UserAlthough the location is a bit hard to find, it has the advantage of being less crowded and not noisy. The whole atmosphere is very nice and nice. The waiters will take the initiative to greet you and are very considerate. The service is highly praised. The price is affordable and the quality is not bad. It is really a treasure platform. Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

A must-try, once-in-a-lifetime overwater stay! This isn't a beachfront hotel; it's a genuine Tanka fishing raft wooden house floating right on Xin Cun Port, with complimentary boat transfers provided by the guesthouse for all arrivals and departures – talk about an unforgettable experience! 🌊
We booked the panoramic sea view room, which had a stylish blend of natural wood and Tanka ocean elements. The 270° floor-to-ceiling windows meant we could watch both sunrise and sunset right from our bed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, they even provided a dehumidifier, so it never felt damp.
Step out of your room and you can go beachcombing, or join activities like pulling up ground cages, glass-bottom boat rides, and sea fishing.
Breakfast featured freshly cooked seafood congee and Hainanese noodles. The fishing raft walkways connect to form an intricate network of 'streets' over the water. At night, with all the twinkling lights, it felt like stepping into the aquatic world of 'Spirited Away.' It's super family-friendly; our kids didn't want to leave. The minor downsides were occasional unstable Wi-Fi and inconvenient food delivery, but honestly, that's all part of the authentic overwater living experience. Next time, I'll bring the whole family back to fully immerse ourselves in the Tanka culture!

1️⃣ The hotel upgraded us to a room with a view for free. 2️⃣ The newly renovated environment and facilities are very good. The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !

The hotel is located on Boundary Island, with the scenic area right outside your room. It's very convenient for sightseeing, with the hotel providing shuttle service. Since the scenic area hasn't been overdeveloped, the hotel feels older, and it's a bit damp on the island. There are only two bottles of mineral water in the room, so you need to buy some at the supermarket. We stayed in the tropical rainforest vegetation room, which had a view of trees and was on a lower floor. I'm not sure how the sea view rooms are.
