"Nice hotel in good location, quite beach with clean water nearby. Fruits cost lower that in another places of Phuket. The district is good choice for people who prefer quiet atmosphere. The hotel is clean and quiet new. There is no elevator, it is the main disadvantage but it is 3 floors at all."

"Beautifully located just across from the quiet and scenic Naithon Beach. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped — many with stunning sea views. It’s ideal for a relaxing getaway away from the crowds. Staff are attentive, and the peaceful surroundings are great for couples or families. However, some construction works were outside during our stay, which slightly affected the atmosphere. Still, it is a good choice if you’re looking for a more serene side of Phuket."

"We absolutely loved the hotel - it was perfect for families as the rooms have the most beautiful bunk beds for the kids and the ability to swim at your doorstep is great. They have their own hotel app which you can order room service - which is reasonably priced. We ended up using it most days. The kids pool and the soft play is actually amazing - one of the best we have experienced so far. Only issue for us, we booked as a 3 day layover between flights and one of the nights guests were put into the room next to us. They kept us awake until 3am. I approached the reception at 2am and they just called the room and nothing was really done. This meant we had 2 very grumpy kids and tired for our flight - defeating purpose of the stay. This wasnt nessecarily the hotels fault but I thought they could have dealt with it better. Breakfast was mostly empty on most things at 9am when it closed at 10/10:30am. Had to wait for things to be replenished for quite a while - one day we didn’t end up waiting and ordered room service later on instead."

"Bella Nara is luxury. Everything is clean and in good repair. The staff are accommodating and professional. I had several uncommon requests, and they were quick to understand and find a solution. The pool is beautiful and the water is just the right temperature. My bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The shower was well-designed and roomy. Free ride to the airport was much appreciated."

"Love this place. Is been the second time here with my family. 2 pools that are one with sand and Jacuzzi and the other one with elephants status. Great restorant. Breakfast abundant and international, chinese and thai one. Rooms are great and beds too! The beach is nice and few walking distance"

"Absolutely amazing experience at Pullman. Facilities are amazing, beach is very clean and nice. Main swimming pool is great and children friendly, staff in the whole hotel on the absolutely highest possible level and whole staying experience was fantastic. We fell in love with this place and we are looking forward to returning soon."

"Excellent Stay in a Spacious, Modern Room I recently stayed in one of the new rooms located approximately 300 meters at the rear of the resort. The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed with clean, fresh bedding. A notable highlight was the generously sized balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The breakfast buffet offered good value for money, with a wide selection of healthy and well-prepared options. The resort also boasts several swimming pools, including one of a decent size suitable for proper swimming. However, it’s worth noting that the pool water appeared to be heavily chlorinated. The only drawback was the bathroom, particularly the toilet, which was surprisingly small—more suited to a child than an adult. This design oversight could be a significant issue across the many rooms in the new block. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend the resort for its comfort, facilities, and excellent value."

"Beautiful hotel with pool in walking distance to the airport. 5 mins walk to international and 10 minutes to domestic. Everything was clean, pool is quite big and stuff was  friendly."

"Hotel conveniently located close to airport. Room is nice and the bed is surprisingly huge. It’s got everything, a decent gym, nice outdoor swimming pool, and a beautifully designed restaurant which is such a hidden gem. Food is delicious, we wanted to order everything in the menu. This hotel surpassed our expectations, enjoyed it very much!"
