The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa

Family room in the annex with breakfast included for four people – what more could you ask for? 😉 There was a Chinese-speaking receptionist, and the service was good. The breakfast was clean, though for the two days we stayed, there were quite a few Indian-style dishes. I absolutely have to mention that I accidentally left my wallet when changing hotels, and they helped me get it back through email communication.

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Patong. The swimming pool is lovely, and the breakfast is plentiful, making for a pleasant start to the day. There's a whole street of restaurants right outside the hotel with lots of delicious food options.

They have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, and the pool is great! 👍 Breakfast was decent, but on our last day, we had an early flight and wanted to pack breakfast to go. The staff said it was only for dining in, which was very inconvenient.

Some of the staff weren't very friendly, and the room had steel bars everywhere, like it was designed for disabled people.

If you're staying in the annex building, be careful of the long, steep slope. We saw a guest's luggage slide down from there and hit someone. Please make sure to store your personal belongings safely in your room. Other than that, everything else was good, and the pool was great. The room was spacious enough too. Just remember to run the bath water first to make sure there's no yellow discoloration.

The hotel is right in the heart of Patong, surrounded by a bustling shopping street. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The massage service was also great. The staff even sang a birthday song for my son during breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. It's very convenient for shopping, and the pool is clean.
