"A last minute decision for a 1 night staycation for 2 adults & 2 kids. Location: About 10-15mins walk away from Bugis MRT station. Lots of eateries and restaurants near by, very near to Haji lane for some unique shopping buys. Near Kampong Glam to enjoy the vibes. Hotel: 2 Small building, one main building with lobby and swimming pool of the 5th level, there is a small lift to bring you up. Another building with only rooms, no lift, and we stay on the 2nd level. There is a small swimming pool, but it was crowded, so we did not go swimming. Room: Room is big and spacious, the kids can really run while in the room. The bunk bed with the slide are their favourite. The bunk bed is big, could sleep 2 kids on 1 bed. The room also comes with a big bathtub. Cleanliness for the toilet and beds are good but the floor is a little dirty, with some hair strands around. There is capsule coffee and tea, as well as 4 bottles of water in the room. Basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shampoo and shower gel provided. They even includes bath salts if you want to soak in the bathtub. This is really a plus for us. Overall, an enjoyable stay, price is a little high and no breakfast included, but the kids love it, so no complains."

"The CS is friendly and willing to help. Be noted that need to bring deposit of cash money $50 as they don't accept digital money transfer for deposit. Bravo, will tell my friend for their next visit."

"Entrance located at back Alley, which abit inconvenient for the grab to pick up as they will missed out. Sound proof not that good keep heard the cleaner doing cleaning outside the corridor . Room is good, clean, new, with one basin mirror & one full height mirror which is a plus point . Recommend for budget stay"

"Good location. 3-5min walk from the metro station. Room was pretty small but super clean. James at the front desk was friendly and helped us out with an early check-in and also gave us a late check out. We were able to store our bags after checking out since we didn’t fly out until later. The pool area is very spacious! I found it a bit strange there was so much space and not very many pool-lounge-chairs out. Over all good hotel and fair price. I would stay here again."

"The Room @ Bugis is an ideal choice to stay in as the location is conveniently situated within the tourists' spots with lots of eateries and access to transport (the subway-MRT.. Buses) in close proximity. The facilities are good but more importantly is the excellent service provided by Mr HTUT (at the Reception) who is patient to all of us but especially so, when he explained the facilities in detail to a tourist, all the while maintaining his professionalism and decorum. "Although room is small but the hotel service is great. Just a little bit frustrated when your first check in due to self check in, but friendly staff everything is fine."

"Good service from the staff as the staff are cheerful n helpful. Shuttle bus to harbourfront & outram mrt provide convenience to the guests. Floating basket afternoon tea is good but the food could be in bite size so that we can eat it in the pool easily. Breakfast buffet is good too. Overall is a great experience for my family staycation"
