The room is big and you enjoy two big screen size TV in the living room and the bedroom. Worth it!

Overall room is big and spacious. Breakfast however was expecting to be better with more varieties.

Love the experience so much, it was so clean and front staff was very friendly as well! Will definitely come again!

I initially reserved the deluxe suite, which was advertised on Trip.com as having a river view. However, upon arrival, I discovered that only the premium suite offers a river view. The establishment graciously provided a complimentary upgrade, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant view during our brief staycation and celebration. Upon checking in, I noticed potato chips on the carpet, which accounts for the one-star deduction. The available amenities are somewhat limited, and it is important to note that breakfast is not served on public holidays or Sundays. Furthermore, children's amenities are minimal, contrary to the extensive list presented on Trip.com.

Room feels comfortable with great city view. TV console inputs panel seems damaged.

Because of the Home Improvement Programme, my daughter & I decided to stay here. We enjoyed our stay. Getting halal food was not an issue for us. Going to the Sultan Mosque was just a walk away. Amenities in the hotel are good except that there is no bidet spray available in the toilet. A special mention to one of the cleaners, Mr Raihan, he did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness of the room. He provided me with my requests for extra floor towels, toilet papers, etc. I managed to see him during his cleaning duty before my check out and thanked him. Overall my stay together with my daughter had been a pleasant one. Will definitely recommend the Serviced Suite to friends.

Room 1914: stayed four nights (April 2026). Possibly one of the best views available from this building (see pics). Very friendly and thoughtful staff at reception. We found a bottle of champagne, macaron, balloons, and welcome note for our anniversary. Kitchen is well-provisioned (e.g., toaster, rice cooker), but has only two pairs of cutlery which can pose minor challenges when preparing breakfast. Washing + dryer machine a bit on the old side (note: can be anti-climatic if poorly timed).

This is my second time and most comfortable for me. And I will come back.

Booked this room to celebrate my girl’s birthday and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The room was spacious, stylish, and beautiful even without decorations. The staff were friendly and approachable, and the pool area had a great vibe. Overall, a fantastic venue for special occasions✌️
