The room was on level 1 which is ground floor. It was a nicely setup room. Although, I’ve never slept in a hotel room with a full size, always lit EXIT sign which some people would struggle to sleep with. Anyone someone flushed the toilet or took a shower you could hear the water running as the waste pipe was in the vent in the ceiling. Vending machine outside was useful, $1.30SGD for a drink.

The room was a bit small; opening the door with a suitcase in the way was a tight squeeze. This is quite typical for Singapore at this price point. The facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. It's very close to NUS, which was convenient as I was visiting with my child. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 7-Eleven and a Chinese supermarket right outside, and bus stops are easily accessible. Overall, it offers good value for money. The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese.

Overall cleanliness was well maintained , location wise is easily located . Food around the area would open up till late night ! Staff were friendly and nice!

Room tidy n clean very..comfort Induction cooker need to improve as it easiler overheated and need to wait quite a while to cool down in order to use again. Food will be affected while induction cooker not heated..

Overall This hotel has set a new standard for what luxury travel should feel like. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we never once felt like just another guest. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Genting Singapore. The hotel is well located and offers convenient access to nearby attractions and transport options, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff were courteous and professional, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Amenities were adequate and met expectations for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The room is quite spacious, and I've stayed here many times. The cleanliness, however, feels like it's not as good as before. The facilities are decent, and they provide disposable slippers. The environment is pretty good. As for the service, they now have Chinese-speaking staff, which is a big improvement from before.

If you're on a tight budget in Singapore or here for a concert and don't have high demands for accommodation, this could be an option. The bottom bunk has a Xiaomi TV where you can watch various types of shows without needing a VIP subscription (great for TV lovers, haha). The main language is English, and there's an option for subtitles. You can only watch it from bed, and watching for too long or too close might strain your eyes. Areas for Improvement: No slippers or toiletries are provided, so you need to bring your own. The upper bunk is directly under the air conditioning, which can affect sleep. The bunks are quite close together, so if someone next door is checking out in the morning, it's probably best not to clean too early, as it can disturb others' sleep. Cons: Small space. Taller individuals or those who are overweight should probably avoid this option.
