While the lobby is quite luxurious, the hallways are in a state of disrepair, looking quite dilapidated. However, the in-room facilities are surprisingly complete and the room itself is very comfortable. It's clear that this is an old hotel; the carpets are worn and the air conditioning is noisy. But on the plus side, it's cheap, the room is spacious, and the window view is nice. It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Overall, it's not bad. Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers.

It's truly close to the Petronas Twin Towers, about a 5-10 minute walk. The famous infinity pool tends to be crowded, as it's shared among several apartment units. Waiting for the elevator can take a bit longer. Regarding the security deposit, since we arrived late and didn't have time to exchange for Malaysian Ringgit, we paid 900 RMB instead. Absolutely no smoking and no durians, otherwise, your deposit will be withheld. Check-out is at 11 AM and they are quite strict about it. If you're in a hurry, make sure to set aside an extra 20 minutes for the staff to inspect the room for any damages. It's better to check out a bit earlier to avoid delays.

When i got to the room it looked very nice but upon further inspection i saw some not so pleasing things like ripped blanket, stained pillow, stained chair (did not use it but still)(check photos). The next day i brought it up to housekeeping and they resolved it, so thats good. Breakfast was also good, wish there was more western choices, but you will be fine, wish there was also more amenities like shaving or sewing kit. Also the bottled water doesnt taste good in my opinion. A very nice hotel actually, i would stay there again. My overall rating is 4/5.

Booked this hotel with a friend and we had a really comfortable stay. The washing machine in the room was especially convenient, as it not only washed but also dried our clothes. The host thoughtfully provided a lovely-smelling laundry detergent, which was perfect for washing and drying some of our clothes after returning to the city from the island. Plus, the infinity pool on the hotel's rooftop is incredibly photogenic! Next time I come with my family, I'll definitely choose a suite here!

Superb! The night view is absolutely stunning. Can you believe this only cost a little over 270? The first picture was taken from the room, and it has an amazing balcony. The second picture is of the infinity pool. The room facilities are also incredibly complete. I love this hotel so much, I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the pool being free with no extra charges made it excellent value for money. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an affordable stay near the Petronas Towers, complete with an infinity pool – a truly enjoyable trip. This place is a two-story loft with bathrooms on both levels, and a large fridge. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing anything you need. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, and around 30 minutes to Pavilion and Suria KLCC, making it very accessible.

The location is fantastic and made everything so convenient for us, whether it was shopping, exploring, or just getting around the city. What really made the stay special was the wonderful service from the entire team. The door staff greeted us with warm smiles, the front desk handled our check-in smoothly and kindly, and the buffet staff were always friendly and attentive. Everyone we met made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an amazing job everything was clean, neat, and thoughtfully prepared. It really made us feel relaxed and at home. The level of cleanliness was excellent and definitely stood out. We also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety and was very satisfying. Overall, the experience felt pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay. We left with great memories and would happily return again in the future.

NNan Zun Phyu We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good variety. The facilities were a highlight of our stay. The premier gym is spacious and well-equipped, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the sauna is a great addition for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a salon and massage services located on level one. Another nice perk is the Hard Rock Café on the ground floor, which offers a 15% discount for hotel guests when you show your room key. Most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, it would be even better if the hotel could include a nail salon in its facilities to provide a more complete wellness experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities and service. Will definitely recommend to others and come back to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not exactly in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, but more towards the outskirts. One downside is that the hotel does not provide its own parking. Guests have to use public or open-air parking, which costs a flat rate of RM10.30. The room is quite small, although the bed is comfortable and it comes with a sofa. However, due to the limited space, it’s quite easy to bump into things and hurt your feet The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. Noise from other guests was very noticeable—people talking loudly and doors being slammed could be clearly heard. If you are a light sleeper, this might be something to consider before booking.

It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. HHa Kok ChoyThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time, I felt it was pretty good and the location was excellent. This time, however, I booked a windowless room, and there was a distinct smell of mold or mildew in the room that made it very difficult to sleep all night. As I mentioned before, the air conditioning switch seems to have been tampered with and you can't adjust it. If it's too cold, you're told to use a blanket; if it's too hot, you're told to strip naked, because there's simply no way to control the temperature. The only thing I was satisfied with was the abundance of food options around the hotel; everything downstairs was delicious and super convenient.

Stuffs are really friendly and open to help you every second that You never face problem. ＞Sheets, Pillows, Duvet and Curtaion are always clean and have great scent. ＞Floor, Window, Beds, wall and stairs are well painted andcleaned by the people. ＞There are always several clean towels near your bathroom and they wash them daily. in addition bodywash and shampoo is also available. I brought my hygienic stuffs but I didn't use becasue all is provided by the hotel. ＞Althought Malysia is really hot, insideof the Hotel is amzingly cool which provides you great stay there. ＞There are 3 wifi lines just in case, if the hotel filled with a lot of people. ＞Morni;g And Evening view is awsome next to bathroom that you can spend sometime there. ＞If you.want to do your loundry, just near the hotel there are alot of washing machines. ＞ If you need any help regarding to Transportation, Clothes, Gifts, or visiting places they help you a lot. 3. People's Manners There in not possible to be in the noisy spot. Inside the hotal is so silent and quiet. If you make noise the manager warns you to stop to do that. 5. Condition inside the hotel ＞Starting with bed all things sheet duvet and pillows are so so clean and have great thai scent. ＞Next Inside your hotel there is the place where you can charge your phones anddigital devices. ＞Additionally, I never expected this, there is the light inside your bed whoch provides you enought light inside your bed. You can swtch it on and off anytime. ＞ Inside your bed there will also haveline to put your clothes and items on the hunger. Oversll the bed is really big and super comfortable. ＞If yiu have any exlensive and valuable stuffs, they give you the keys of the locker where you can keep anything inside. ＞on the 2 floor there are 2 sofas which focused the view of the gree mountains that you can watch and read book. ＞Besides sofa there are a tabel andtwo chairs on both floors. ＞Inside hotel each floor includes 2 air conditioner which you can sleep well. 6. Outsideof the hotel. Appearance of the hotel is so colourful and beautiful, where you can enjoy when you come back. ＞Near the window outside there is the small cuty tablle and chairs where you can read books (I saw some books on the tabel) or you can smoke cigorette. ＞There are 2 laundry lines and where you can dry up your clothes andit has several hungers. 6. Personal Advice Never bring your soup or shampoo since it is provided py the hotel. Try to bring one clean slipper with yourself to put on while you are inside because your shoes which you use outside is not allowed to put inside. Be Ready to be shocked that you will se the wonderfull view from the both windows on the 2 floors. Try to be qiuet and speak with lower voise to not distrub the people inside. AS I SAID THE STUFF AND PEOPLE THARE ARE SO FRIENDLE AND GENTLE. FOREVER.
