Had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and they even helped me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to ALAM, who was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The room service was also very good and prompt. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special I would definitely recommend both this place and ALAM for the amazing hospitality. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Check-in was smooth and easy. Contact person was alam who was really helpful. Msg him when we arrived and he was with us within minutes. Guided us to the room and it was clean and sleek. Would be back if I'm in KL again. Food easily found within walking distance, including suria KLCC twin tower.

For this Kuala Lumpur trip, we chose to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC, and I must say it was absolutely the right decision The room was very clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities. It was perfect for both relaxing and taking photos. The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time. The experience during our 2-night stay was very pleasant. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful in resolving any issues we had. He even came late at night just to replace the clothes iron—truly commendable service. The room was impeccably clean, and all the listed facilities were in perfect working condition. Stayed at Vortex Suite here in Malaysia and overall it was a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient in terms of location. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the amenities were well-maintained. What really made our stay even better was the excellent service we received from Mr. Shapon Alam. He was very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended, and special thanks to Mr. Shapon Alam — definitely a 10/10 for his service! 😌👏🏻✨

Good for families and groups of friends. However, the overall hygiene standards could be improved.

Location is good. Very near KLCC and Bukit Bintang. However, I feel the building is extremely poorly designed. There is close to zero ventilation. You will be greeted by a musky odour. The place has many cockroaches. The wooden floor was also damaged due to wear and tear. A nail was sticking out and could easily hurt someone. In terms of service, the staff were quick to respond. Bedsheets and linen seem clean as I didn't find any stains on them. I do not recommend this place because of the negatives.
