My stay at Alila Bangsar was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and understated elegance, with a design that feels both stylish and calming. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, comfortable bed, and large windows that offered stunning views of the city. Every detail—from the quality of the linens to the amenities provided—reflected a high level of care. One of the highlights was the infinity pool, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view and a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. The dining options were also impressive, with delicious food and a well-curated menu that catered to different tastes. The location is another major plus, conveniently connected to public transport and close to key areas, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, Alila Bangsar exceeded my expectations. It’s an ideal choice whether you're visiting for business or leisure, and I would gladly return for another stay.

I also loved the pool area — a great place to relax and enjoy the space. The location was another highlight. Bangsar is a great area, with easy access to food, cafés, and the rest of Kuala Lumpur. The food at the hotel was also really good, which made the stay even better. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, spacious rooms, thoughtful design, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.

Love the ambience and the Gd location as it is linked to the Bangsar LRT station. Hotel value for money too!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Front desk were friendly and always ready to help. Location was perfect, close to Megamall and convenient to Bangsar LRT station. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice environment with good view. Room is comfort to stay and very spacey. Definitely worth the price. Just that can hear noise from outside.

A hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur. The design is elegant and modern, creating a calm and luxurious vibe. The room was spotless and cozy, with excellent amenities. Service was outstanding—staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind while still being close to the city. Highly recommended for both leisure and staycations.

Strategic location, good facilities and good room. Parking fee at M1 level 2 and level 2 is RM 19 for 24 hours need to validate payment card at hotel lobby/front desk. Valet parking is RM 30 per entry and overnight is RM 50. Cleanliness in the room and toilet is okay, just that the shower room a bit smelly (maybe the hair is stucked, affecting the water flow issue). U will need to take the lift to level 41 for check-in & take another lift to go down to the guest rooms at level 35 to 40 and other facilities.
