Worst Hotel Experience. Pls avoid. The hotel under renovation, worker working all around the lobby, and I believe the worker even staying inside the hotel on the upper floor, this make our stay feel unsecure with kids with me. Hotel location in the main road have really loud noise at night due to the Motor Rempik activities, no proper sound proof on the hotel, even the window at the room I stay can't be close tight. Early the morning, another group of runner start gathering and loud music playing start 6am. Worst nightmare experience with the stay.

Very convenient with the MRT within walking distance. Staffs are helpful. Merdeka ground is near the hotel. It upgrading is in progress Will stay again on my next trip to KL.

the hotel is in the center, train station is just on the next stree ,the vibrant street of china town, the beautiful merdica square, river of life, etc. are walkable, i love to stay here and definitely book this hotek again.

My unit 801 not completed. No TV, no fridge. No window/view as shown in agoda. Table dusty, floor dusty with paint leftover. Aircond sound. Walking distance to jalan tar bazar. Train nearby. Car parking beside hotel with hotel discount.

We stayed 7 nights at Swiss Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location of the hotel is so good and comfortable. The nearest LRT is Masjid Jamek. Walk around 3 mins from LRT to the hotel. And very easy to go to the KL Sentral. The staffs of the hotel are very nice and helpful. Would like to recommend to anyone who are lookng for the hotel to stay in KL. 😃😃

Really good location, near Masjid Jamek station and major attractions in walking distance. The room and facilities also in good conditions. Hair dryer and room service is provided on request. The only drawbacks is surrounding area is really noisy at mid-night until 2-3am (motorbikes, fireworks sound)

Noisy lift, and freezer not functioning beforr i enter the room. and leaking floor water from toilet to room.

Easy to find. Very near to Dataran Merdeka, LRT and Jalan TAR. All the nice things happen in around the area. Food easy to find around the area. Very clean and quick checkout. Love the accessibility.

The hotel is extremely noisy and the rooms are not soundproof. I usually don’t mind noise, but the level of noise here was unbearable. There were serious power outage issues—the lights went off about 10 times during my stay. The elevator was also not good. Very terrible and take it at your own risk. Get faulty easily The rooms are very small, old, and have an unpleasant smell. Overall, it is not worth the price.
