This boutique hotel is new and quite swanky, with good city views from most rooms and the swimming pool. BUT we had a terrible night due to some unruly neighbours from next room till the wee hours, and to make matters worse there was a power outtage so we had no lights, nor aircond - even the fridge was out! But thankfully the operations supervisor Mr.SAIFUL was at hand to help ease the issue with a late checkout and a room change. I will definitely stay again at Sleeping Lion! Love its close approximate to Pavillion Mall.

the room is clean and new looking. less than 5 mins walk to bukit bintang area. about 10 mins walk to trx mall. need queue number to check in but fortunately fast for me. lobby and loft area can be quite crowded. wif didn’t want to connect to the smart tv. but can use hotspot from phone. despite that i will definitely stay here again.

Good view, good location. However first time experience need numbering system to check in even the counter are quite free. The lift are slow and need to wait few minutes to go up and down. Also just 1 room card given, we need lift card for lift access, it forced us to stay in room or go out together. Other than that all perfect.

Time for waiting lift is way too long.
The lobby is always packed with people.
The city view is stunning.
Room was decent, just the air condition is not working well and noise from the ac unit.
Sound insulation is rather on disadvantage side.

The hotel is located in central KL, walking distance to the shopping mall. The infinity swimming pool is just perfect for morning exercise and photos!!!

A simple modern and convenient sustainable hotel with affordable prices and a great location.
However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay, resulting in a crowded lobby with luggage and guests, making the elevator wait times very long and each ride very cramped. Self-checkout was available.
The room was clean and tidy, but the air conditioning was noisy. Each room key card can only access its own floor, which was a bit inconvenient when my friend was staying on a different floor.

We had a very enjoyable two-night stay in this hotel. The check-in process was quick and efficient, our room was clean, and the view from the 26th floor was fantastic.
However, we did encounter long wait times for the elevators. Despite having 5 lifts servicing 37 floors, they seemed to stop at every level. This caused significant delays, especially when entering or leaving the hotel.
We suggest that the hotel management consider implementing a system where elevators are assigned specific floor ranges. This would significantly improve wait times in the elevator lobby.
