The location was amazing, less than 5 minutes to the pavilion mall by walking. 6 minutes to the exchange TRX mall by walking, 20 mins to midvalley by car. Location was overall amazing, but the only bad thing was the lift. We stayed at the 11th floor so it is hard to even get a lift to go down. We had to wait 20 minutes to even get one even though it is full. The TV in the room was also not operational, the wifi was too slow for the TV to even play any channel. One time we get to watch CNA it was so laggy the TV was going 2x the normal talking speed. One last thing is there was no spoon at all, I had to make milk for my son who has IBD. There was no spoon to stir the milk, there was only a small wooden stick for tea. So we had to go to McDonald's to get some plastic spoons. Overall rating 7.5/10

The best choice! Near to every attraction in main city via walking distance even with your kids! Can go to klcc and pintasan saloma thru pavi tunnel walk. The room is quite packed however the view is fascinating overlooking pavi and menara kl. It is clean too, water strong, aircond very cold. Pool area also nice overlooking those city view. Got kids pool. Got playground and mini garden too. Upon check in, need to get ticket number before proceed. Rm10 parking per entry which is cheapest. Lift function very well, dont need to wait. However dont know why my kids didnt get the lion soft toy like others upon check in. Hmm nevermind. Overall, it is a good bargain for an affordable price with what it offers.

our overall one night staycation is worth it all. from the location, facilities, cleanliness and all are superb.
just that the location is at the prime area so the traffic is quite packed there but it is just walking distance to nearby famous places.
the kids really enjoyed the wading pool on the rooftop. definitely will come back to this hotel again for our future trip.

Always choose sleeping lion suites when go to KL but this time very disappointed.. ☹️☹️☹️ There is residue on the cup and I requested the room near by the lift but I get the room is very most far with lift . On night time can’t sleep due to The next room was quarreling and noisy, and the sound of closing the door was too loud.hope sleeping lion suites can improve for above problem

The room is quite satisfactory considering the price. However, the lobby can be quite crowded, and the wait for the elevator may sometimes exceed ten minutes. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in the room in the mornings; I'm unsure of the cause.

Overall experience at sleeping lion was absolutely perfect. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable.
The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and I had a great night’s sleep. Staff were polite, helpful and always smiling. The location is convenient.
I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again on my next trip. Highly recommended! ❤️

Always my favourite hotel at Bukit Bintang, the location is good and surrounded by shopping malls and food. Will definitely visit again
