Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

This hotel's location and service are both good, but one particular female staff member at the front desk was a bit difficult.

I brought my parents to Kuala Lumpur, and to ensure we could stay together while still having separate rooms for privacy, I chose the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites. We booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. It was very comfortable for the whole family, allowing us to easily look after each other. While the breakfast options were a bit limited for Chinese tastes, we still managed. Everything else was great – the room was cleaned diligently and very thoroughly. A lovely surprise was that on my birthday, while we were out exploring, the hotel decorated our room for the occasion and even left a small cake! It was truly a delightful touch. Plus, the hotel's central location is fantastic; it's less than a ten-minute walk to Pavilion, and right across the street from Sungei Wang Plaza, where the Sunset Coaster is located. Getting around is easy, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Excellent.

The location is convenient for getting around. You can walk to Pavilion, TRX, and the Twin Towers, and the service is good.

I stayed in both the hotel and the apartment. The apartment was spacious with a living room and laundry facilities, which is very convenient for business trips in a tropical climate. The service was good, and the location is excellent for transportation and dining. If you're looking for durian, there's a vendor right behind the hotel. I also enjoyed complimentary coffee and tea at the Pacific Lounge on the 25th floor.
