PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur

This is the 2nd time we stay at this hotel. We love this hotel as it’s very convenient, very near to Bukit Bintang Monorail, MRT, malls and eateries. Hotel cleanliness also top notch. Breakfast is good too, many varieties. Service staff are good. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Hot water is consistent. Aircond is cold enough. This time a special shout out to the receptionist Zalikha, she’s very friendly, helpful and professional. We’ll come here again for sure in our future trips.

I did not liked tge food I paid 208 RM to change the the room as the was no view at all, box like room, and 2 small twin bed

We love our stay in the hotel, the room was nice and cozy but minus the service… we weren’t really happy with the breakfast.. the guy from the egg station showed distisfaction when my husband asked for a ham to be put in his salat… he was nodding with dissatisfaction. maybe he wasnt having his day. And showed an attitude. Whereas we are hotel guest whom asked politely and never rude. And my father in law was eating one of the attendant just took away his plate while we were on the table. Should always ask if may i take away the plates or he isnt done yet. Maybe you can look into training your on how customer service should be exercised. Overall we are happy with the stay regardless of the hiccups

Rated 4/5 for service as the birthday decoration wasn’t set up before our check-in. The surprise ended up not being a surprise for my husband, which was quite disappointing. However, overall, we’re still happy with our stay.

The selection was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. From fresh salads and flavorful local specialties to international favorites and decadent desserts, everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented. I especially appreciated how frequently the dishes were replenished, ensuring that everything remained fresh throughout. Breakfast was equally delightful, with a great mix of hot and cold options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience, with its standout buffet being a true highlight. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with excellent dining options.

Had a lovely stay at Park royal but it's even better if they provide minerals water inside the room. One or two bottles would be perfect or I just need to ask for room service? I could be wrong but i had a great stay. Staff were beyond and above. Thank you

A great choice for a stay! The hotel is spotlessly clean and the location is perfectly central. We found the service to be very friendly and helpful. The interiors are okay, but the nice breakfast more than makes up for it. Overall, a very comfortable experience.
