Stay here with my small family for 3D2N. So far services and hospitality is excellent and excited to stay here. Staff so far very friendly started from registration/reception until guard is friendly and always smile and great us. Unfortunately our family has facing a small problem where our air conditioner not functioning very well. Done report the situation and staff handling this problem with professional and fast acting. Because it late already my family decide to stay until the morning and change to another room in the next days. Breakfast menu here is very good and delicious, very recommend to those looking for a great trip with love or family. Location is strategy and easy to access all location we wanted to goes. Will repeated in the future!

I bought the cheapest room type which is superior. But since it's on a birthday, the hotel gave the premier which feels like a downgrade. The superior room would have a pantry and sliding door for separating the bed and hall. This premier room is smaller, doesn't have those and not carpeted floor. Most of the build up area is wasted on overly spacious toilet. The snacks are free. The morning buffet is vegan only. So anyone who reads this, try to request something else for the birthday and avoid the premier room.

Photo not related but nice location. Toile ti think newly refurn but on forst day aircond wasnt working. Booked 4 rooms. Then got upgraded so it was fine. Mini fridge stocked free

Room was very dated and the a/c was not working, had leaking on the ceiling. Informed front desk and was transferred to a bigger room. Plus point was staffs were friendly and helpful. The area that can improve apart from the outlook of the hotel rooms is the breakfast buffet. I didn’t know it was a serving vegetarian breakfast buffet only until I was there. Spread was not much and taste wise nothing great or extraordinary.

I was arrived late at 1.10am and i expect something very relaxed. unfortunately, the room that get i guess was extra room for that night and I'm request for king bed prefer but what i get was double bed. what i can said it was very bad day, i booked for 2 nights stay but i checked out early 1 night. the breakfast was so good.

Attended District 51 Toastmasters Annual Conference. Busy weekend. Room was upgraded. Very spacious corner room for one person. Clean and impeccable. Housekeeping was efficient. Overall great experience!

The location is excellent, with a large shopping mall right downstairs. The monorail is also conveniently located just below. It's only a few minutes' walk to the food street. The room is quite spacious. Before booking, I read reviews mentioning issues with hot water taking a long time to come on. Initially, I also waited 30 minutes without hot water. The hotel didn't explain this clearly. There's a switch on the wall outside the bathroom (see photo); hot water only comes 15 minutes after pressing it. I recommend pressing this switch as soon as you check in and get to your room. Breakfast is vegetarian. The downside is that there's very loud prayer chanting starting around 5 AM, which might disturb light sleepers. Also, this hotel has over 40 floors, and my floor alone has 22 rooms. There are six elevators in total, but you might still have to wait a bit sometimes, especially during peak hours.

Had a pleasant stays, location is excellent, our coach is in front only of the hotel going back to SG, and conveniently located easy access to shopping malls, KLCC very important as I shop more there, near to China Town famous of street foods. Our room is so big, and we have king size bed very comfortable and view so nice, facing the nice and huge swimming pool. Definitely will come back and stay again here with the kids
