I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. Location is perfect if driving by car. Staff is helpful and facilities are new and functional. Note even the car parking is free, you will need to check out with the stuff every time your car leaving the car park. Otherwise, you’ll be charged at normal rate.

A comfortable and clean place to stay with good facilities and very fast Wi-Fi. The room itself was spacious, tidy, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to rest after a busy day. Another small detail I appreciated is that the tap water is drinkable, so you don’t have to worry about buying bottled water. I stayed here while attending a conference at The Connexion, and it was super convenient because there’s direct access from the hotel to the venue. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty, but it’s better to come a bit earlier, after 9.00 AM, some items are not refilled. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay, especially if you’re here for events nearby.

The room was okay, but the room types were a bit confusing. Different names, different prices, but it's actually the same room type. If I had known, I wouldn't have checked out and then checked back in. Seriously, it's pretty frustrating. The cleaning staff were also quite casual; they didn't even bother to wash the used cups. It instantly made me wonder if the other bedding and such were also just haphazardly tidied up.
