Had a great stay at Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is very strategic, with both the monorail and LRT stations nearby, making it easy to travel around KL. The room was very clean, fresh, and comfortable with no unpleasant smell. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips.

This is my first time stay in Concorde KL. Super satisfied. We came for our honeymoon, end up they upgrade us from Superior room type to Premier Room type for FREE plus hotel gave us special cake and wish card for our honeymoon. Concorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a good stay if you want a strategic location and a breakfast with lots of choices. It is in the Golden Triangle, close to KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang, and public transport, so it is easy to get around. Many guests say the breakfast is very good with plenty of variety, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though some say the hotel feels a bit dated.

We had a pleasant stay here. Room was comfy, bathroom was clean, the view at the pool was nice & breakfast spread was good. The housekeeping was excellent as well. We came to a clean & tidy room. The hotel parking was linked to the hotel via a skybridge, so it will take some time to reach there from the hotel. Nearby to many malls & street food.Overall it was very nice to stay here.

The standout feature is definitely the service; the staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Overall, it is a great-value choice for anyone seeking convenience and genuine hospitality without breaking the bank.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions. The buffet breakfast was decent with a good variety. The facilities were a highlight of our stay. The premier gym is spacious and well-equipped, the swimming pool is clean and inviting, and the sauna is a great addition for relaxation. I also appreciated the convenience of having a salon and massage services located on level one. Another nice perk is the Hard Rock Café on the ground floor, which offers a 15% discount for hotel guests when you show your room key. Most importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, it would be even better if the hotel could include a nail salon in its facilities to provide a more complete wellness experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities and service. Will definitely recommend to others and come back to stay here again.

Nice stay and got upgraded to suites room. Staff is very friendly and the option for breakfast quite variety.

Staying at this hotel rekindled my memories of the 90s. The room design is very dated and looked tired. Breakfast was acceptable. Bed was firm and comfortable for me. Won’t be returning again.
