Location: just beside KLIA express, NU Sentral and a lot of business/office building Food: plenty of options Grab: easily found on grab as pick up /drop off Price: decently priced as compared to nearby hotels of equivalent branding Amenities: on business trip, hence did not use any of them

The hotel is at a convenient location. Room looks newly furnished. Towel looks a bit old. Even with 4 lifts it took quite long to wait for available lift. Reception only has 1/2 staffs, could take a while to check in. But staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Aloft KL Sentral. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with comfortable bedding that ensured a restful sleep. Amenities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Excellent stay! The overall environment was fantastic, and its location right next to the train station made my business trip so much easier, especially getting to the airport. I slept very comfortably, and the restaurant was good too.

all’s good comfortable and professional service orientation… the breakfast is great … the one and only thing if i can feedback to improve largely about is their soundproofing… the walls are so thin that you can have a lot of disturbance from in between rooms

The rooftop pool is amazing and with extensive opening hours = 8AM to 11PM. Breakfast was good value for money. Can hear noise from traffic as the hotel is right by Sentral…
