very good location, open door to mid valley mall and easy shopping .. spacious room size, buffet spread good and delicious.. downside is no private parking available.. need to park in the mall and no lift or stairs direct to hotel..

Checking-in was a breeze; I was able to check in early. The room was clean and spacious. Facilities are located on the 9th floor where the pool, spa, gym and restaurant are located. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is part of the Mid Valley Mega Mall which is huge. Overall a very pleasant stay

The room was spacious enough for my family. Upgrade to room with bath tub, Thanx for the staff' effort.
Very clean.. breakfast buffet was beyond expectation.. love their prawn poridge & mee .

Room and air-conditioning were great. Water dispenser is thoughtful as i am an environmental minded. Breakfast is ok however staffs were very good when managing crowd at the breakfast busy hours. Location unbeatable.

Great location, visited during Xmas 2024, very convenient as there are LRT & KTM station nearby, we parked our car at the carpark and explored the city via train which avoided crowd successfully. The room is neat and tidy, we are satisfied.

Service was good. Have to wait for a few mins since it's a peak time. The counter staff attended promptly. Begs were carried by the staff and delivered at door. Room was comfortable, clean and cosy. Everything in the room works. Breakfast choice was plenty and easy to get a seat. Overall great experience! Plus point of the hotel.ia convenience and location as it's connected to Mid Valley. Easily accessible once you come out of the hotel lift there's a door leading to the mall.
