The hotel has an elegant and comfortable atmosphere, which is exactly my style. My boyfriend said he'd love to come back again. There are also plenty of breakfast options, and the hygiene is good, though the soundproofing is just okay. The service attitude is excellent.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was spacious, the ambience was lovely, and I really liked the scent throughout the hotel. The complimentary chocolate waiting in the room upon arrival was also a really nice touch. The location is a huge plus since it’s attached to The Gardens Mall, giving you easy access to both The Gardens and the more affordable Mid Valley. Overall, great value for money, definitely feels like affordable luxury. Would happily stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable from the lobby all the way to the room. And the location is unbeatable, the mall is literally just downstairs. The breakfast was so really good.Loved my stay !

It's very clean and hygienic, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. Relatively speaking, it's quite comfortable and worth recommending. The service is also pretty good, and it's relatively quiet. The price is also quite reasonable!

Our first time staying here. It's quite busy as it's beside Mid Valley. But we love the hotel cause it's clean, the room is spacious and totally a 5 star hotel. Toilet is spacious too and comes with bathtub.Smooth check in and counter staff is friendly. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Strategic location, direct access to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is nice and variety, with very affordable price. Stay is pleasant!

I’ve always loved staying at this hotel and have been back many times. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall experience has always been pleasant. It consistently feels welcoming and reliable, which is why I keep choosing to stay here whenever I’m in town. Definitely one of my preferred hotels and I’ll be happy to return again.
